Hôtel a éviter !
De plus, le petit déjeuner était pas top. Pas de choix, café à l'eau, beurre liquide, confiture industrielle..
Hôtel très bruyant.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !

The room, the suggestions by the staff... Vivi at the reception and Babis at the bar!
Nothing in specific.

Staff eas extremely helpful and friendly...nicest that i have experienced. . Also there was cooking options in a small kitchen corner in the rooom and a lovely view. It was extremely clean.
The hotel i believe was misrepresented in booking regarding the level. I thought i was nooking a 4 star hotel....and the room was more at the level of a 2 star hotel regarding place to pur clothes...quality of towels...no extras .....for exampke no beach or sea towels....bathrobe, slippers...bathroom assessories. .

Breakfast was very good. The balcony with a sea view and the small kitchen was a plus. There is a table and chairs on the balcony.
The bed for two people was only 140 cm wide I think and with only one blanket. The bedding was an exposed blanket over a flat sheet and not the type of duvet cover and the blanket inside. The first impression was a damp smell, but this faded after 1-2 days of airing

wonderful lady at the reception desk, room (on the first floor) with access to the pool (really clean, although not used), breakfast - many different dishes for every taste, parking, "path" along the beach up to the center along the coast up to the old town
No hairdryer.

Quiet seaside location not too far from downtown Rethymnon with convenience store across the street. Multilingual Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. A "Rich" Buffet Breakfast was available. Bacon was a bit lightly cooked for me, though, but no problem, plenty of local delicacies available. Nice Bar Area with great barman. "Babis" Drinks and entertainment. A wide range of beaches actually, from the doorstep almost to "On, Out". Plus pool and sundeck for the "Don't like the salt" Brigade. A smattering of local restaurants, shops and bakery within 2 mins walk
Tried hard but couldn't come up with anything! For any elderly or infirm, please note an absence of a lift

The room was very nice and large with a kitchen, dining table and two settees in a separate room to the bedroom. It had a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the outside bar. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming and gave us information on places to go. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of choice. We could park outside the hotel on the road and the beach is close by.
We had booked a garden level room and free parking onsite but got a message to park in a nearby carpark before we arrived and were given a room near reception which meant we had to climb steps at the front of the hotel to get to it. After our breakfast we returned to our room to find the door wide open when we were sure we had locked it.

It is very good money/value hotel! Unfortunately, as in most hotels in Crete, the room door is like paper, you hear everything. Both nights some strange noise came through the door until 3AM. I also heard other group complaining about the same issue during the breakfast. The staff is superb! They do everything for you to feel good. Bartender Pabis is really the best! Unfortunately the weather was so bad, so I enjoyed his company only 1 evening, as the bar is outside. Great coctails, suggestions about the island etc!
Thin door

lovely clean hotel, few steps from the beach.
Receptionist Vicky was so kind and helpful. She saved our holiday, as it was rainy in October and she advised us to go to sunny Matala beach.

The staff was so wonderful. Shoutout to Vicky and the other front desk lady for being extra helpful to us. The breakfast buffet was amazing so many options. The location was walking distance to the beach, stores, and restaurants.

Lovely and cozy hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, at the end of the city promenade (it takes 30-40 minutes to walk to the city, but you can also take a bus, for example when going (and walking back in the evening)). The local beach is simple, but not overcrowded and pleasant, with sunbeds available. It is easy to park and make trips outside the city. The pool is a children's favorite! Breakfast good, but we preferred to make it ourselves in our kitchenette. We had a room with sea + pool view, the balcony was too sunny in the morning and during the day (there was no shade), but in the evening it was pleasant and the view was beautiful. The recommended nearby 1+1 restaurant was very good! Unfortunately, we didn't try the Thymar restaurant, but it also looked very good!

I really like the location of this hotel. Near to the beach and amenities. I traveled with my daughter 1yo, and I feel very comfortable with her at the hotel.
There is a gym which for some strange reasons isn't open early in the morning. The breakfast was OK, the only complaint is about the croissant which takes a while to bake it, for this reason wasn't available early in the opening hours, only after 10am, which I consider pretty strange as well.

The seaview from the suite was perfect. The breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Room was clean and comfy. Quiet area perfect for relaxation. The best receptionist ever, Vicky, made us the best itinerary on what to see and do, and also good restaurant recommendations.
Had an amazing time, cant really think of something bad to say.
