Aux portes de la vieille ville

Emplacement parfait, à l'entrée de la vieille ville, face à une porte historique, dans une zone piétonne calme. Très bon accueil par un personnel jeune et dynamique. Bâtiment historique qui a été intégralement rénové avec goût.

Chambre double confortable, avec une excellent literie mais un peu exiguë. On peut tout juste y poser ses bagages et il n'y a pas de tablette / mini bureau si on a besoin d'écrire. L'insonorisation (ventilation, conduites d'eau) pourrait être meilleure.

Schönes Stadthotel in einer noch schöneren Stadt

Ein schönes Hotel mit kleinen feinen Zimmern. Wir hatten, wie gewünscht ein Eckzimmer ganz Oben unter dem Dach, sehr schön gelegen mit guter Aussicht. Das Zimmer wies alles auf was man sich wünscht. Das Bad war zwar sehr klein aber funktionell. Für zwei drei Nächte eine schöne Unterkunft. Frühstück ist on Ordnung, ich sage mal Hotel Typisch, kein Weltwunder aber man wird satt. Nach dem Kaffee ist man definitiv wach.

Ein sauberes schönes Hotel ohne minus Punkte

Muy buena ubicación. Bufet de desayuno pequeño pero tenia de todo.

Solo por ponerle una pega vimos cómo no atendían a clientes por qué supuestamente estaba la cocina cerrada pero a posterior atendieron y dieron de comer a otros.

Beautiful modern hotel in a wonderful location.

A great location, within an easy walk from the train station. Lovely rooms, great view and excellent facilities. We asked staff for extra pillows and some crockery and this was no problem.

With the windows open it was noisy. Closing windows and turning on the air conditioner was no problem. We wish hotel rooms had a kettle so we could make ourselves a hot drink!

Beautiful building centrally located. Our room was very cozy with a beautiful view! We loved the shower as well. Staff was also very kind and gave us great recommendations.

nice location need more work for customer service

Staff wasn’t very communicative, seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. We were during check in that buffet breakfast are from 8-10:30 in the morning to comedown with nothing. Ordered a wine and we complained it was stale they took it back but still charged us.

We will stay here again but ot out of the breakfast.

Location and price are both excellent. The staff was extremely helpful & even drew a detailed map of the location of the world's cleanest self-service laundromat with very good coffee for 50 cents.

Coffee was burnt both mornings from cooking in the burner constantly, & the eggs were cold. Better to use one of the many street cafes for better quality and a hot meal with good coffee.

The location is good. It is just near the arch so no need to drag the luggage for long distance after departing from train station.

The room is rather small, though it is a junior suite. The hot meal is just so so, the bread looks like had been served overnight(s), might because it is in low season.

A hotel that goes the extra mile in service and professionalism.

What a fantastic stay!!! We stayed for 3ngts and the service and professionalism of the staff was incredible. A special mention to Sonia and Jose at reception who were so accommodating and helpful not only in the hotel but also prior to our arrival. The housekeeping team were fantastic keeping our room clean, the rooms were fully equipped, spacious, the shower pressure absolutely fantastic. We had B&B and it was a nice selection of pastries, fruit, teas & coffee a nice breakfast to start our day, all in all honestly very hard to find any fault with this hotel. Also, very grateful to the hotel Director, Josep for his knowledge of Braga, his kindness and always going the extra mile in helping. Thank you all!

Great location, tiny room.

Location was excellent. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful.

The room was tiny, no place to put suitcases or clothes except for a few hangars over one nightstand. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Not many options for breakfast. I'm vegan and only granola and fruits were available. They did have non-diary milks also some bread, but no vegetables or salad.

Great Location and best breakfast

The rooms were unique, beautiful, and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Also one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had!
