The hotel was perfect for our stay, i stayed with my sister and the staff is amazing. In overall i really liked it, and i will definitely visit it again if i have the chance.
4.3
Nice property, eco lodge was really nice and very cool considering 40 degree heat
Breakfast could have been more varied. Staff at lunch were rude when we asked to have lunch there and we hasn’t reserved - we were never actually told we had to do this!

everything, everybody was so nice. This place needs to be on your bucketlist. Staying at this place will let you forget the whole world.

Amazing hotel, wonderful staff who looked after us so well. Breakfast and lunch delicious, easy to get into town with the transfer service, pool area lovely and not crowded. Room was beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of space for the whole family. everything was great! we had dinner there two evenings and there is a set menu but they were happy to make an alternative for the children when we asked.
there was nothing to not like. Families might want to know that the bathroom in the bedroom does not have a door - we made it work and it was not a problem but some people might prefer to know that in advance. The room itself was brilliant and very spacious with a serrated twin room and a large dressing room too.

beautiful location in the countryside.
hard to find when arriving at night

This boutique hotel was the nicest experience ever. The design is so dreamy, we fell in love with it immediately. The houses blend in with nature and are a pleasure to look at. There is two beautiful swimming pools with sun beds, umbrellas and pillows surrounded by plants, trees and flowers. Around the property, there is just nature.
The food was balanced, delicious and made with love. The service was the best we have seen. The waiters and all of the staff went out of their way to help us with anything we might need. They were there when we needed them and they were soft spoken and kind. When we went to dinner it was like having our private service. The moment we walked in we were greeted with appetizers. An amazing wine selection and food came at a pace where there was never a dull moment. The chef prepared an outstanding menu with highlight for the lamb tagine that was to die for and the meat just dissolved in our mouths. The bar was amazing and we recommend the mojito!
The houses provide everything you need with comfortable beds, a walk in closet and and even a small kitchen. they’re beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The nights were private and quiet. The outside was lit by beautiful lights and allowed us to see the sky full of stars every night.
We also enjoyed the animals in the resort. The turkey was hilarious and would sometimes come at us if we came too close to his chicken and bunny friends in order to protect them. The next day he was chill and let us take pictures and stand next to him. We saw a nice turtle roaming freely and camels and sheep near the resort. There’s also a lovely cat that is very friendly.
If you ever need to go to town, there is a free shuttle every day and they’re even happy to bring you little things that you need. We ran out of cigarettes, sun lotion and the staff helped us out tremendously.
All in all a wonderful experience that makes you feel very privileged.

really peaceful and very quaint
although advertised as wheelchair accessible everywhere it wasn't, we had to cut our stay short.

We loved the homely feel and the beautiful surroundings. It really is peaceful and a place to come and completely switch off. The little touches like lighting the fire in or room, really made it very special.
4.3
The rooms were lovely, beautifully decorated, very organic and original. The staff were welcoming and always smiling.

After a fantastic stay in Essaouira at the sister property "Villa Maroc" (also highly recommended) we stayed 1 night at this property for some relaxation before travelling home. The property didn't disappoint, set in the countryside just outside Essaouria "Le Jardins de Villa Maroc" was everything we wished for. From the room, pool area and landscaped gardens it was the perfect way to end our trip. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating especially the man that served us breakfast and lunch, very warm and professional service. All in all, just like the property in Essaouira we can highly recommend and both accommodation's have a winning formula!

Fantastic place for families with young kids if you want something more peaceful than being in the Medina. Went with our 3 year old and felt very safe and looked after - the staff are lovely. The pool area is great and loved the lunches they put on. Breakfast was also very nice (although there is no menu, so had to ask if it was possible for eggs etc, which it was). It's a very relaxing place and loved coming back to a log fire at night (we went in December and stayed in the courtyard rooms). It would be ideal to have a car, but the reception has a shuttle you can get back and forth to the Medina and it was always very quick and reliable (with baby car seat). Also found Essaouira to be a great place - good restaurants (Caravan is a must), great weather and the people are lovely and love kids. Will be back!
Our 3 year old eats like a small bird so paying for lunch for her (albeit half) felt a bit extravagant. Also a personal preference...I found the bed a bit hard! My only other comment is that it's a bit vague as to what you are getting for breakfast or dinner (lunch is a buffet) and not always consistent (eg cous cous one day and not the next, yogurt one day and not the next, bread one day and not the next...but when we asked, the staff were happy to get us what we wanted).

