Só há ar condicionado na sala, no verão fez muita falta nos quartos.

Atendimento bastante organizado e eficiente. A localização é boa, apesar de longe do centro de Barcelona e das principais atrações turísticas da cidade.

O apartamento possui ar condicionado só na sala e estivemos nele no verão. Passamos calor para dormir em todos os quartos, mesmo com o ventilador de teto. Faltam utensílios de cozinha para cozinhar.

Weinig, de host was wel gastvrij en vriendelijk

Eigenlijk heel veel, de bedden, de maat van de slaapkamers, de maat van de badkamers. Fotos op Booking zijn niet van het werkelijke appartement. Wij zijn na 1 nacht vertrokken en hebben andere locatie gezocht.

great location

could location. able to walk to quite a few restaurants and short walk to beach/casino. short taxi ride to downtown area. close to would stay there again. quiet at night. seemed like a residential area. not paying tourist prices in that area. place was clean. felt safe!

just tv wasn't inop. not a big deal as we did not spend lot of time in room.

Nice location. Comfy stay for 2 nights for a family of 4.

The location was perfect. A couple of blocks from the beach on one side and another couple to the commercial street on the other. Plenty of roadside cafes for a quick bite and/or coffee. Quiet and clean streets. A walk along the beach offers plenty of choices for food. A little longer walk will take you to the marina with stunning views. We did not use public transport, though the hosts said it was available.

Bathrooms were small. Could be difficult if you were a tall person.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach.

Despite providing 45 minutes notice of our arrival we still waiting for 25 minutes in the hot sun for the keys.

amazing experience with excellent service

probably had all required appliances for cooking, washing, ironing . location is perfect 5 minutes to the beach, stores or restaurants. 15 min to the closest subway. Personal is really nice and responsive and open for cooperation.

Great stay

Location and the beds. Laundry machine in house. Just get your own detergent and dish soap in local grocery store since the apartment may not have enough for a long stay (more than a week).

The main bath was a bit clogged.

Lots of hidden costs and conditions

The apartment was decently furnished, clean and the girl that admitted us was friendly. The neighborhood had lots of nice restaurants.

The check-in was after 15h, and checking in earlier will cost you 20€. They advertised for Rambla vicinity, turns out it was not La Rambla but the Rambla in the neighborhood called Pobleno, quite far from the city center. They didn’t mention anything about parking charge of €43 for two days and the girl even tried to sell us her montly card for €58 for three days! The beds were iron beds- quite uncomfortable. Only after booking did they mention the deposit of 250€ that they will withhold on the credit card, which made us quite upset, upon arrival they decided to withhold only 75€ because we were a couple with old parents. After booking we recieved a dozen of messages and emails about the check-in process and terms and conditions and when I didn’t reply ( didn’t want to read emails during my holiday) they started bombarding me with messages on WhatsApp. Before check-out, they messaged saying the should leave the apartment in a clean state. Definitely would not recommend, the owners just seem like a bunch of kids looking for some easy money and no work.

The apartment was in a great spot and was very clean and comfortable.

We wished there had been some amenities to include coffee, tea, and a small thing of laundry detergent.

Nice apartment great location in Rambla street everything is close to you. The was amazing.

Before you go the apartment you must go there office to take the key for the apartment it not that far maybe 15 minutes walking.

Comfy, Spacious, Walk to the Beach!

Really clean, and spacious. we had three good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which comfortably fit my family of 5

it was in a great location , near metro and beach was quiet and in a nice district

air conditioning in bedrooms was poor, power tripped and sockets were loose on wall in more than one place and kitchen was not as well equipped as should be there were 4 of us and only 3 proper. mugs and the apartment is for 6

Superb

Lots of room in the apt. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. We were happy to have the AC in the livingroom and ceiling fans in each bedroom as it was very hot during our stay. Metro is just a few blocks away. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. Great location! Great stay!

The sewage smell from the city will come up through the pipes unless you keep the plugs in the sinks. Once we did that, all was good 👍

The apartment had everything we needed and the organisation was excellent before and throughout.

Communication was excellent throughout, using What’s App. Travel from airport was easily organised. The apartment was just the right size for our party of 5 and had all the facilities we needed. When I had a problem with the safe, the rep was extremely responsive and helpful.

Nothing to complain about.
