Really good experience for my first time in Bodrum - I'll be back

Very helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast until 11pm. The hotel has pretty good location in the city centre which is close to the historical sightseeings, like the Antique Theatre and ruins of the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, as well as 10 minutes walking to the sea beach.

Nothing to mention.

Quite Town Resort For a short break

1- Helpful staff especially the tall bold guy in the entrance ( the concierge) and always smiling. 2- Available free private parking near to the entrance (but sometimes full) and you can park at the Main Street in front at your own risk as it’s a busy road and someone might hit the car. 3- nearby grocery shop opened until late at night in case you need beverages , snacks groceries. 4- D330 the main highway road in bodrum is around 200 meters away and some restaurant are about 150 meters walk. 5- Quite area especially at night no noise. 6- it has the chalet resort theme as every 3-4 rooms are in separate units. 7- Rooms are with balcony. 8- There is Qibla direction near the bed in the drawers(for Muslims). 9- Quick check in/out.

1- You need a car to go to the beach especially in hot weather as it’s not nearby and the street sometimes quite busy to walk through. 2- for relaxation as pool, spa and gym size is acceptable not that big. 3- espresso in the breakfast is at extra cost! 4- no lift you should use the stairs to first floor. 5- toilet size is small and shower sink doesn’t flush water quickly. 6- No beach nearby. 7- they should reconsider lowers prices.

An absolutely fantastic Hotel. My words would not do it justice. Super Spot.

The breakfast was fantastic, everything I required was on display. The breakfast staff laid a table even though I was on my own. Everyone was turned out immaculate in matching uniforms and always smiling. No traveler or guest could not find a breakfast or choice breakfast menu that did not suit...This Hotel is both unique and stand alone on its service. I had too ask for nothing, from Pool side lounger (10/10) to lunch, and even Hotel Restaurant was a find. All food was super, kudos to Chefs and servers. Reception staff the most friendliest I have come across. Shout out to front of house staff also. A shout out to all staff there, they all obviously love their jobs from Reception (you know who you are) to Housekeeping. I cant wait until my return to both Bodrium and Bodrum.. Bravo.. Noel.

Lovey Relaxing Hotel, classy, staff very attentive breakfast amazing fresh and heathy. Italian restaurant does amazing pizza’s and the burgers were up there with the best.

Nice stay in low season

We have stayed in late November and got free upgrade to a suite, which was great. The room was clean, warm and had all necessary stuff. The cleaning service was provided every day in timely and efficient manner. The breakfast was decent - nothing fancy that one might expect from a 5* hotel, but it has fair choice of dishes, including some hot ones, such as omelette, pancakes, fried eggs etc. The in-house Italian restraurant might be a bit overpriced, but offers good quality and nice selection of wines. Overall, all the employees were super friendly and helpful and we even extended our stay for 1 night.

Soundproofing could be better. Lots of stray dogs around the hotel that are continuously barking at night - if you are a light sleeper, that might be a nuisance.

Very nice hotel, the Spa & Hamman are a great asset.

Lovely setting of rooms overlooking the pool. Good restaurant serving Italian & Turkish food. Excellent Spa & therapists, would highly recommend treatments.

The reception staff could have been more helpful, their directions to places of interest etc were very sketchy & unhelpful. People going out early & securing sun beds with their towels & leaving them all day. Baskets for used towels might stop this if people had somewhere to put them instead of leaving on sun beds.

Great stay

The room was lovely, very clean, tea, coffee and water provided. The courtyard pool was lovely, fantastic (and very helpful) staff and great service. The spa facilities were lovely, we spent a couple of hours dozing in the beautiful relaxation room. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious.

I thought the attached Italian restaurant was overpriced and the staff were unfriendly.

Great boutique hotel

The pool area is fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The staff is nice and food very good quality. The wellness centre is a must visit.

The room and especially bathroom is quite small but not an issue when spending all day in the gorgeous outside area.

Room was far below standard expected

The room (302) was a garden room, lower than the other rooms. We travelled with two other couples they had their rooms upgraded - we did not! Dinner in the hotel was good, by the pool outside rather than in the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent.

The room smelt of cat pee, there were many roaming around the pool area. The room was also musty, we asked to be upgraded but there were no other rooms that we could transfer to. We showered and left for dinner in the hotel. On our return the shower floor had live bugs (maybe silverfish). I have a video of them if you would like? We gathered then together in a towel. On departure we complained to the reception manager. He offered a lame apology and said he would report to his manager. He returned to his back office and we were left with receptionist to pay our final bills (with other guests).

once you get inside the door and out by the pool you are in a beautiful oasis. the breakfast buffet is excellent.

Great location, quick walk to the beach. Very clean rooms. Air con huge plus. Lovely pool and very clean. Food was yummy too - good variety. Friendly staff

The pool and staff were polite.

The resort was made to accomodate the pool, not the rooms. shower was very small and uncomfortable. if you are overweight you will not be able to wash your body only. Buffett breakfast- not appetising at all.

The staff in general was unhelpful, many of them dont even speak English .The blond receptionist was rude and didn't fulfil the expectation of a customer who pays a lot of money to visit the specific hotel. Finally they debited the card while the agreement was to pay at the hotel, creating others issues to us Generally a mess!!l