Stunning place, absolutely relaxing, so crean and very high standard, very recommended.. Absolutely.. Food also very nice... To return!!!!
Nothing.. Alla super.. Not cheap
4.3
Very conformable, good wifi, nice staff.
The food is extremely over priced. 250dhs for lunch for one person. We stayed for 2 nights and paid almost the same amount for food as the room. There is no choice for food.
4.3
The pool was nice, the decoration of the room and the riad is nice
No hot water! The riad part of the hotel was not maintained, the small swimming pool looked nasty and the entrance of the room had a bird nest just above that was flying scary over our heads.
The change rate is abusive. (Over 10% more than current change rate). Staff answered that I just have to complain to booking.com about the change rate applied and we would receive from.booking.com a 20€ refund...
Overall, the price for the room we had is over what we could could expect to have. We have been disappointed.
Eventually and more important, the behavior of the staff when telling the problems was absolutely speechless! The staff didnt apologize, but more than that, he complained that we didnt accepted as it is and that we were "oppressing" him... He offered us to change room but the hot water problem happened the morning we left!
Finally we left the hotel disappointed with the feeling of being unhappy....

This was the most beautiful stay on our trip. The natural and tasteful design of the Jardins de Villa Maroc made it a wonderful experience. The friendly and helpful service and the delicious food made the stay worth remembering.
We will definitely come back!

This place was like heaven. The decor of the rooms was outstanding and great attention to detail. Facilities were great. The staff and service also outstanding. After several nights in Marakesh we were in need of some luxury and relaxation and this certainly fit the bill. The food was lovely, the pool and eating area tranquil and spotlessly clean. Would recommend this place to all.

We felt very welcomed by Hisham, Sharaf and the rest of the staff. It was our first holiday with our 1 and 3 year old and they made everything so easy. The food was all excellent and the kids loved it too. The location is beautiful and the pool very clean.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Couldn’t beat it.

If I could rate this place higher than 10 I would! The most beautiful hotel, it was a highlight of our trip to Morocco. The staff are incredible, very friendly, super efficient and helpful and made it stand out more than the other hotels we stayed in.
The hotel itself is about 15 minutes out of the main town in a taxi which is perfect for relaxing and having some space. The hotel offered a free shuttle into town each morning and after that, sorted all of our taxis very easily. It's very peaceful and there are no other properties around.
The facilities were great, 2 beautifully kept pools, lots of seating areas where you could read a book and enjoy some time to yourself. The restaurant has great food and drinks and the breakfast that was included was amazing - all homemade food! The rooms were very spacious with lots of storage and were cleaned every day. Good WIFI and hot water and free toiletries!
I couldn't recommend this place more - if you are considering staying here then definitely do so! It is better than the pictures make out!
Nothing!

Les Jardins de Villa Maroc, located 10 min drive from Essaouira, is a wonderful oasis of peace and comfort. Especially the dome-houses are stunning due to their unique construction and offer a very pleasant Indoor temperature.
On the other side of the complex is the garden with the beautiful pool. Everything is very nicely designed and the eclectic style with the colorful furniture gives the place a lot of charm. The service was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best we had so far in Morocco.
Everything would have been perfect if we hadn't made use of the horseback-riding offer by the hotel. The hotel brings you to the riding stables, wich are clean and the the horses are well maintained.
Unfortunately it looks different with the staff. Unfriendly and completely useless guide accompanied us on the sunset ride. He was more interested to speak on his phone than with us. When we were on the way back home my daughter's horse felt the need to go back to the stables and suddenly go’s into a rapid gallop. The guide far behind didn't have the situation under control at all. My daughter fell in full gallop of the horse.
Also my horse could no longer be stopped (I am an experienced rider) and I have been shaken off the horse in rodeo style! There we lay with torn ligaments and a sprained vertebra. The guide only yelled at us, the situation was out of control. We were picked up by a quad (I had to call them) and brought to the stables.
There was never an apology from the stable, and the guide just disappeared. The hotel manager was nice and drove us to the clinic in Easaouira. We were lucky we didn’t had more serious injuries! But unfortunately our vacation was „over" after this incident. We just waited for a flight back to Switzerland….so therefor just a 4 Star rating.

Clean, beautiful, well designed, welcoming and professional team.

Beautiful setting, the owner was so helpful and kind, loved the pool and the food. Lunch was amazing, and dinner very romantic having it in the gardens - breakfast was also great. Very relaxing
We loved it but our only issue would be the noisy rooster and peacocks at night - we needed ear plugs!
4.3
Exceptional stay. Very friendly staff, beautiful room, wonderful location, great pools... It was very calm and the pools were not crowded at all. Lunch buffet was the best of our whole trip: lots of fresh fruits.
Nothing!
