Great location - handy public parking. Very close to the centre of Beaconsfield.
Apartment 5 is looking "Tired". Kitchen cupboards need some work. The fridge unit is loose and falls forward if bottles are in the door. Bathroom cabinet door blown with damp. TV aerial needs sorting as ITV was literally no picture.

The room was spacious. Had everything you needed. Was clean and cosy.
The bed was a pull down sofa bed, so mattress wasn’t too comfy. The entire building/ rooms are for sure built with wood and platerboards, sound and vibrations travel through the building way too easy. The doors to other rooms SLAM and the bang shudders through the building and are loud and disturbing!! It becomes annoying. You are also above a pub/restaurant. Although it’s a nice pub, it’s noisy. You can hear it all from the room I stayed in. I think it’s overpriced for the true comfort.

The convenience to stores and beautiful surroundings . Easy access, friendly host.
Toilet tissue in the bathroom. Am sure it was an oversight.

Location was perfect - perfect for our purpose. Thank you
It is not the fault of the property or the landlords but the tyre place across the road (Broadway ) - the phone was ringing non stop from 7am until about 9am. Not something you can help at all.

The location was nice there were lots of shops and lovely parks. The hosts were easy to get in touch with by text and were very friendly.
Studio 6 was very compact and the kitchen was inside a cupboard which is quirky but not very practical. The room had a dampness smell to it too.

It had everything we needed.
Comfortable bed and dining area.
Plenty of storage space for clothing.
Nice outdoor seating too!
My partner loves to watch 'Four in a Bed' so did a few checks. The top of the wardrobe/kitchen area was very dusty and also the top of the bed frame.
But it certainly wasn't a huge issue!

In the centre of Beaconsfield, close to the station and a good range of shops, restaurants and bars. Well equipped and tastefully designed apartment. Fast response from owners when we had a issue.
Parking alongside needs to paid for but there is 2 hours of free parking (8-18) on the street so cost can be minimised by moving your car. Steep steps to the apartments could be tricky for some. Light sleepers might be woken by the bakery deliveries early in the morning.

Location is good.
I been there many times but this last one was terrible, the microwave and sink are dirty. And I bought some towels because they don't provide good ones.

Very clean and comfortable.
4.3
clever use of space
bathroom had a horrible smell when we arrived
parking wasn’t described until the day before.

Rooms and Facilities are excellent, and Restaurants nearby are stunning
More breakfast options nearby but most are really nice

The sofa bed was terrible. Impossible to sleep on it. Totally unleveled and uncomfortable.

Great communication before arrival - everything easy to find and easy to access the keys. Good location right in the middle of Beaconsfield. Decent size studio and well equipped, although I didn’t use the kitchen facilities.
TV remote didn’t work (I didn’t ask for a replacement though, so I’m sure that could be sorted), bathroom smelled of smoke - I think this is from outside so not sure what can be done but I couldn’t get rid of it.

The apartment is exactly as it is exhibited in the pictures on Booking.com. The apartment is very neat and feels like home away from home. I loved the bathroom mirror.
The location is quiet and near amenities. The car park next to the apartment building is convenient and fairly reasonable.
The bathroom has a mild stale odour. An air freshener in the bathroom would help. The creaking sound in the carpeted area in the living room. It made me very conscious as I felt I was disturbing the guest(s) below me.

very comfortable, firm bed, good location, appartment is well equipped.
Mouldy smell coming from bathroom in appartment. Noisy early in the morning.
