Perfect for everything we needed. It was relaxing and amazing location

The location was absolutely perfect. Very handy to all public transportation and the staff were great. The rooms were spacious, well laided out and the bed was super comfy

As we were staying for a week another load of washing powder would have been great. We also orginally asked for a room with 2 queen beds but one of them wasn't set up so we had to do it ourselves

We had a great time because we were able to enjoy each others company in the spacious apartment

After the initial experience as stated below.... I expressed my disappointment to Paige at reception. She immediately dealt with the issue and moved us to a 3 bedroom apartment on the 16th floor. The apartment was spacious, clean, light and bright and 100% better than the other rooms we had. We had a fantastic stay at Bel Air and will def be back if we can get the same apartment. Paige was professional, helpful and understanding.

We started with a poor experience. I had booked for 7 people and was allocated 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. 1 on the 2nd floor 1 on the 8th so we were not able to be together. During the first night I realised how substandard these rooms were, no reflection of the photos. Curtains falling off the walls, in desperate need of a paint job, holes in the walls, old dated furniture, worst bathrooms I have ever had, my bathroom completely flooded when shower was used. Beds were small and uninviting, apartments were small and dark. There was nothing good to say about these rooms.

Quiet expensive for a half beach that we had to pay extra for. Facilities are all over the place eg. To drop the keys off you have to drive back to the main tower there was no key drop off area in each tower which is abit inconvenient.

Great location.

We were greeted by the receptionist, who was very informative and clear with the instructions to carpark and access to the lift and our room. The location is excellent access to Dracula's cabaret, Pacific fair shopping centre, casino, bus, and tram stations . Easy walking distance to restaurants and broad beach shopping centres.

The room smelt musty and overloaded with a bleach smell. Facilities in the kitchen were great.

Not a hotel. Dated and smelly rooms with terrible staff

Absolutely nothing

Extremely Disappointing in all aspects . This is not a resort/hotel as advertised. This is serviced apartments where the majority of units are lived in permanently. The one bedroom apartment was very dated, smelly carpets, bath cracked and no plug so unable to use. The bedding was paper thin with an extra blanket available in the cupboard that looked to be 30yrs old. No heating or cooling in the bedroom. I was freezing! A very old split system in the living area. No streaming service available as advertised Service was non existent. They charge you $3 if you want an extra towel. The staff will not become to rooms for ANY reason. I am a Solo traveler and sprained my ankle and can’t walk. The staff will not bring ANYTHING to my room. I ordered Uber eats and was trying to hop to the reception area. I called reception and advised them i was on my way done but since I can’t walk it will take a bit longer. Staff walked passed me whilst I was trying to hop to reception- no assistance was offered. Worst of all the receptionist turned my Uber eats away and told them she would not accept it at reception even though she was aware I could not walk. Stuck in a room at a supposed hotel with no access to food or drink. This is not a hotel or a resort. False advertising the property , dated and smelly rooms with staff who don’t care.

The little beach cafe has wonderful coffee and the workers there are great!

The facilities were good!

We did not like our room. There was so much dust on the carpet, on the bed, near the couch. The apartment had an old stench smell the moment you walked in. The layout of the bathroom was not practical. The wifi connection to the tv didn't work. You have to use your mobile phone to chromecast to watch something. The cover on the bed was dirty. My son has dust allergies in which he broke out with hives. We were disappointed!

Excellent location and great value!

We loved the indoor and outdoor pools and spa! Check in was very easy and they allowed us to check in early as the apartment was ready. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We were able to store food and drink and do some washing. Great value for money!

The bed was two singles pushed together and the sheets all came off very easily but that wasn’t a major issue.

The property is in a convenient location, close to transport, shopping, restaurant and the beach.

Nothing negative about the property, except the dishwasher had not been cleaned for some time and was really on the nose

lovely large room with great air conditioning and view not bad from 5th floor. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little flat. Location wasn't bad as it was close to the mall, the tram (which is an excellent way to get up the coast a bit. Wasn't so close to the restaurants that the noise kept me awake. The pool, both inside and out are lovely. And loungers to sit in are comfy. Cafe in the East wing is easy to get to once you find your way around.

So close to everything, and our double room apartment also had 2 full size bathrooms. European laundry also was handy.

I liked the location super close to the beach & the shops! It was quiet too considering being on a main road

We had ants and bugs throughout the apartment and it wasn’t the most clean (mold in shower) but not worth a room change or big complaint

We had a nice break.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The gym was too small and lacked equipment and heavier weights. Too many units so the size of the gym, sauna and spa we struggled to get to use them due to so many others already either in them or using the facilities.

Great location for walking to the beach, cafes and restaurants.Pacific Fair mall just over the road.

Everything we needed in the apartment. Even had some Tupperware boxes for storing open packets of food. Great to have a clothes rack for wet swimwear and towels after the beach/ pool. The pool area was lovely and the 12m indoor pool great for doing some freestyle laps.

Our apartment was on the road side, so a little noisy all the time, unfortunately road works were also happening day and night. No double glazing, which may have helped with the noise issues.

Amazing experience, beautiful facilities, easy check in.

The facilities were exceptional, I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. So spacious, clean and the location was perfect.

That there weren't extra towels for swimming.
