Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. The apartment was clean.
7.0
Excellent location close to the city.
I liked the quality towels in the bathroom and really appreciate having enough towels plus a hand towel AND face cloths. I also appreciated the shampoos etc quite 5 star.
I like the balcony.
I liked the comfortable space in the lounge room and bedrooms.
The furniture was set out slightly weird but considering the shape of the apartments (I had to change rooms for personal reasons) it is a bit cluttered but hardly a problem. Need side tables and easy access to plugs in the bedrooms for charging phones etc but again no big deal.

I loved how spacious the apartment was and my favourite was the main room with the balcony loved that you could have outdoor living and fresh air
There were a few broken objects, the blinds had a broken seal at the bottom that wouldn’t allow me to move up and down easily and the toilet seat was broken

Two Bed Suit is pretty awesome. Good size. Clean.
Really noisy in the bedroom facing outside. even with all windows shut. Bedroom windows could have used better glasses. Curved corner on the carpet. Could easily get tripped. Limited parking space.

Great space and close to the Power Station venue we were attending
5.0
Handy location.
Room not soundproof, hear every guest and city noise.
Room is dated and needs attention, bed and pillows were uncomfortable.
Staff on arrival could do with some customer service training, not friendly or welcoming.

Good size apparment
toilet with no lock

That there was no parking or you had to book a parking spot separate to the room booking

I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom with Air conditioning.. which was good.
The apartment was run down, lounge was torn and was it was so uncomfortable to sit on. The air-conditioning was very dirty/mouldy. The king bed took up the whole room and on one side you couldn't walk around it.

The hotel is located in a great spot slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's has a beautiful outlook, and if you're on a higher floor, you can see across Auckland from your balcony. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Beds were comfortable (and huge!).
The property is well used, so don't expect luxury or things to be perfect. We noted much wear and tear, but that's to be expected in a property with good pricing in Auckland. .

City location is good if you are visiting Auckland Uni
Finding a park just to check in is very difficult as there is only 1 loading bay
Blood splatter on the blinds
Bathroom door couldn't close shut, had to wedge it closed with toilet paper
bathroom sink was blocked with hair

Unit was clean and staff very helpful.
You only had to ask for more toiletries and tea etc.
There always seemed to be undesirables hanging around the entrance
5.0
Stained sheet on bed, and when we told reception there was no apologies. Had to ask 3 times to get the room serviced. One lift out of action so the waits were long!

Close to Karangahape Road and Queen Street.
However on arrival, it was hard to locate in the evening
Not very good signage on arrival, found it hard to locate the place, especially in the evening.
The legs on the chair fell apart in the apartment.
There was no milk in the fridge
There were no spare blankets
The beds had no duvet on top but just looked like sheets on the bed only.

We had to evaluate and go down 8 flights stairs so that was not cool as they were 65plus
just the evaluation process we went back in hour later

Staff seemed pre occupied with other things.

Steep stairs. Not suitable for elderly parents who I had with me. No help from staff for bags. Awkward spot for Uber’s to pick you up. Lamps in both rooms didn’t work. TV constantly changed channels on its own. Oven was filthy. no blankets and no spare pillows. very average and would not recommend.

Staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us - we checked in late and after having our original reservation cancelled, staff were amazing

Balcony was a great addition

Friendly staff
The rooms are very dated. Our room had issues with the bathroom door not working properly, it wouldnt move on the door runner, the lights above the single beds were dodgy and the switches had fallen through and could potentially electrocute someone. The carpets were stained and lifting, no milk in fridge for hot drinks. Not worth $500 a night.
8.0
The close proximity to where we needed to be
The smell of the couch. it was foul.
