Disappointing Family Residence

Nothing

- Old and not modern at all. - Very busy location. - Outdated Building, facilities, furniture, Toilets, Air Conditions... - Kitchen has no useful equipments. - naturally a 3 bedroom Apartment, should accomodate 6 persons, but here you have to pay differntly for (4, 5, 6) persons ! - Very old lifts. - Not family friendly residence and is very overpriced for its value .. I even would not it take it for half the price !

Home away from Home

This place is very nice for families, everything is available, the place is very secure, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are very comfortable, the shower is powerful , the AC is keeping the place cold , the internet fast, the smart TV is advanced LG,I can’t think about a better stay , i am glad i came to this property for the holiday

I wish if there was a breakfast facility option , even though the kitchen is fully loaded, there is also bread toaster , and microwave, , for convenience also a dish washer !

Location is very nice,after a small mistake the sales manager fixed all and accommodated us in a 3 bedroom apartment which was correct from their side!Very comfortable and big apartmentThey also have a big parking,stuff was very friendly!I recommend:)))

it is very near a train station and you can hear the sound of the passing trains!

toilet water need to fixed the door handle was broken and hard to open the apartment door water voice i think it’s comes from the apartment above us we as them to clean the apartment but the just change the towel and clean one room and forget to clean the other by the way the took cleaning fees

it’s not a hotel !! they didn’t clean the room only they put the tissue every day & left without cleaning!!! , we ask to stay for more hours they refuse, the doctor only things with great value the location , need to be updated

Beautiful Location, City Conveniences, Home Feel

Suadiye on Bagdat Caddesi is a tremendous location for a short stay. The area was lively on the weekend and near the Maramay rail station (so a bit noisy), but it was extremely convenient to access the city. We had a sixth floor, three-bedroom apartment and had views on both sides of the building. The apartment combines the spaciousness and convenience of an apartment rental with the service of a hotel. There was daily cleaning and 24-hour assistance from the front desk. The front desk called with food delivery, arranged a taxi for the airport, and worked to adjust our stay as our travel plans evolved. True Turkish hospitality!

We stayed for a week, which is enough time to need dish soap and other essentials, but not enough to use them all up. It's a minor inconvenience to have to do some shopping for basics, but there was a grocery store a block away that had everything we needed.

Great location Helpful staff Comfortable beds Nice TV (but not great channels) Close to the beach Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but I feel it was a bit expensive given the age of the building and the appliances.

Very far from the airport and many taxis refuse to take you there from the airport or to the European part of the city, because of the traffic Very old (and some broken) appliances Overall the place was clean, but I saw mold in the bathroom Very old elevators If your room faces the street, you would hear the train very loudly every 7-10 minutes

Excellent location. comfortable stay. I traveled with my family and my kids were very comfortable during our stay. staff very friendly and apartment was clean.

Not worth the money. Better Avoid

Central location

This facility was converted to a hotel from an old high storey building. It seems to be only taking advantage of a luxury hotel brand and nothing else. The images were misleading. The X2 rooms was a small apartment flat which was merely renovated. The owner clearly didn't invest much into it. we had to enter to carpark from a very narrow road which also pedestrians use . It looked unsafe and dangerous. There are many other places around which worth the money spent. Better Avoid.

perfect

this is just a perfect property especially for families! the location is amazing in the middle of Bagdad Street staff were so helpful and friendly the apartment was so spacious (the 3 bedroom apartment) with a smart TV, and everything was clean. it is directly beside Starbucks where you can grab a breakfast and start shopping on bagdad street

not a disadvantage but maybe if the cooperated with the restaurant downstairs and added breakfast or lunch meal with the reservation it would be great

Enjoyable stay in beautiful Bagdad street,

The location is at the heart of Bagdad street, beautiful and lively street with lots of shops and restaurants around. We used to come back late night, found the area very safe always. Suwadiye Marmara train station is just 5 minuts away, you have train every 10 minutes, can reach any part of istanbul in half an hour, bus / taxies alway available to reach kadikoy,. The property is modern, spacious and very comfortabale, we were family of 4, we enjoyed the stay. The reception staffs were very helpful and professional, they arranged us taxi to Airport. Will stay there if we come back istanbul. Recommended.
