Property was able to accommodate four families comfortably. We had a total of 15 people, adults and children and never felt crowded. Great location for easy access to Keystone. Many thanks!

We had a great time. We snowboarded A Basin and it was a blast. Cant wait to come back!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed by the beauty and comfort of the home. The spacious living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds and linens ensured a restful night's sleep.
The location of the rental was also ideal. It was close to the ski slopes, hiking trails, and other attractions, making it easy to explore all that Keystone has to offer.
I would also like to commend the exceptional customer service I received from your team. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect.
Overall, I had a truly wonderful experience at 18 Autumn Brook and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Keystone. Thank you again for making our stay so memorable!

When I booked this, our group was 14 in number (the listing said it would fit 17...That would have been tight). It is approx a 4-5 min walk to the shuttle route (more info about this would have been nice in the condo) or a 10ish minute walk to the bottom of Mountain House. Ski Rental places are within walking distance from the condo. There aren't enough chairs (esp in the Living Room) to hang out as a large group and the Dining table is cramped to fit 14 around it (even using the benches)-of course, all of our group were adults. The bedroom situation worked since two of the three families going were families of four - they each took a bedroom that had a queen bed plus a bunkbed. The condo actually had enough pots & pans, plates, cups, etc to work for our group. It needed a 9x13 pan and some more serving spoons; other than that it was adequately stocked. Thanks for opening your home!

property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Everything was great about our stay with SkyRun as per usual. Will rent again!

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.

Very nice property with three parking spots. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of settings (could use a few more spoons). The team really liked the home and the hot tub. Nice to have extra towels which were well used and laundered several times. Only real downside is the noisy hiway right outside the master bedroom (like to sleep with the window open).

Floors in living room and kitchen needs mopped. Shower curtain liners need replaced.

Wonderful condo! We had a great stay with our family - grandparents, kids and grandchildren. The condo was very spacious with room for everyone to have their own space, clean and beautiful views. Each room has its own bathroom and the hot tub was a bonus. It was nice to have a 2 car garage and additional parking space. Perfect location, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and River Run Village is a very short drive away. We would stay here again!

Disappointing
Review: Garage ceiling was leaking and bulging. Entry way was dirty. Deck with grill on was full of snow and it was thawing causing the garage to have a leak. The shower floors were not clean. The rugs in the bathrooms look like they weren't even shaken. They needed to be washed, When we have to pay a cleaning fee I would expect it to be clean when we come in. We all adjusted and cleaned as needed to stay there. Again will not recommend or use again! Bed linen appeared dirty we washed some of the linen to make it sleep able.
Primary Issue: There were issues with more than one of these

While the heat worked well and there was enough room for us, the rest was very disappointing. Hot tub only large enough to fit one or two people. Decor old and worn a not kept up. We could not park in the garage with a ski rack and had to park next to an huge snow pile where the plows from the parking lot next door left the snow. So hard to get in and out of the car and couldn’t park in the garage. Plus the garage door needs to be fixed (the bottom is warped and contributing to the lack of access). Overall the place was just very old and neglected. The amount we paid was about three times what I would have paid for such accommodations. I would rate this a 2 star accommodation. We do not plan on booking this one again. I recommend to lower the price since it is over priced for what it is.

My immediate family and extended family had a lovely time staying here. It was so close to the ski shuttle to keystone and ski rental store. We had a great weekend filled with joy and laughter. Wonderful property.

My family and I (husband, 3 daughters and their husband's, and 6 grandkids ages 8 years to 7 months old) decided to spend the holiday in the mountains. The property was perfect for the 14 of us. Enough good sized bedrooms for all the adults with comfortable beds, plus the loft which the older kids loved sleeping in. The location was good ~ close to Keystone village with shops, restaurants and a playground. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. The hot tub was a nice bonus! The kitchen was a little small for 14 of us, but we managed. Recommend providing more than one dish towel and dish cloth. Definitely recommend this townhome.
4.8
Perfect location with great amenities. The laundry machine did have some mold growing in it in the lining.
4.8
The property was a great choice for our large group of 10 adults with its 4 separate bedroom/bathroom suites. Very nice kitchen area as well. We were a bit worried about road noise since the condo backs up to the road but it was not too bad.

