I will definitely return and highly recommend it!

It was an excellent experience—welcoming, clean, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and professional. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by an unexpected gift for our birthdays during our stay.

You could hear people upstairs but nothing extreme

Si gioca con il turista, per la centralità della posizione, ma 4 stelle non sono, a questa stregua prenotavo una stanza

La posizione

Prenotando credi di andare nella struttura principale, ma sei dirottato in uno dei loro spazi ricavati in altre palazzine (albergo diffuso). Ho chiesto di stare nella struttura principale con la reception, mi hanno detto che sarei stata in quella di fronte e vicina alla reception, e invece mi hanno lasciato in quella isolata, con barriere architettoniche, senza indicazioni sulle vie di fuga, senza personale, con stanze rumorose. Come un qualsiasi bed and breakfast. Stanza piccola, bagno scomodo e minuscolo. Frutti coi fili a vista. Quattro stelle non credo.

I would highly recommend The Condotti Hotel, location is excellent, very clean and comfortable.

Location was amazing really close to everything 2 mins walk from the Spanish Steps. Room very clean and comfortable. Didn't eat breakfast there.

We were moved to another building with a twin room not part of the hotel. I did agree to this, and although it was spotless and very comfortable we found it very stuffy. Plus we got lost twice trying to find it. I requested to be moved back to the main building after 2 day's there and they very kindly accommodated us. Without any fuss.

A experiência no hotel foi mista, com pontos positivos e pontos negativos.

A descrição e as fotos no Booking são referentes ao hotel, porém, descobrimos que o hotel não dispõe de quartos para três pessoas. No momento do check-in, nos informaram que nossa acomodação seria em um prédio separado, localizado a 300 metros de distância do hotel principal. Este edifício secundário não possuía o mesmo nível de sofisticação do hotel e não tinha uma recepção própria. A comunicação com a recepção do hotel principal era feita somente via WhatsApp.

Ficamos desapontados ao descobrir que, ao invés de um quarto no hotel, seríamos alocados em um apartamento, algo que não esperávamos. Na noite antes de nossa partida, um atendente insistiu que usássemos um motorista particular para o aeroporto, ao custo de 80 euros, contrastando com a tarifa tabelada de 50 euros para táxis. O atendente alegou que os taxistas podem não seguir a tabela, o que nos pareceu uma justificativa inadequada. No dia do checkout, atravessamos a rua até um ponto de táxi, localizado a apenas 75 metros do hotel/apartamento, onde encontramos vários táxis disponíveis. Optamos pelo táxi e pagamos o preço tabelado de 50 euros.

Nice. I stayed in this hotel 6 months ago and i brought my family again . I got 2 rooms this time..

Room was very nice for a family of 3. It was a suite which it had a full bath and second 1/2 bath: It was very convenient for 3 adults. The location is excellent, few steps away from the Spanish steps and restaurants. Communication with the hotel by text was also great.

There is only 1 physical key for the room, hold in a large key chain, which made logistic complicated. They don,t provide an invoice nor an electronic invoice. The front desk person was not friendly when i asked for an electronic copy which in fact i have never received it.

Maravilloso

Súper bonito. El personal súper amable. La ubicación la mejor que se puede pedir. En pleno centro gourmet y a 5 min de fontana, plaza , phanteom… La habitación doble superior muy acogedora, volver después de un día intenso se agradece estar súper cómodo y relajado.

No tengo nada malo. Lo único que que Tienes que irte a desayunar más lejos de esa zona porque es carísima la pastelería de enfrente. Menos mal que te dan mini desayuno de bienvenida en habitación .

Es como estar en casa pero atendida. .

Si me encantó la remodelación . Estuve varias veces pero con la pandemia tuve que anular la reserva y todo el viaje . Después de tres años vuelvo y Lo veo muy confortable y decorado con muy buen gusto

لايوجد مفاتيح لابواب الحمام وغرف النوم عند طلب تاكسي لنقلي لمحطة القطار طلبوا مني 80 يورو وعند اخد تاكسي من الموقع اخد مني 22 يورو

great , a bit expensive.

i loved the staff, the location , the cleaniness . overall , it was a pleasant stay for us . they even gave us a room with a terrace and a mini outdoor garden for free, that was a great gesture, thanks guys .

there was a minor issue with the cleaning staff but i informed the reception and they fixed the issue, their airport taxi is not that good, take an uber much better, he is a reckless driver and took too much detours different from google maps. .

Week end tra piacere e lavoro ben amalgamati da un'ottima posizione di alloggio

Posizione della struttura ottima, in pieno centro e collegata benissimo. E' stato molto semplice spostarci sia a piedi sia con i mezzi. Colazione molto buona e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Letto molto comodo, camera ben illuminata. Altra nota positiva il bagno con finestra.

Camera effettivamente un poco piccola per due persone, siamo stati bene ma un poco di spazio in più sarebbe stato gradito, anche perché non c'era possibilità di appendere capi lunghi nell'armadio vista la presenza del frigobar all'interno. Altra pecca l'acqua della doccia lenta a riscaldare, doveva essere aperta un bel poco prima.

Superó mis expectativas Excelente ubicación. Habitación muy cómoda, remodelada con muy buen gusto. Pero lo mejor de todo es la calidad humana del personal. Todos muy amables y atentos. te hacen sentir bien todo el tiempo. Todo el personal es de 10.

Awesome stay and will come back.

Location, nice spacious room as we got a Junior Suite. Great breakfast and very friendly staff. Around the corner from the Spanish Steps in the middle of the heart of Rome. In between all the fashion stores. Great restaurants around.

Our AC wasn’t working so it was kind of hot. Everything else was great.

The staff was kind and friendly.

Vinal carpet, bad wifi, room was a separate building away from main hotel, limited hot water, pubic hair on bathroom floor. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel.

Good location

This was our second and last stay in the hotel. We were stolen money from our hotel room. My sister kept cash in her personal handbag and left it inside the hotel room during the day. In the evening, she realised that her cash was missing from the handbag as the cleaner went through our belongings and took the cash. When we advised the hotel staff they told us to send an email and we did. Two days later we were contacted and informed that given we did not file a local police report they will not give us the €250 stolen back. We were never informed that we had to do this by the staff. Definitely not worth the value for money. Lack of communication and disrespect. NEVER AGAIN.

Rome how you imagine it to be.

The location was just perfection!

Honestly nothing bad to say … it was a lovely clean hotel and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome especially if it is their first time as the location is fantastic.

Rooms are way too small and smelled like cigarette smoke. Could barely walk around the bed without hitting TV on the wall. No room on floor to open a hard suitcase.
