Good hotel but price is too high for the standard

Big room, good view, great outdoor pool

Very steril, no decoration Restaurant open until 22:30, but we had to leave at 22:00 Breakfast with good choice but no vegetables

Adorei. Sem dúvida, um destino a repetir. Óptimo para férias (ou apenas um fim de semana)em família.

O pequeno almoço é excepcional - muita variedade; fruta de qualidade e paladar óptimos. A vista é excelente - é o local ideal para aproveitar para umas caminhadas e desligar da correria do dia a dia. Mas tem também piscinas e spa excelentes. Reune o melhor de tudo num local só. Adoramos.

Assim de repente, não tenho nada a apontar.

Quarto impecavelmente limpo. As vistas são incriveis e o pequeno almoço muito bom e variado (com opções sem lactose). A piscina interior estava muito quentinha. Disponibilizam roupão, chinelos, bombons :) Staff muito prestável.

Stunning hotel, in a beautiful location. Room was bigger than we imagined, with a view overlooking the lake. Staff were really friendly. We took our own bikes and used the facilities on the lake. Great location for families 🙂

Hotel with potential but waiting for importante improvements

The different installations are very good. Large bed room and good surroundings.

The facilities and service stays at a very low level for a five stars hotel. No room service, meal’s only in a poor buffet service !?! Spa out of order !?!

- Large and clean Apartment with everything needed if you want to use the kitchen. - Very good breakfast and dinner. - Spaces around the hotel are great to take a walk.

Quietness and comfort in a very beautiful and peaceful place

Amazing place with apartments truly spacious and very well decorated. Breakfast was very well prepared and complete for many tastes and wishes.

Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Although we didn't use, there are plenty of water activities

The breakfast did not live up to expectations, despite being varied, we were expecting more. the bread was not crispy and the eggs had too much fat. The gym was big however many machines were broken and everything was very old.

Everything went well The apartments are very confortable It is a safe place

I am afraid that the hotel will bring more people but the facilities are the same Eating there is very expensive Bad communication (concerning the animation at night)

Huge Beautiful Apt - good for families

Very beautiful view, huge apartment and outside pool.

Breakfast or dinner are nothing that we would like to remember. The place was under renovations, but we were not pre-notified.

Relaxing break with relaxing views

Great location and views, ideal for a relaxing break. Spacious and comfortable apartments. Quantity of available facilities (big outdoor and indoor swimming pools, gym, sauna and turkish bath).

Long wait times at the bar due to lack of staff. Some cleaning issues in the kids swimming pool. No poolbar service (only in the summer).

Superb

the location, having activities close by in the river (kayak to rent etc..) breakfast is amazing with lovely food and views, plenty of choice. Staff is very helpful in the property. Kitchen is equipped with the basics (no toaster though).

the apartment was standard and a bit dated, the sofa bed in the living room is not very comfortable (to sleep) I would consider better mattresses in the bedroom as well. I would have liked a Nespresso or similar coffee machine (there was only a filter coffee).

Excelent rooms for a family with 2 kids.

The rooms / flats were recently refurbished and they are very comfortable.

A new building is being built and the journey between the room and the main building is not very friendly.

All very good. Big size room for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children). Parking garage just in front of the apartment. Good breakfast. Room had been renovated recently.