Great Family Reunion Location
The location of this property was perfect for our mini family reunion of 3 families from CA, CO, and NE. It was just over a half a mile to the Keystone Village where we attended the Bacon and Bourbon Fest. There was plenty of room for all of us to cook and host large family dinners every night. Hiking, golf, shopping., and restaurants were all conveniently located in Keystone and the surrounding towns. We had an amazing time!

A group of 15+ people stayed here very comfortably and loved every second. There were plenty of rooms, beautiful bathrooms furnished with towels and toiletries, a fireplace, an outdoor jacuzzi for 3 or 4, and even a porch. In the early cold mornings, we realized that the floors were heated! That surely changed the game in the dead of winter. The house is located across the street from Keystone Mountain, a collection of local bars/restaurants and a ski/snowboard rentals shop, however we mainly skied at Breckenridge Resort - about 30 minutes away- during the day and Keystone at night. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat - winter OR summer!

Came here with a large group not sure what to expect as it was my first time in Colorado! From the accommodations (slept 16+ comfortably) to the surprise amenities (heated floors and hot tub) and proximity to both Keystone and Breckinridge this house did not disappoint.
Highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back!!

I stayed here with a large group and had a fantastic time! The house is nice and they increased the amount of silverware so that's no longer a worry. The hot tub fits 3. If you're worried about going up and down stairs at 9,000'+ then have the fittest people in your group sleep upstairs. Keystone is a great location in the Rockies. It's about a 15 minute drive from the busy Breckenridge yet close enough if you want to visit. If you are a fan of dive bars, walk across the street to the Goat. Great happy hour prices!

Just spent a long weekend with a large group of friends at 18 Autumn Brook. Wonderful experience, comfortable accommodations (the showers had excellent water pressure), and super convenient location. There's a gear rental across the street and it was an easy 5 minute drive to reach the River Run village of Keystone. The house easily accommodated our group of 15+ people: the open floor plan allowed us all to relax and eat together with plenty of seating, we cooked several big meals in the kitchen without issue, and no one was fighting for the bathroom or a place to sleep. Would highly recommend for any large group or family reunion!

Our group of 14 friends and family felt very comfortable at 18 Autumn Brook. Most of us were there to ski and snowboard, so the location worked out great5 minutes from Keystone, 20 minutes from Breckenridge and across the street from Snowdance Ski and Snowboard Rental. The others in our group enjoyed shopping, snowshoeing and relaxing around the place, which was easy to do with a hot tub, fireplace and comfy beds.
I personally have a difficult time adjusting to the dry mountain air, but lo and behold, the downstairs closet has a handful of room humidifiers. I only wish Id noticed them before my first nights sleep. The only hiccup of our whole stay was we had an issue with the garage door opening when we first rolled in. We called the property manager and it was fixed within the few hours we were on the slopes. Impressive response time!
I'm assuming there have been some updates since some of these previous reviews, as the kitchen was well stocked for the 14 of us, and we love to cook and eat! After a couple seasons of paying far more $$ for far less luxury, were hoping to make 18 Autumn Brook our new yearly snow get away.

This place is absolutely amazing! Conveniently located new Breckenridge and Keystone, this place is perfect for any of your snow needs!
The only thing about this place is that is is so inviting and homey that you may never want to leave the warm cabin atmosphere for the cold outdoors! My family and I enjoyed the cabin and the hot tub while escaping the cold weather. There are plenty of dinner options and things to do around the area so it kept the whole family happy and occupied.
If you are looking for a great place to stay, then look no further! We are definitely going to re-book for the spring summer months to enjoy some nice hiking views!

