It's a good choice if you are in transit and you want to rest for a night.

Although it was small, there was a kitchen and I was able to cook. There is a supermarket next to the hotel.
When I took a shower, the floor got wet even with the curtains closed.

Apartment is large. It is a little kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, and balcony. All is very comfortable and clean. You can order a breakfast for 12,50 euro pro person, but we haven’t ordered it.
All was super.

Room was very comfortable. Breakfast and breakfast staff were very good. They need to improve cleaning in bathroom. But anyway everything was ok.

Comfortable room, with nice view.
One of the beds in our room had a torn sheet and hair on it.

staff were excellent
shower was broken, expensive, no onsite parking despite it staying on booking.com that it did, no bath either. this is more a youth hostel than a hotel, could have driven 10km down the road for much better accommodation for a lot less money

The staff was super friendly. Very convenient that reception is open 24/7, so I was able to do a late check in and early check out without any issue.
The room was spacious and very clean.
Overall, I quite enjoyed my stay in the hotel, thank you.
The shower was leaking.
The hotel is quite far from a city center but it's a good value for money.

the reception staff didn't speak other language than German.

Nice and spacious room
A bit too far, staff was not very friendly

Everything was awesome except for the guy on reception
The guy on reception was very rude and tried to steel extra money, which aren't indicated anywhere. He doesn't speak English at all, which is difficult for those tourists, who doesn't speak German

Room size and facilities, minibar in room, underground car park with direct access to hotel, 24 hr Reception.
No bar, only a vending machine in the reception.
Good tram connection to centre, but tram stop a bit far.

It gets all the basics right, and there was sufficient street parking (on a friday night) directly opposite the hotel. Price was fair for the family room - we paid €153 for a family room which included a kitchenette.
We didn't get the room we booked, which was 3 single beds and a sofa bed. This was why we chose it. Instead, our family of 5 had two double beds.
The air-conditioning makes a lot of noise, but achieves nothing it seemed. As a result the room was uncomfortably warm for the children to sleep - exasperated as all three now had to share a bed.

We arrived at the hotel around 21:20 and the men at the desk does not speak english and he spoke in german with me and 2-3 words in english , he said he cant find our reservation and if I want a room I have to pay 150 euro.
I have called Booking and they said the reservation in active , they called the hotel but of course : the men at the desk in a hotel do not speak english!! Booking called again through an german agent and then the hotel said I have to pay 120 euro and after another call from booking they said I have to pay 100 euro instead of 85 euro , the price I made my reservation in July.
So the manager from hotel should consider hiring people who speak English and know how to behave with people, not be ignorant !

Nice roomsize, and cheap for a room for 5 people. Nice bathroom!
Probably very nice at some point, but the fresh feeling has faded. Could really use a makeover.
3.2
Value for money
Space for whole family
Clean and good beds
Location
Noise from ventilation in the backyard

Everything!
Every time you need wifi username and password. That is what I didn't like.
