nice but confusing check in

location, quiet, laundry room, travel card

booking says check in 17-19 when it is actually 15-18:30. they are even sending msg with this info that check in after 5pm. We arrived at 6:40pm, arranging all day to come on time and were asked (physically by staff who was still there) to come next day after 8:30 when we had plans already... that was frustrating. please change it!

شقة واسعة و مريحة و المطبخ مجهز بالكامل و النظافة فائقة و الموقع أمام النهر و ممشى الغابة رائع و القطار المجاني خلف المنتجع تماما يوصلك لشاموني و عدة مواقع أخرى و صالة الجيم جيدة و المسبح الدافئ رائع و الغرفة المشتركة لغسيل و تجفيف الملابس تعمل 24 ساعة و تقبل الكريدت كارد. المواقف مجانية تحت المنتجع. عائلتي أستمتعت لأعلى درجة. الشقة المختارة كانت ثلاث غرف نوم كل غرفة سريرين و دورة مياه و شاور خاص لكل غرفة و ثلاث بلكونات و صالة كبيرة و مطبخ

Great facilities, large living space, ideal location for Le Tour and Les Grand Montets. Love it!

Ideally located for Le Tour and Les Grand Montets, and Chamonix town centre is only a 24 minutes drive or you can use the free hourly train. The Ski lift is literally at the end of the Hotel, however we chose to drive to Le Tour for our early morning lessons. The Pool and Steam Room was excellent, very clean and a great size. We really like the under water jets. Note you will need to bring a spare towel. Rooms were a good size and the living room/kitchen with wrap-around balcony was huge. Great facilities and full set of utensils in the Kitchen, it had everything we needed. Parking was also fantastic, a massive 3 level, underground car park with the Boot room ideally located by the exit to load-up in the mornings. There's also lift access throughout the entire hotel, which was great for tired legs. Breakfast was OK, but simple (continental) it was better and cheaper to self cater and stock-up at Carrefour just outside Chamonix city centre. Dinner at the Bar/Cafe was excellent, great quality, choice and a friendly service, we used it 3 out of the 6 days of our stay. Reception was also very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

The hot water was temperamental, we're guessing when all the guests arrive back, due to demand, they deplete the hotwater before it has a chance to replenish. More than one occasion we had to wait 30 - 60 mins for the hotwater to return. Not any fault of the hotel, but if anyone suffers from travel sickness, make sure the little ones look out of the window for the twisty, hair-pin bend roads.

Very short stopover, but impressed with the accommodation and location.

Beautiful spot just outside of Chamonix. Great restaurant on site. We only stayed overnight but would consider returning for longer.

Comfortable and great location for skiing

location and facilities - apartment was spacious and clean with everything we needed

service in bar was slow due to short staff - issues with the steam room and hot tub while we were there but pool lovely and sauna great

Great location and spacy rooms equipped with everything we needed to cook on our own. Vallorcine is a nice location a little bit away from Chamonix center, but easily accessible by car or by train. Reception was not available when we arrived late, but keys were put out so there was no issue.

Very nice, well cleaned apartment and 100% woth the visit !!!

The apartment is really great with a good view if they gave you a room that faces the river overthere. It will be a superb stay if you really love nature and love being far away from the city. The apartment is in a place called Valocrine “ 20 Minutes away from the center of chamonix “ hence, if you are planning to stay away from the busy city it would be really nice to book this apartment. But, if you are really planning to spend some time in chamonix then I would say no because the road is a bit dangerous at night !

Everything was super nice. The only thing is that it is 20 mins away from chamonix but it is definitely worth staying in !!!

room is very nice (family room, 4th floor apartment), bottom floor living room and kitchen + balcony, upper floor 2 rooms bath and toilet. Pool very nice (plus wet and dry sauna), opening hours limited 10:00 to 20:00. Lot's of parking out of hotel.

A beautiful location in the mountains

Beautiful location with views of the river and mountains. The accommodation was clean and provided the essentials in terms of cutlery. The on-site restaurant was good and there were two local shops selling baked goods and groceries. The train pass provided by the hotel made travelling in the area stress free and we were able to travel to nearby villages.

The beds were a little small and the pillows were very thin. Only one pillow per bed was provided.

Good hotel, location and nice views

Very nice and spacious apartment, all needed basic kitchen utensils were there. Hotel location was very good, right next to the Vallorcine ski lift and train station (they provide free of charge travel cards for tourists, super good option to reach other towns, like Argentiere, Chamonix). And bakery with fresh croissant/bread just around the corner :)

Pool/sauna area could be a bit refurbished - hamam door could not be closed properly and sauna door stuck on the floor, showers as well could be better. But those are just slight minuses, overall the hotel was very good.