This place is cozy and absolutely beautiful! It is clean and perfect for large groups. It has great views of the mountains and perfect location to explore keystone and the surrounding towns. Can't wait to come back!

What an amazing cabin! It is conveniently located in Keystone and the private hot tub makes it an absolute winner! The hot tub is located on the backside balcony and you can literally jump in it from the cabin.... no running/walking in the cold just to get to the hot tub. Love love love this place
4.8
While it can get extremely cold outside, you're sure to stay warm in this cabin. I felt very comfortable walking around barefoot due to the heated floors. There is plenty of space for a large party and you're guaranteed to have 3 parking spots (i.e. two in the garage and one left of the house). I loved the modernized feel to the place. I just want to say that you're definitely going to enjoy the cleanliness and comfort of this cabin. I for sure would love to stay here again!

With a crew of 15+ we all slept comfortably and were a stones throw from the mountain. Can't beat that! Huge area to lounge in and dine. Hot tub too! I considered asking to live there, still think about it...

Great fit!
What a beautiful home with a ton of space. We loved how it was separated and divided up in rooms on what floors to keep the gentleman separate from the ladies. So many windows and so much light it was nice to have natural light. The young adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was incredibly well stalked, although it wouldn't hurt to have some more hand towels and washcloths for in there. A couple warnings: 1. Although it's wonderful to have the garage and an additional third spot on the side, You should know that if you have a larger SUV it will not fit in the garage, and 2. Beware of your neighbors in #20. They are incredibly hateful and rude, they will park in your third spot and refuse to leave stating that it is their spot as well, leaving you to have to pay $20 to park in the hotel next door. We are very grateful that SkyRun reimbursed our $20 and they're supposed to check with the HOA about that third spot. Overall we had an amazing time and its close enough to trails, stores, the water, and restaurants. I would recommend this property and hopefully the neighbor's situation will be handled for the future.

Large, cozy getaway
Just got done with a four day stay at 18 Autumn Brook. Comfy, spacious and about three minutes from Keystone.
We had about twelve visitors and still had space to spare. All the bedrooms were cozy and had bathrooms to accommodate our party. Everyone fell in love with this place, it makes for the perfect Colorado vacation.

Awesome Weekend Getaway
The cabin was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. We had a large group (18 people) and we were all able to sleep comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed and the grocery store was just a short drive down the road. We skiied at Keystone + Breck which were both in close proximity. The heated floors, hot tub, and breathtaking views made for an incredible stay. Would highly recommend for families + large groups. Can't wait to return in the summer!

Perfect for Large Ski Group
The cabin was perfect for a large group of 15+ friends. The large dining room made it possible to all eat together. We loved having the personal jacuzzi on the deck. 5 full baths - plenty of hot water even with multiple showers going at the same time! The huge living room provided plenty of space for us to all gather and play games (i.e. piccolo and charades). There was also a huge garage to fit everyone's ski equipment and 2 full sized cars. It was also a short trip to ski resorts - perfect for Keystone, also close to A-Basin and Breckenridge. Can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful, beautiful stay!
This cabin was absolutely breathtaking. Everything inside was updated with gorgeous appliances and stunning tile. There was lots of space and plenty of different places to sleep and relax. This was the PERFECT getaway from Minnesota! We loved visiting Colorado and staying here. Thank you!!!

Excellent vacation spot
This place has everything you need for a vacation rental. The location is a walk away from keystone and you can see people on the slopes from the deck. Amazing views. The hot tub is a wonderful addition and was thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Nothing like an out door hot tub after a long cool day on the slopes! Food, drink, rentals, are all within walking distance. Our group of 18 was easily slept in comfort which in itself was an amazing feat.
An under appreciated luxury was definitely the heated tile flooring. It's especially nice to wake up in the morning without socks and feel that warmth. The place was clean and the amenities were immaculathe. The jacuzzi in the master was a nice addition to utilize as well.
10/10. Will stay here again and will recommend to friends. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Especially suitable for large groups that want luxury and convenience.
