всё понравилось, по завершению аренды жаль было переезжать на другое место

Приветливая хозяйка, которая была на связи и отвечала на все запросы. Отличное расположение. Пешком можно добраться куда угодно - прогуляться в самый центр или прыгнуть в метро на станцию Сан Мамес. Великолепное наполнение квартиры - удобная мебель, шикарная кухня со всем необходимым и даже более (кофемашина , полноразмерная посудомойка, стиралка). Просторная. Хороший неузкий подземный паркинг с лифтом. Рядом магазины.

северная ориентация окон - солнце не заглядывает, но это не исправить. Слышимость соседей, но тут похоже, везде так.

Hébergement de grande qualité, au calme mais un peu excentré.

Le confort de l'appartement, sa propreté (Etat neuf) et ses équipements.

Appartement un peu éloigné du centre ville, des sites remarquables et des quartiers animés (1/2h minimum à pied).

Me dio pena pasar solo unas horas en el apartamento, porque es todo perfecto: La ubicación, tranquilidad, el trato con los dueños… Es enorme, la cama y almohada me parecieron comodísimas, cosa que no me suele pasar 😅 Todo genial, volveré sin duda cuando lo necesite.

Superb

I was hesitant about choosing this apartment given that is it relatively far from the center, but I'm glad I didn't change my mind and went for it. The hosts are amazing and communicative. Despite my really late arrival, the owner met me at the door, showed the apartment, and handed in the keys. The apartment is spacious, especially for individual travellers. The facilities and equipment are newly refurbished. It is a perfect place where you want to stay in Bilbao for a few days and don't go out much - there's a supermarket just round 2 corners so you can comfortably cook at home. The big sofa in the living room was very comfy, I risked not wanting to get up :) Everything was super clean. The Wifi worked fast and without glitches. The windows are sturdy enough not to flap when the weather's windy but you want to let some fresh air in. If you need access to the airport, the apartment is located a nice distance away from Bilbao Multimodal terminal, where you can catch Bizkaibus A3247.

Nothing in the world can be perfect though. The external walls are either paper-thin or made of bad materials. You can easily hear the neighbors speaking or walking in the hallway, and it was a bit difficult experiencing that at 3am. Early Sunday morning, someone wore high-heels and paraded around in them - you could here every single step as if someone was in the apartment. That's the only thing I didn't like.

Nice!

Nice, clean appartment. Walking (25 min) or by train (station Ametzola) you can reach the centre of Bilbao easily. Garage under the building.

The matters of the bed was a bit to hard for me, but for my partner it was good.

Nice apartment, the neighbours a bit less nice

The apartment is very spacious and we'll furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable. Lidl supermarket 5 minutes away, Mercadona 10. The free garage is a great addition. Very clean.

I know it's not the owner's fault, but the walls are super thin, with the result that you can hear everything coming from the next apartment... And those neighbours were not the best ones: kids screaming until late night, loud music, people partying.... During the second evening I had to go and ask them to be quiet, since we couldn't sleep and it was past midnight already... Turns out they had started to change the door lock at 23.30! All in all, if you're looking for a quiet accommodation, this may not be the best one. The apartment itself is a bit humid, but this could be due to the fact that we found 4 rainy days....

Highly recommended.

Fastidiously clean and finished to a high spec throughout. Allocated parking space in a secure car park specifically for the block. Modern and clean communal areas with quiet neighbours. Easy 30 minute walk into town, but the no 77 takes you straight to the Old Town and the 72 and 27 go into the centre if you prefer the bus or if it's raining (like it was when we stayed). Friendly and courteous host who welcomed us at the door, showed us round and explained everything. Highly recommended.

Absolutely faultless. Maybe a couple of hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors would be useful for dressing gowns and towels, but other than that it was perfect.
