It has parking and good staff!!! I recommend!!!

Clean hotel and efficient staff. Well distributed furniture inside the room, kitchen equipped with utensils, and refrigerator. varied breakfast, and fantastic owner Adriana. Highly recommend.!!!

All in all good place, but breakfast is not worth paying for

Receptionist was great, very helpful man. Nice location of the hotel.

Breakfast is very poor, and italian staff who is working in hotel yells in the dinning room while people are having breakfast. Honestly, it was not very nice to have that atmosphere while eating and drinking first coffee of the day. Matresses are little bit too hard.

everything was great and Luka ( owner ) was exceptional. he even took us to the local station when we were leaving to come home rather than us pay for a taxi

A great location for exploring Tuscany by train and or rail. Excellent value for money and really great customer service

great location for exploring Tuscany. good train station close by abs supermarket too and great road connections. the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help with train timetables and suggestions of the best beaches to visit and why. always plenty of hot water on tap and great to have a kitchen, including a fridge and a microwave with grill. great that we had a studio including a double bed and 2 singles for our sons. Also very nice to have a private balcony in the shade at the back of the studio plus a communal sunny terrace to the front with chairs and sun loungers. Free parking. The continental breakfast was fresh with a large choice of 3 different types of croissants. Boiled eggs, meats and cheese, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Two types of fruit juice. A kettle for hot water for tea and a lady to serve proper Italian coffee and to keep everything replenished. Lots of sweet pastries and cakes plus a choice of bread to toast and butter, jams and honey. Plus, excellent free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Many thanks and highly recommended.

the beds could have been a bit softer and the bathroom would have been better if it had a window.

Needs sound proofing and a evening receptionist maybe

Very friendly receptionist, noticed partner’s birthday when scanning passport. The room was big and clean and the bathroom good, apart from an Ant infestation from the wall. Location ok 15 min walk from station but not good as it’s next to a supermarket so noisy from 8AM and the Worst thing about it, on a Saturday night, the Irish pub up the road Blasted music till 2:30AM, then until 3 you heard the drunks & the bottle bins etc. So no sleep, explained to the receptionist whom did then let us have a late check out, which was nice and helpful.

Pleasant, clean hotel.

The hotel was beautiful from the inside, clean, new, well furnished. The fridge was a big plus! The reception was very nice and helpful.

Cold water wasn't! The location of the hotel is quite unpleasant. Otherwise the hotel was nice clean and well furnished. As usual in Italy, the windows were not for ventilation, only opening.

Clean room. Flexibilty of the owner and the nicenicest. We were late and he give Us instukcions on how to get into hotel an our room. We dont speak Italijan an the owner spoke to Us in englesh. He made shure that we were taken care of. We spent one night.
