Loved it!

Very large and beautiful apartment. Very close to the city center. Free parking just 180m from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you Maria Letizia for everything! We'll definitely come back!

Except it was too cold, the rest of the facilities were very good.

Near to parking lot / Facilities are very good except heating system / Good place for family

Do NOT recommend in the winter. It was too cold. Host has controlled the heating system. She was sweet but only heats in the evening and in the morning. I woke up at dawn because it was cold. And it was so cold when I took a shower in the morning.

Exceptional

The apartment is really charming. It was me, my husband, and 2 tween daughters, so we used all the beds, which included the sofa beds. Everyone was comfortable and cozy. The location is good, and the back windows have a wonderful view. The landlord responded to all my many questions quickly. We did a self check in, which was fairly easy. The apartment is very clean, and the shower is great.

I have no complaints.

Superb

The apartment was very nice and clean. Perfectly located near all the main attractions, restaurants and the parking lot in piazza Matteotti. We did not meet the host in person but she was very present virtually. She sent us all the information we needed to easily get to the apartment, do the check in and check out and information related to the city attractions. She even helped us late in the evening when we were missing some bed lining. We highly recommend her and her apartment.

We found the key easy. The appartment is cold even in summer hot days and very interesting. Children were absolutelly excited how it is innovative and beautiful. Nothing is missed, everything was working. Maria was very kind and communicative. Assisi is amazing and magic.

Would recommend!!

Loved the charm of the room, the window views to the garden and green hills. It had a fully equipped kitchen. Our host was on hand for any questions or help we needed.

Some of the neighbors, locals werent friendly.

Perfect stay in Assisi. Superb in every respect. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and a beautiful view from the upper part of the back garden. Maria Letizia was very welcoming and very helpful. Superb value for money. We would definitely stay there again. One thing to mention is you need to check your emails on the day of your arrival to get the code to collect the keys from the key box by the front door.

Absolutey best place we stayed throughout Italy! Highly recommended

Beautiful and very spacious. Absolutely loved it. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable. Very conveniently located and the host was truly kind, helpful and amazing! Highly recommend everyone to stay here. We stayed at numerous properties throughout Italy during a 12 day roadtrip and this was by far the best! Don’t think twice about staying here! Very comfortable, amazing location, near parking, modern and high pressure shower, and strong wi-fi (all of which are hard to find in Italy!). This gets an 11 out of 10!

Excellent family accomodations for Assisi.

We like the quiet street. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

It was a bit difficult to find parking. You have to be careful not to park in a lot for a nearby hotel. There was parking further up a hill. The best thing is to unload your car near the room and then move the car to a parking spot.

Lovely stay in Assisi

We had a lovely family stay here. The host thought about everything and we had a great communication. The apartment was clean, lovely decorated and comfortable. Close to the paid parking (we paid the parking garage at a discounted price due to the Assisi card that the host left on the table, for us). Close to restaurants and touristic POIs. We would definitely go back and recommend the apartment/host to everyone.

Great short stay in Assisi!

We had an self check-in but the contact upfront and instructions were great. It felt like a warm welcome and also during our stay the host kept in contact and gave suggestions. We loved the town and also the accommodation! Very authentic, clean and spacious. Also the parking was perfect.

Hard to say. However there is always some room for improvement. For us it would be the matras of the bed, quite hard and not super comfortable. For the rest, all perfect!

Just amazing!

The house is just amazing! We were in incredible medieval atmosphere and in the same time it was very comfortable and warm. Check in was so good, we got all detailed instruction how to park the car in ZTL zone and how to find the key. Assisi is amazing city and you will feel it more if chose this incredible house!
