Friendly staff , lovely place clean and tidy . Great location.
Nothing didn't like, mattress little firmer than used to but nothing major.

Lovely hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Meal in bar was tasty, large portions and good value for money.
Tv was too small for room. Only about 5 channels.

Everything in the hotel was top-notch, bedroom, breakfast, etc :). The only downside was a little outside Letterkenny but an advantage if you are coming late from "Malin Head".
Location but that's my personal opinion and my travel itinerary.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is in a lovely setting with mountain views.
The staff are pleasant and friendly.
Rooms are well maintained with a comfortable good sized bed and had everything we needed.
Good food in bar, and breakfast was plentiful.
I would like to return sometime again. 🙂
I found the pillows a little hard, but that is a personal preference. I still slept sound 😴

Staff was friendly and very welcoming
I ordered sea bass and mash and vegetables but fish was so bad and it smelled so bad which I couldn’t sleep all night long and my stomach and tummy it’s killing me from that night!

Very spacious room - we ordered a twin room and it had a double and single bed. It was very clean well decorated and the bathroom was well maintained and clean too. Food and drinks were excellent and the staff were very friendly both at the reception and in the bar.
The only complain we would have was that it was very warm in the room - we tried adjusting the thermostat but it didn't make a difference. Eventually it did go off on it's own but it was very late (well after midnight) and we had to open the window to try to cool the room down. Also, there was no view at all in our room - just a wall about 4 ft away, but it didn't bother us at all.

service and surroundings were excellent. The staff were very helpful
I was very disappointed with the food choices on the bar menu. We were not informed that the restaurant was closed

The bar food was ok . The bar man Desmond was great very friendly and helpful 👍
The room was ok, but there was a massive stain on net curtains in our room. The heating was automatic, so it came on and off all day and night, so we struggled to sleep as it was too hot and no way to control the heat.
Went to breakfast, which was not great at all . Asked for full irish breakfast, but it was more like a child portion. Very poor quality. While I was about to have breakfast, the young waitress came to our table and spilt a full pot of coffee over our table and over my legs . She apologized, but the older ladie said, "That will wake you up." When we told the receptionist what happened, she just looked at us with no response. Awful place for a short break to focused on weddings . We stay in hotels all over the UK and Ireland, and this is easily one of the worst yet

This was such a surprise given the price we paid for two rooms. we were delighted with the spacious, clean rooms, super comfy beds and it’s connection to the Grianan of Aileach (only 5 minutes up the hill and well worth a visit). Super friendly staff too.
The food wasn’t great. We ate in the bar in the evening which was below par and the “poached” eggs on the cooked to order breakfast were like rubber, the bacon was undercooked but the sausage were great!

dark room. couldn’t be helped. not much natural light because it’s build into hill.

Breakfast was very good, could do with a little variation especially for someone who would not be too keen on a full Irish breakast, but otherwise was lovely. Staff were lovely and hotel was spotlessly clean would highly recommend for anyone who wants to tour this area and has a car.

Reception was class, Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful,, would recommend
All good
