Perfekt!!!

Super hyggeligt sted - ro og fred. Flotte omgivelser og den vildeste morgenmad, der manglede ikke noget. Vi havde desværre kun en overnatning men var de eneste gæster, så vi havde hele den lækre pool for os selv, fantastisk :)))

Intet at udsætte - alt var bare så fint.

We would come back anytime

Our stay at Villa Santa Margherita was wonderful. It was actually my second time visiting, and I would come back anytime. The house has been beautifully renovated. The property itself is stunning, and the tranquility and relaxation you can experience there are perfect. The owners are very kind and helpful, and their olive oil is absolutely delicious.

Nice buildings and room, but house rules, breakfeast and land lord made us feel like that focus was more on making more

Beautiful and clean, but that is also what you are paying extra for

Breakfeast not as good as other places we stayed in Sicily even though price at this place was more expensive. Bread was dry and some of the dishes felt like yesterdays left overs. No frigde in the room and from the house rules no food in the room either. We were allowed to uhave snacks in the room, but we were quite puzzled about the rather strange and stright house rules compared to other places. We cannot recommend the place if you have children, because food is needed during the day. You can ask for the place to make some food, but there was no menu, and as we were not impressed with the breakfeast, we were not very interested in ordering.

Best place for diving into a calm Sicilian country side life with plenty of nature and high comfort.

This villa is really amazing - beautiful, stylish, quiet. Multiple cozy places just to relax - under the tree's shadow, on the terrace, or near the pool. All facilities and greens are well-groomed. Breakfast was very tasty. Hosts have their own olive manufacturer so you can try all of the first hands. The host can provide some useful tips on restaurants around, wine or cheese tasting. There are only 4 rooms available in the property so you truly have a quite boutique hotel experience.

The wifi signal is not covering some areas.

Exceptional

Exceptional and very beautiful mansion with only 5 rooms. It offers you a beautiful view of nature and nearby territory with own olive trees from the large yard with a swimming pool. A truly luxurious experience. They serve a great and beautifully presented breakfast.

Due to hot weather in Sicily, a fridge in the room is a necessity.

Tranquil location and well-appointed property with great hosts - highly recommended.

Beautiful property, in a peaceful rural location. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and could be eaten outside if desired. The property has a lovely pool, overlooking the valley - very welcome after a hot day sightseeing. Natalia and Paolo are delightful and generous hosts, taking time to share local knowledge and recommendations.

King room would have benefited from a chest of drawers so that T-shirts, sweaters etc could be unpacked, rather than just hanging space. Also, there are sufficient power points, but not near bedside or other flat surface, for example for phone charging. Simple solution would be an extension lead near the bed.

A base to explore Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and other locations within a reasonable driving distance.

Beautiful location and gardens. Breakfast was welll catered for. Heated towel rail.

Restrictions on having food in room. No fridge in room. Distance from restaurants which serve good quality meals.

A memorable stay in a beautiful location with pleasant and helpful hosts

Friendly staff, lovely rooms, great breakfast. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Wonderful views across the valley.

The info said one of our rooms had a washing machine, which was not correct. Rooms could have been cleaned more often, like once every couple of days. No chest of drawers or shelves in rooms so we had to live out of our suitcases for everything we couldn't hang up.

Perfect hillside retreat. place to return to...

Breakfast was lovely, a little different each day and served in a stunning room. Natalia was serving us most days (another nice lady one day ) and they made us feel very welcome. The pool area was beautiful and we loved watching the birds from the terrace here . The gardens are lovely too. There is no noise and you feel at one with nature. We love Natalia and her husband's attention to detail, every single thing looks perfect . Even the garage is expertly disguised so it looks like a stone wall ! We loved our room and the shower was fabulous . A big sink too, all the things we love when we go away .

Pleasant stay, but not up to expectations for the price paid

The room and building were picturesque and kept clean

We were mislead into believing this is a farm stay, but it was in fact more of a bed and breakfast in a rural area. The description said there would be a coffee machine in the rooms but this was only found in the breakfast hall. Moreover we had been advised that dinner would be a possibility on site, however, upon arrival we were informed that it was not present at this time of the year (despite having asked for this specifically before arriving). Lastly although we understood that the room is not cleaned out on a daily basis, we were shocked to be told that we would have to pay an extra charge to have our towels changed after 2 days, as the norm at this accommodation is to change them every 3 days.

A beautiful peaceful place to stay to explore that part of Sicily

The most peaceful place I have ever stayed in. A beautiful country estate lovingly restored surrounded by olive trees. The breakfast prepared by our host was amazing. The weather wasn't as hot as were hoping so didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

The only downside was not having our room cleaned on a daily basis but think this is due to covid. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but I think they were in the main area and we hadn't realised.

Lovely and calm villa

It's a lovely property set amongst the green hills. The place offers a lot of privacy and is very calm and quiet so you can relax. The pool is nice and good size. The owner Natalia is kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good with local and fresh produce. There is a lovely and friendly dog Limo, who will appreciate a few strokes.

The area before the property is a little "miserable" so that's unfortunate, especially when coming from Val di Noto but that's of course not the property fault. The only thing that was annoying in our apartment was the bathtub, which had a nice design but was as functional as eating soup with a fork, It was really uncomfortable to take a shower in it and we have both kept slipping each time.

The cleanliness, quiet and peaceful

My room was very nice but there were no shutters. So i had the lights from the garden on all night. I am used to sleeping in the dark so that was a bit of a bother. Otherwise good overall.
