Beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is the perfect beachfront retreat for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family seeking adventure and relaxation. Spectacular ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. The St. Augustine Beach and Tennis Club features 2 large pools plus a private boardwalk to pristine St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy surfing, boogie boarding, parasailing, or just sunbathing steps from your door.
The recently remodeled unit is beautifully decorated exotic global themes. The unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, and even beach chairs. We provide dishes, silverware, and cookware.
Just 2/10 of a mile away is the famous Oasis Restaurant. Two grocery stores are within 4/10 of a mile of the unit. Slightly farther away is historic downtown St. Augustine. The oldest city in America, St. Augustine has such attractions as the historic fort of Castillo de San Marco, the Lightner Museum, the oldest schoolhouse in America, the oldest jail, The Fountain of Youth, and the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Famous St. George walking street provides for shopping, history, and culinary delights all in one delightful package. A city for all seasons, St. Augustine is home to the Amphitheatre which hosts concerts and shows. We have stayed at this same condo for a second time. It is very clean. The couch and 2 recliners are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Large balcony is a plus with great views of both pools and the ocean. Had a fantastic time at this property again.

Pros-living room furniture nice, water pressure good for 4th floor, washer/dryer good , tv was good,electronic lock on the door was nice Cons-ice maker did not work, master bedroom uncomfortable bed and old, bathroom very dated, found inappropriate items in bedside table, guest bedroom had no storage, bed had plastic mattress cover and very uncomfortable, walls were covered with material in guest bathroom, vertical blinds were broken in master and living room blocking view of ocean , linens need to be replaced

Jessica was great! Was quick to reply to our questions. The unit was very nice. Comfortable bed. Balcony was spacious. View was wonderful. Easy getting all our luggage in and out - they provided carts and luggage trolleys. Everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay!

We live this place and will conti nue booking here. Yes its old decor but its clean and has what you need. The balcony is where Inspend most of my time and it is huge with views if poil and ocean. Laying on the master bed you can see the ocean! Lication is awesome too!

It was really good, despite the ocean quite strong. Enjoy very much the area visiting numerous places. The facility area is very nice. Think the unit needs the eyes of the owners.

The property was not cleaned well, furniture was dusty. They only left one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a visit for 4 people for a week. There were no trash bags. The instructions stated to leave a note on your car dash indicating that you were staying at this property and then get a parking permit the next day. However, the office was closed all weekend. No gate code was left at the property. The Wi-Fi address was incorrect. For the amount of money charged for this property, we expected better.

My family and I came down for the first time to St Augustine. We really enjoyed the property. It was clean and very close to the beach, just as advertised! We would definitely come back!

This is a great location to get to the beach. There were places to eat within in walking distance. We felt very safe here. All the basics to at least get started were there. When we visted there were many families and couples that were retired around the property. It is an older unit that could use some updates but was comfortable. It could have been cleaned a little better. There were dirty socks in the smaller bedroom and when we moved the bed in the master to plug something in--it was pretty bad. Jessica is the property manager and she is awesome to work with. When we have a mintue we would visit again.

Overall clean and well maintained. Fully stocked kitchen and even had spices too which was nice. Balcony is really nice and has lovely view. Only complaint was lack of hot water in the master bathroom shower— maybe something to check out. The location is perfect and is a short drive away from the historic district which is where we ate dinner almost every night. The beach where the condo is located is perfect because it is not very busy. It is also worth noting that in order to lock the door you must pull the door handle towards you while pressing the lock button— this is something we did not know but figured out on our own. Overall very nice would stay here again.

The property was located in a great spot, the beach was easy to access from the boardwalk and the two pools were nice. The view is outstanding. The place was clean with the only exception being a stale smoke smell in the living room when the air is turned on but it dissipated within a few minutes each time. I think the owner is in the process of updating the property as there were some newer items since the photos that are posted, such as a king bed and new stove. The bed is quite comfortable and soft. You’ll enjoy it (as long as you’re not looking for a firm bed) but we both we woke up each day with no pain (which is rare) and were well-rested!

Everything was so perfect. St. Augustine is an incredible destination. This property has easy access to Old Town and incredible beach access. Convenient to everything. The condo itself is great! It was very clean, had a FULLY equipped kitchen- better than any other VRBO we have stayed at, lots of towels and blankets, even beach chairs and boogie boards. Literally everything we needed. And the bed was sooooo comfy. Communication was so fast with the owner! Such a great stay. We will be back!! Cannot say enough great things about it.

The condo had a gorgeous view from the balcony. The actual condo is in need of updates but for the price was comfortable. It had everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels. Unfortunately our trip was cut short thanks to hurricane Ian. We would definitely stay again.

I loved staying at Jessica’s property. It’s on the beach with a private path to the beach. I enjoyed the ocean views each day. It’s so pretty. The unit was clean and , very importantly, quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of this unit. The. Landscaping was beautiful and the proximity to the beach ideal. The office manager was very friendly and helpful. I felt the second bedroom could have been cleaner and use of the closets space more organized. Little issue getting in, but was fixed very promptly. I would consider staying there again.

Jessica was very helpful when making a reservation. The condo is a great location on St Augustine Beach. The view of pool & beach was breathtaking, & nice to watch the sun come up on porch. It had easy access to get to the beach. There was plenty of parking, & if you come in late on a friday , you won't be able to get a parking permit until monday morning, but real estate office number assured me that they wouldn't tow me car. The condo had plenty of towels & cooking supplies. We did need to get some paper towels & more TP, & bathrooms. The bathroom floors were not real clean, but had plenty of cleaning supplies to tidy them up a little better. Over all we had a wonderful stay, & it is perfect for a couple with or with out kids , or 2 guests to have their own rooms & bath. Thank you Jessica for getting to stay at your beautiful beach condo !

It was a wonderful peaceful stay. We watched the sunrise from the balcony and the sunset walking on the beach. The condo was perfect for all of our needs. The pools were a refreshing retreat from the beach as we cooled down with a swim. Grateful for a clean, easily accessible restroom by the pool area. We were perfectly located to enjoy all of our favorite restaurants.

This property is perfect! The pictures do not do it justice as they are a little outdated. The view of the ocean alone makes this condo worth it. Walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants, grocery stores and Walgreens; it is all convenient. We loved that they had a full kitchen to cook and towels/ lawn chairs for the beach. 100% will recommend this area and condo to anyone.
