DIRECT OCEANFRONT IN RESORT AREA- WALK TO EVERYTHING.
3 Bedrooms - 2 Bath, 3 Balconies-End Unit- with wraparound views of Ocean , Boardwalk and Rudee Inlet at Dolphin Run in Resort area of VA Beach (VB Oceanfront) Condo. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS. Available immediately daily rental with 3 day minimum except June 17 to August 5 which is Saturday to Saturday weekly rental only. Sleeps 8. In the heart of all resort action- not in inconvenient areas like Sandbridge, the Bay, or Ocean View but directly on the Boardwalk which is attached to the sand and the 300 foot wide beach. Enjoy all the action but still be on the quiet end of the strip. Rate includes wifi, cable tv and HBO. Watch the sunrise with morning coffee and all the beach activity and then watch the sunset and boats returning to Rudee Inlet at night on the west balcony Restaurants, bars, kiddie park, surfing area, marinas, rent jet skies etc, all within steps.
Fully furnished, full kitchen; living room, 3 bedroom, 3 balconies, indoor heated pool, gym. Seldom available- this is a privately owned bright, attractive condo on the 6th floor, on the South side and located at the quiet end and beginning of the Boardwalk. Bedroom #1-king bed, private bath, private balcony with great views of Rudee Inlet and marinas. Bedroom 2 king bed, bedroom #3 has 2 queens+ private balcony. Main living room has larger balcony + 3 rocking chairs. 4 tv's, books, toys, bogie boards, movies, games included. People, dolphin and surfer watch all day. Super comfy beds , 4 large plasma tv's .Kitchen has dishes, pots, large coffee pot, crock pot, blender, cooking and baking pans all utensils, serving dishes and alot more. Unit is an end unit on the South side of the building and is not connected to the parking garage like the first 4 floors . Also, the next door building is 5 stories tall, so you have 270 degree total views facing South and West and of course facing East (the ocean). With our rooftop sundeck, indoor heated pool, and exercise room, there is always something to keep you entertained.Very important_Each guest must be able to answer "NO" to all the required covid-19 questions before rental can take place or occupying the unit. This is a private condo and no unrelated groups or a person younger than 28 can sign the lease per the Condo Association guidelines.Please feel free to contact me with any questions . Flexible refund policy, including reschedule with a credit. Full refund if unit is re-rented, even at the last minute. Unit has free use of 6 beach chairs,, books, games,pack n play, high chair, for your use.. Location of the property and layout of the condo was excellent! Beach items noted in the listing were broken. Owner quickly responded to an AC issue. Several minor repairs needed. Overall a good stay.

This condo had beautiful views, perfect access to the beach and fishing pier, and everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. It was great to have beach chairs for use.

Nothing but good things to say, this condo is very nice. We lo ed that it was located at the quiet end of th3 beach, but still so. Lose to everything we wanted to do. Easy to lick up the trolley to head north. Carol made us aware of issues with the condo, and made sure to take care of them. We highly recommend staying here, and will be back!

This was our first time to Virginia Beach and our first using VRBO and it was great! The building has a balcony that directly faces the beach and we were right on the boardwalk; it was a very nice trip and we would definitely book again!

the place was great. beautiful views on this corner unit of the beach and the sunset over the marina. Carol was helpful and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out and relax. the boardwalk was right in front of the building.

September is always an iffy time to be at the beach, but we had a gorgeous view with surfers and dolphins daily. Carol was amazing, probably the best host I have ever dealt with. She gave us so much information on food, things to do, etc. I will definitely rent through her again.

This condo was perfect for us, our children, as well as grandchildren! The view is absolutely breathtaking. Easy access to the beach, as well as the convenience of having beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys available for our use. Tthere are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as shops. CAROL is a great host. She was very accommodating with advice on where to go and what to do as well as checking on us to see if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

The owner is exceptionally responsive, accommodating to special requests, and anxious for her guests to enjoy their stay. We found the rooms clean and well stocked with basic needs, and the location ideal for young children with beach, pool, playground, and boardwalk for bikes, scooters and skateboards. There are plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. We definitely will return to Dolphin Run and this unit in particular.

Carol was extremely friendly and easy to work with. She was very accommodating and made our stay effortless. We enjoyed all that there was to do in the area as well as just relaxing and even napping in the very comfortable beds. All around great experience! We’d go back!

We liked the layout and location of the condo (location of Dolphin Run and location of condo within Dolphin Run). The owner super helpful with check in, parking tips and suggestions of places to visit including restaurants.. The beds were comfortable. Clothes hanging limited. No closet in one of the bedrooms, found that odd. Any sort of wall hooks or hanging tree would have been helpful. The description of the condo implied that both bathrooms had been recently updated. The master bath was not. There was pitting, corrosion and rust on the fixtures, erosion of spots in tub floor, blackened caulk, mildewed shower curtain liner. Only 1 of the 4 of us was willing to use this bathroom. There were general cleanliness issues throughout the condo and lack of supplies such as dishwasher tabs, disinfecting spray and trash bags. There were dishes with food on them were in the cabinets. We had to shop and then wash all of the dishes as well as disinfect the master bath. The oven was very dirty. We also had multiple cockroach sightings. Lots of disinfectant spray used in the kitchen.With the exception of the dilapidated master bath, broken kitchen chair and loose wrinkled carpeting everything else fell to whoever was responsible for cleaning the unit and stocking of cleaning supplies. The owner was incredibly helpful and good to us, I hate to leave a negative review. But, I doubt we would have rented this property had we known the above issues. I suspect the owner was unaware of the cleanliness issues. Though everything pertaining to the condo is ultimately the owners responsibility.

Great location on a quiet end of Virginia Beach with great restaurants within walking distance. The access to the beach is amazing as well as the view from the balcony. (We could watch the surfers and dolphins in the ocean!) The condo building feels safe with 24/7 security in the lobby. The only downside to this property is the dining space is tight however we never ate inside anyway.

This three bedroom condo provided plenty of space for our family w/ toddler. Owner and building staff were helpful and very friendly. Location is great… walk right out to the beach with super playground for young ones a block away. Had a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly. Balcony views were great on both front and back side. Loved to just rock and watch the waves.

We had a great time with family. The property was clean and the clerk in process was easy. Carol was very friendly and provided with a lot of information prior to us arriving regarding the area and the nearby things to do. It saved us a lot of time instead of looking around. She made it a point to call us personally before our arrival making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We lucked out with all the events in the area. We had not idea about it when we booked the place. I would definitely recommend this place to families.
