The staff were wonderful.
Our studio room, lounge and patio great.
Loved the space.
The pool, spa and sauna fabulous.
The couch needs to be replaced, which I reported. The seat has bottomed out.

Hotel is located conveniently close to Queen Street for lots of restaurants and the shopping. The room had all the necessities for an easy check in, stay and general convenience. Check in was smooth. The room had plenty of plugs, table space, a fridge, TV, sink and hob.
The double bed are two single beds put together, which meant there was a sag in the middle of the bed which made it quite uncomfortable. Make sure you get a double bed if you ask for one.

Nothing to dislike

Room was okay needs abit of maintenance and better cleaning was close to everything like viaduct and skytower

The location and the staff was very nice.
The room service staff is out sourced and does a terrible job. They let the doors slam even when asked to close them gently. The heater did not work for three days. The carpet was torn, the bathroom was full of black mold in the tile work, the shower wand did not stay up due to it being broken.

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, and excellent location.
There was mould in the batchroom on the walls, ceiling, tiles, etc

Walking distance to everything we needed. The laundry facility in the bathroom was really useful too.
The couch was very uncomfortable. Almost like the springs had gone. We put cushions down to sit on but it still sagged too much.

Handy location to viaduct, good value for money
Room was clean but quite worn out. Great to have parking on site but very difficult to get in and out of

Comfy king bed, bathroom was dated but the shower was amazing and I loved the complementary soaps and shampoo. Excellent location to viaduct. Great value for money. Would stay here again.
There were no standout negatives.

It is close to the city centre & the harbour. There was a lot of restaurants nearby.
The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The bed was super comfortable.
The bathroom was pretty outdated & the bath/shower has a very narrow footprint. It was difficult to turn around in the shower without feeling like you will topple over.

Hotel is conveniently located and has great ambience.
We were greeted by Luther for checking in. He was very welcoming and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities.
There is daily housekeeping. Amy is the most sincere and hardworking housekeeping team member ever. The 24/7 Front Desk employees were very helpful and supportive.
Will ALWAYS be indebted to Luther for the great help that he had provided for dealing with an unexpected health issue during our stay at the hotel.

Was handy to the city
We parked in the basement but was told to ring reception to get lift access, phone in room didnt work. Had to go to reception each time, Should be linked to swipe card, shower over bath, bath was cracked, toilet sides we dirty, used the iron but it leaked all over the bench, the kitchen tape was loose and moved as you went to use it. This room shouldnt really of been used for guests

It was nice to have the option of eating/ snacking and relaxing in the room on the couch. The bed was comfortable,
The room and especially the bath was a little tired and could need some attention. I went to make myself a cup of coffee but the cup was very dirty which the cleaner changed straight away, some of the utensils probably need replacing.

Location is great, just a couple of blocks from the harbour, restaurants, and bars, as well as other sightseeing options. Room was huge, I didn't expect accommodations with separate bedroom and kitchen. I even had look at the tower from bed and balcony. Washer/dryer in the bathroom as well although a little old.
I didn't eat breakfast there because the price was a little high.

The bed, balcony….
Dirty shower and shower curtain. The door in between bedrooms that can be opened from either side…. Definitely sketchy! $5 if you drink a $1 bottle of water, so $10 for 2 small bottles! The bond takes over a week to get back to you!

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful especially Vikas he went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The bath and shower faculties were rusty with holes in them, the sprinkler system that would be used in the event of a fire was rusted and looked as is it wouldn't work. This was a safety concern given the fire and the deaths in New Zealand recently.

great rooms and location
booked 1 month in advance, at check in i was told i couldn’t park at the hotel and i had to park at a public carpark up the road.
