did not enjoy our stay here. staff very unhelpful and did not try to understand English. the guys at the beach area were

poor service in all areas except pool area. poor security with emergency exits being left open near our room.. someone knocked on our door at 3am. we asked security the next day to check the cameras - cameras not working and staff didn’t care. will never stay at this hotel again.

Great location, assistance from male staff that understood English was great on check in and with wifi and info Beach was great.

Unfortunately at dinner no drinks at all provided and overcharged when purchased. No menu or price list. Even breakfast orange juice advertised at 48 lira. Next door had music playing for long hours. On check out I requested a porter, didn't get assistance. Possibly language issue. Atmosphere in my opinion could be a bit more relaxed. Maybe just not my style.. One more thing didn't have hot water when we had to shower. The safe in one room was locked and in the other no batteries

Superb

Nice clean hotel. Manager was brilliant and upgaded us to a beautiful sea view room. Hasim provided exeptional service at breakfast and dinner and would like to thank him. Hotel was lovely and clean with beautiful views. Private beach was lovely. Nice surroundings to sit around in. Good location as taxi comes quick and cheap to go to Marina and not too far of a walk from marina (20 mins) although on a very steep hill.

This is minor but there could have been alittle bit more variety on the hot cooked food. Bed was alittle hard but got acustomed to it fairly quickly.

Very bad Wi-Fi connection, also after mentioning it a couple of times, nothing has changed. When we asked for a discount on our final bill, because of the circumstances, they didn’t offer anything and simply said that everything works. But obviously it didn’t!

There are better alternatives with same price range in the area!

Location, private beach, swimming pool and food. Very good gym/fitness area and actually surprisingly good :) Awesome stuff, they do everything to comfort you during your stay. So big thanks to the stuff.

There are hidden fees like tea/coffee or any kind of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are extra, if you stay in hotel of course you will get hungry and as it is shared while booking there is no lunch. Funny thing is, during the dinner they ask for water and bring you 1.5 liters bottle water and guess what, it is extra. Although prices are not that high if you're tourist (because you take advantage of exchange rate) it is still pretty boring to see that you have to pay extra for basic water/tea/coffee, let alone for local drinks. Technically there are many different hotels in the area which are true all inclusive with pretty much same price. Now, biggest problem; standard rooms are above the stage where there is performance all nights except Tuesdays and Sundays which means if you are done for the night you have to listen loud music/concert until 11/12 pm. This is kind of an issue with a families with small kids. Also, overall place is not kids friendly. There is only very small play ground for kids and that's it. No water slide for kids in the swimming pool and or any other amenities. Another point is for dinner; I swear they don't know how to cook meat specially red meat. It is either raw inside or overcooked, don't even think about the word "tender". When I say raw, I'm not talking about medium/medium rare which I love. I'm talking about complete raw, it's like sear on the outside and raw inside that's it. It was really sad to see that the biggest portion of the meat went to the trash... WiFi/Internet; completely trash. It disconnects all the time and you have to login to get access again and again. One of the biggest problem is handover between Access Points, once you move within the facility there are other serving WiFi access points and guess what, it disconnects all the time, if you stay at the same place for a long time maybe it is fine but it is still not guaranteed.

Never to be back to stay in such hotel

Breakfast food was nice and have a good variety but the service staff are really bad. None of staff speaking English. You speak to staff and they ignore you

Nice clean rooms, pool, beach, playground…. everything a family needs

The rooms were larger than expected. Hotel has everything needed and safe for toddlers. The beach and water were nice. The staff was great.

Bring earplugs. There were a few events that were quite loud however it was the Independence week for Turkey.

Definitely not 5 star hotel but beach is nice

The hotel is very close to the center where you can go by taxi boat till 2.00 am. The beach is sandy and very clean, one of the best in Bodrum. Very beautiful views from any part of the hotel.

The service is very poor. Most of the staff don't know English. When you ask someone about something, they say ok and they do nothing. They don't put the new toilet paper during the cleaning of room even when you asked the receptionist to bring one. The food seems not so fresh and it's not much choice, especially for 5 star hotel. We got very bad food poisoning and we still try to get better. The doctor (close to the hotel) told that the similar cases such as ours happened very often with the guests from this hotel. On the evening there is only Turkish singers and no translation in English if someone tells something. You must go on the beach maximum till 9 am to be able to get some sunbed, if you come later - no free space. At evening you must pay for all drinks, even for water. Prices are high even if to compare with the nearest hotels.

Basic and average hotel

The best part of the hotel is the beach. There is sand in the beach, not a dock like other hotels. The dinner they offered is not bad. The location is good, next to the marina.

People at the hotel did not speak english and are not keen on understanding you. They are not helpful. The breakfast offered is not that good. The room is tiny and the bed is not comfortable. Wifi is not good and stable throughout the hotel. Extremely slow service to get a taxi at the hotel. All drinks/ice is an extra charge.

Exceptional

Azka Hotel is a place where you will find your inner peace. The staff is helpful, cheerful and unobtrusive with efficiant services. With spacious rooms, beautiful view and delicious food this hotel made us love every moment of our stay. The hotel has a sandy beach in the beautiful Bardakci bay with crystal clear sea, without grass and stones.

Be careful when you want to book this hotel

Just a beach area

You will not get the exact room that you booked! The food is awful, the manager is really impolite, you can not bring water and other drinks to your room, they did not announce it at the beginning, and I bought plenty of water , cola and etc and they did not allow me to bring to my room, they took it , and in checkout time they returned all drinks to me, so what should I do now with all drinks? I gave all to taxi driver …. Also when you want to check out you need to be careful, it took me more than hour to convince them that they owe me 76 Euro, they did not accept this at the first place! The WI-FI was awful, only in the morning and late night Wi-Fi was available, if you go to this place you have to spend so much money! I will not go to this hotel again!
