Прекрасное расположение, отель находиться в шаговой доступности до всех главный достопримечательностей и рядом есть большой выбор ресторанов. До вокзала всего 20 минут. Комната небольшая, но комфортая и чистая, в ней всё необходимое. Для меня одной кровать была достаточно большой, но если спать вдвоём и люди высокого роста, то места будет маловато. Очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал, который говорит на нескольких языках. Хороший завтрак (яйца, помидоры, сырная и мясная нарезка, йогурты, яблоки, хлопья, круассаны, булочки, чай, кофе, горячий шоколад). Хорошее соотношение цены/качества.

Завтрак пришлось оплачивать отдельно, он не входил в стоимость бронирования на booking.

A homey and friendly place to stay with a personal touch in a beautiful part of Strasburg.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street, with the beautiful promenade along the river Ill just around the corner. Public transport, nice coffee shops and restaurants close by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast!

Perfect located, for a City Trip fantastic

Very kind and friendly people. It was a small, clean room as well as bath. For one night perfekt and also perfekt located. The windows shut out the noise very well, but in that case better use the air condition. To leave the luggage before Check-in was also no Problem. We had no breakfast, so no comment on that.

There was no window or ventilation in the bathroom, it was ok, but better let the door stay open.

The hotel is small but cosy. Very close to the Strasbourg Cathedral has clean rooms, not big but enough for one night stay. The hotel is family run and has a personal touch when speaking to the people running it.

Really worth the price. The staffs are really friendly. Near to the river and so close to the centre.

The sound insulation in the room is not good. The curtains are hard and not fixed. As soon as it blows in the evening, the sound is loud. As a result, we did not sleep well at night.

The hotel location is in center and the receptionist Mr Patrick is so sweet, helper and friendly. I was in there bec of Christmas Market Tour and my phone was stolen. Mr Patrick was so helpful and supportive , Thank you to him. Hotel is very easy to find, cross the Rohan Palais where is in center. Old town and the main places is very close 5 min by walk. Near to cathedral too. You can find everything near the hotel. Clean tidy new hotel 10/10

Friendly staff and great location!

Very welcoming! The evening manager was so sweet and helpful. It made our stay even more special. They upgraded us to a room with a shared terrace. Shower pressure was great! Clean room and bathroom, great location!

Beautiful location, easy to find and access from the rest of the city, very charming as a property. Full service for a reasonable price - hard to find these days but Hôtel de l'Ill delivers ! Will definitely recommend and revisit.

One staff found it suitable to lecture me on climate change, and that was uncomfortable and not very nice. She just needed to let me know that they would prefer the AC is not used or that there is a gouvernement regulation on it...but I had to stand there and listen to her for 10 minutes...

The staffs are very helpful and speak good english. It locates in a small street next to the old town. So it is quiet and in walking distance to the attractions. No parking lot for guests but there is underground parking space 200 meters away (cost upto 20 euros for 24 hrs). The room is a bit small. It remind me of ibis hotel's room, limited space but comfortable.

Cozy reception. Themosttic valve in small shower.

You should shower yourselve sometime to clean out the rubbers on the shower head so the rays come straith down. I did room 402 Already.

Superb

Clean, high standard of fittings and fixtures, external blackout blinds, good sound proofing and a lift if you need it. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Centrally located. Car parking not a problem ( numerous multi storeys) and not expensive for overnight. Would not hesitate to recommend or visit again.

Nice hotel in a great location to explore Strasbourg.

Great location for exploring the city, a short walk from the cathedral and the Batorama boat tours. Staff were very friendly and helpful (they speak English and German in addition to French). Some rooms aren't very big but that wasn't an issue for us as we were out most of the time!

The rooms we had were mostly very clean and comfortable although some bits had been missed, nothing major though. The WiFi had a habit of cutting out a bit but again that wasn't too bad as we weren't on holiday to just browse the web!
