Lovely! One to return to if we are ever in Dover!

Lovely owner and staff who couldn't do enough to help, especially when they saw my foot injury. Lovely spacious family room which was very quiet and comfortable, right next to the best possible pub - the oldest in Dover which was recommended to us. Do go to the White Horse Inn for wonderful ambience, excellent staff and great food. Situated in a very nice area of Dover, not far from public transport and the Castle.

Best Dover stay in 45 years

Out of dozens of different places I've stayed in in Dover as a professional coach driver, this is by far the best. The breakfast was exceptional.

You can't beat perfection.

The owner, Farrah, is very helpful with our dinner reservation and lending us the plug converter.

The location is excellent. close walking distance to Dover Castle, the town center, the harbor. Nice walking distance to White Cliff as well. We stayed on the top floor with nice view of the town from the window. Bed was very comfortable.

The shower is a bit challenging for my husband due to the angle roof line. We are not used to not having a mirror above the bathroom sink.

The staff was exceedingly warm and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat.

Felt like i was at home, highly recommend.

the lady at check in was extremely helpful and very kind to us, she had upgraded our room due to some issues we faced with another hotel and she was a pleasure to talk to. she even gave us fresh croissants when we left

I genuinely have no complaints, the only bad thing was that i didnt stay longer.

not very clean a lot of pressure about the arrival check in tiny and uncomfortable bathroom although we ordered breakfast and we chose b&b , after the check in the breakfast was canceled by the hostess because of staff issue. although we were refunded for the breakfast we were forced the find our own breakfast and we were dissatisfied

The location is great and right on your way down the Castle. The host was friendly and hospitable. You can park your car right next to the house. It's close to the mall area.

Comfortable character property in the right location for the port.

Good location 5 mins from port and town. Character Room with a balcony that was a lovely bonus. Massive breakfast and a bag of croissants for the road!

En-suite was a little small but really not a big deal.

Lovely hotel with excellent value for money!

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and gave you information about the local area, places to eat etc. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Good room and a nice breakfast

The room was not too crowded even with the all the furnitures. The bed was comfortable and even with the heatwave it wasn't too hot. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere was very home like.

The shower/bath tap was a bit confusing to use and hard to set for the right temperature, but we managed eventually. The steep stairs to enter the property was a slight challenge after an evening at the pub next door. ;)

Lovely host, great property in center of dover, close to shopping area and dover castle, nice bed and bathroom with view at the sea, nice breakfast, i highly recommend this place!

the noise of the road can be bothering if you sleep with open window
