40 ans sous le soleil de Marrakech !

Nous sommes venus pour fêter les 40 ans de mon conjoint avec 23 amis et famille (3 villas). Des navettes gratuites sont venus nous chercher gratuitement à l'aéroport (à 12 c'est beaucoup plus simple...). Un grand merci à Marouane pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et ses réponses toujours rapides (jour et nuit) pour nous aider à organiser ce voyage. Les maisons sont très belles, les jardins magnifiques, c'est au calme. La literie est confortable. La maison est plutôt très bien équipée. Vous pouvez commander des plats directement auprès de Marouane qui sont excellents (même pour 25 personnes). Des navettes payantes et gratuites sont à disposition pour rejoindre le centre ville et Marouane peut vous aide à planifier toutes les activités que vous souhaitez faire à Marrakech (y compris trouver 20 chameaux dans notre cas...). Le ménage était fait quotidiennement, c'est plutôt agréable quand on vit en collectivité. Une belle fête d'anniversaire dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps !

Nous avions 3 villas, donc normalement 3 navettes par jour pour aller dans Marrakech mais nous avons dû payer quand même finalement (compter 25€/8personnes). La maison est à 30min de Marrakech en voiture, donc on est obligé de prendre des taxis/navettes et autour il n'y a rien. L'eau n'est pas fournie malgré les supports pour bonbonnes présents, c'est dommage car ça oblige à toujours courir partout pour avoir de l'eau potable. Les maisons sont très belles mais dans le standing marocains, certaines choses sont à revoir mais rien de grave en soi (pression dans les douches, poignées de porte qui restent dans la main, humidité sur le mur...). Il ne faut pas être choqué comme j'ai pu lire dans certains commentaires.

Πανέμορφη εγκατελειμένη βλιλλα!

Πολύ ωραία κατασκευή, παλάτι, χώροι, κήπος, πισίνα!

Απλά εγκατελειμένο! Σπασμένο τοίχοι και κονιάματα, άσχημη τροφοδοσία νερού (χαλασμένο πιεστικό), σπασμένο πιάσιμο ψυγείου, τα κουφώματα δεν κλείναν καλά, άσχημο WiFi, ... σαν να μην τους ενδιέφερε τι δίνουν... Και το κυριότερο: στους χάρτες τις Google, δεν δινόταν η είσοδος απ τον κεντρικό δρόμο, αλλά μέσω παράκαμψης απ τα χωράφια που κατέληγε σε αδιέξοδο...

Séjour parfait nous reviendrons.

Tout était parfait merci à Marwane qui s’est rendu disponible à chaque moment, très réactif et soucieux de satisfaire chaque demande. La villa est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée, sans vis à vis, piscine somptueuse. Femme de ménage soigneuse et professionnelle tout était impeccable Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire

Piscine non chauffée donc plutôt fraîche cette saison.

Great value, very calm and serene, quick and attentive service.

Excellent property, plenty of space. Great facilities, very private and calm even though there were other villas around us. Lovely location, not far from the centre of Marrakesh and other areas of interest. Very good service. Staff are polite and responded quickly. I will definitely return to this villa.

The TV did not always function but the staff helped very quickly and were very attentive. There was a small issue with some ants in the kitchen and lounge, but this was dealt with very quickly as well. The bed could have been a bit softer and less creaky. Otherwise a great place and thanks to Marwan who made it a lovely stay.

Lovely villa outside city

Beautiful Villa, and really helpful staff. Only downside is the location as there are no shops nearby but there is a free transfer to the city once a day for a full day. Can order cooked meals too. There’s also camel rides available on the main road.

Location. A bit too far from city. 30min drive but good if you have transportation

we had a great 4 night stay here ! all thanks to Arouna. I would recommend this to friends

we had a fantastic 4 nights stay here. the best thing about the property was the staff they where extremely helpful. Arouna helped us with everything from driving us, to helping us shop , to giving us advice on the best places to visit, to booking activity’s for us. he was such an Angel!

the property could do with some maintenance. not all appliances worked and some of the shower also did not work. the property could of also been cleaner

don’t waste your money!

NOTHING!

