The facilities and the room were wonderful
Could not ask for more
In the bath there were pubic hairs and hair
And we had the room with a very large outside balcony But where not aloud to smoke outside?
Also breakfast was nice very surprised they had potato scone/potato cakes what ever people would like to call them
We travel to see our family in Scotland all the time and no how to cook them we also eat them very regularly at home
when told they were not cooked correctly or even cooked
We were hit with....
He eats them all the time he knows how to cook them
.Well sorry they were not fried/cooked
Also after a night out you could not bring back your own food i.e A pizza etc
Other than that a nice place in fact a very nice place.
Thank you

The host and staff were lovely. A small boutique hotel where you feel very at ease!
A later breakfast time of perhaps 10am but only because we are sleepy heads!

Breakfast, excellent choice of menu. The service was to a high standard with staff being excellent hosts, regularly checking that we were satisfied and had all we needed; they could not do enough for us which made the service feel very special and individually tailored to meet our needs. The bedroom was well presented, good decor, comfortable and spotless. The bathroom was fitted out to a high standard and, again, like all areas in the Hotel, lots of attention to detail, customers needs and a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout. We set our standards high and expect our standards to be met. This Hotel is one of the best we have stayed in and we have travelled the world staying in 4 and 5 star hotels. You cannot fault this Hotel for the high standards and excellent value for money. The staff are some of the best we have ever met- attentive, hard working, diligent, polite and pleasant without being overbearing.
The proprietors should be proud of what they have achieved. Great place. Great people. Thank you.
Could not fault it. There was not one single thing we could think of that was not deserving of a positive comment. We don't see any room for improvement - its all great as it is and very reassuring to find that on this visit, that the high standards we experienced on our first stay, over 12 months ago, have been maintained. Well Done Team.

Lovely comfortable room with well stocked refreshments.
No evening restaurant as stated on the Booking.com web page for this hotel. In fact the hotel has not served evening meals for 3 years!

The Hotel is an absolute Gem. Whoever is responsible for the contemporary styling clearly has very good taste. The public areas are beautifully appointed throughout... from the exquisite light fittings right down to the crockey. The hosts/owners clearly have a passion for the hotel and have put a great deal of thought into the presentation and service delivery. The room we stayed in was well thought out and the Bathroom was immaculate... the spa bath being an absolute delight. The Wifi provided was good speed and perfectly capable of streaming netflix to my Ipad whilst I laid in the bath whilst my other half played an online game.
Having views over the sea was an added bonus (room 15) and had the weather been less offensive, leaving the balcony doors open would have been delightful. The bed was very comfortable and pillows likewise. Robes, slippers and a 'nic -nac' box provided all added to the feel of luxury. This is NOT a typical Blackpool Hotel !
In truth, it's probably underpriced... especially given the quality accommodation, service and breakfast provision... it is a boutique Hotel afterall. That said, Blackpool does have a lot of accommodation available and given the current cost of living it's understandable to keep the status quo.
For us, it truly was excellent value for money and a lovely place to spend a couple of nights... especially for me as I live on a boat (which I operate April - October as a hotel) and really miss having a bath to soak in . I hope we can visit again before my season starts.
Nothing important... If I have to be critical of anything, the TV set up is a bit faffy - signal is poor (but that's Blackpool generally in my experience)... IF you're wanting to watch TV then either take advantage of the dvd library or stream to your own Ipad/tablet.

Hotel is very modern, bright and stylish with extra finishing touches in rooms eg toiletries, bottled water, beverages and biscuits replaced on second day. Dressing gowns and slippers provided. Fan in room and even a box of essentials eg scissors, clothes de-fuzzer and sewing materials.
No evening meals being served currently however, hotelier arranged restaurant booking and transport - excellent alternative and didn’t spoil our stay.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, felt as if they've known us prior to our check in date. Breakfast was very tasty and delicious.
The atmosphere is very serene, perfect for getting away from any stress
I guess they believe in nature as there's no air conditioning system in the room, but a tower fan was provided in the room if required. But, that's my hotel anytime I visit Blackpool.
Nothing whatsoever.