Do not book! Embrace yourself for this long lengthy review. 4 of us stayed at Villa Jasmin and we booked for 2 nights (16-17 Feb 2023). We could not stay the second night as we were traumatised by night 1. The balcony doors on the first floor were broken and the outer brown door would not lock as the lock was broken. The inner glass door was broken as shown in the photos. The night we stayed was very windy and all night the doors were banging against the wall/other door. It let in a lot of cold air in and the heating was not working. We contact Marwan (the host) on several occasions from 6pm all the way to about 4am stating we felt unsafe and he did not respond. Let me rewind to earlier that day. When we checked in Marwan showed us the villa and stated to contact him if there are any issues and let him know if we wish to order dinner by 5pm. He had our number and said would text us with his number (this was around 3pm). We waiting for his message and then it became about 4.45pm. We went to reception area and did not find him, we walked around until we found a house keeper and explained we want to order food and asked her for Marwan's number. We messaged him the food order and said we want it for 8pm. 6pm comes and there's a loud banging on the door, it was Marwan with the food. We told him it's too early and the food was supposed to come for 8pm. Food was rubbish and stone cold will attach a photo. We then tried to turn the heating on and struggled so we went and asked for help. The heating did not work everywhere and the villa was cold. The TV didn't work either. Some of the bulbs did not have light too. We messaged Marwan to ask about the fireplace around 7pm and asked how to turn that on as we were cold, he did not reply. And since then he didn't reply to any of our messages. Around 10pm it got extremely windy and thats when the doors started banging and we messaged Marwan.

Marouane was an amazing host, he was one of the highlights of our stay. He was able to arrange breakfast, airport pickup, extra blankets and taxis throughout our stay so efficiently. He always went over and above for us and was always a great communicator. We hardly had to lift a finger. The Villa was breath-takingly beautiful. We enjoyed the views of the terrace on the second floor, sun bathing by the pool and the reading books under the outdoor veranda. The pictures are true to the Villa in real life, I already can't wait to go back and visit again!

The showers took a while to heat up and there weren't any toiletries.

beautiful villa and amazing staff!

The Villa is exactly like the pictures, super clean, super spacious, Marwane is the person that looks after the villas and he is always super attentive and happy to help 24/7!

Not something that I didn’t like in the Villa, but it would make it exceptionally amazing if they had a cook or a little restaurant in the villas or if you could hire a chef to have hot cooked meals whenever you wanted.

This is the worst stay ever in our life.

The doors won't lock, we waited for 2 nights before they fixed it leaving us unsafe, TVs were removed (sold to pay the staff), bed are horrible, no kitchen appliance, we always needed to request them and then return them, construction in the backward which is totally unsafe for children This is the worst place and is not representative of the advertisement done on Booking.

Amazing trip off sightseeing and relaxing by the pool.

The villa was beautiful. Hicham went above and beyond to see that our stay was amazing. All the staff and owners were very helpful and went out off their way to help. Due to our flight being changed we had a long wait without anywhere to go, the owners took upon themselves to move us to another property down the road for the day. They then collected us returned us back to the villa to collect our luggage and taxi to the airport.

Internet was so so so so bad. We paid for breakfast but was no staff in the breakfast area and no breakfast when we got up to eat some food. Went so hungry and missed breakfast. The staff made up for it and offered us a reduced price/lovely lunch next day. Pool was freezing cold: not heated

the villa is old, overly used and dirty. owners and stuff are scammers and thieves! be careful

the property in general is okay. all like in the pictures, but a bit over used. smells like cigarettes everywhere

it was my worst experience with the owners and staff of this place! I booked for 2 nights, paid full price, and when i arrived, suddenly turns out that I have to pay 100€ more, just because they don’t book for 2 nights in the new year, minimum 3, and it was booking.com mistake they claimed, so they forced me to pay extra when I was checking in, cash only, to some worker Marwan. and not the city tax I am talking about! that they also tried to make me pay afterwards. so 100€ plus the city tax to still let me stay just 2 nights! but that’s not it! I forgot my bank card at the property, we called the staff (Marwan again) to see when we can pick it up, he gave us the location and just ghosted us, we waited at the location for an hour calling him. and next day I see that someone from Marrakech was trying to use this card to pay for something (thanks God I froze it once I knew I lost it) tomorrow I am going to the police to report the card and check cameras from the location where my card was used.

Had a good time with family

The Place is very nice family friendly kids had so much fun, the pool is so nice and big, space of the villa inside and outside is great. special thanks to the staff they were helpful in all requests, thank you Marwan & Hisham.

Some part of the villa needs proper maintenance or replacement such as toilet wall, main sliding doors to the pool, etc.. but its not bad .. this will help making the villa five stars.

Perfect escape

We needed to get away and relax for a few days and this was the perfect place. We spent most of our time in or near the pool. The house was spacious and pretty well equipped. The staff was attentive to needs.

Some of the appliances are in need of replacement. Otherwise all good!
