So clean and food fantastic. Entertainment was also high quality
Lots of stairs but lifts and wasn’t an issue

Our superior see front room was amazing clean beautiful view , great air con ( once we knew how to work it) staff were very friendly. The med restaurant was so nice with great menu choices
Sauna was not working
The room we took for a few hours on our day of departure was not great air con not working , fridge not working … I would have been so disappointed if our stay was there for the whole holiday duration such a big contrast to the new build

clean, infinity pool, indoor pool
not suitable
for people with mobility problems
4.5 / 5.0
staff friendly, pool very nice. good restaurants
it was unclear if we could use the other hotels facilities which led to a lack of variety in restaurants available. Specifically I’m the day time. a pool side menu would be nice.

location, pools, beach and food simply amazing.
long waiting times at bars and food corners (pool and beach)
unfortunately we got served quite often with dirty, mugs, drinking cups or cutlery so we ended up checking everything before we started drinking or eating which was annoying.

nothing!

the staff and full on experience was good! the facilities and the views are super nice!
Food options were not existent for anyone that doesn’t eat pork! Almost Everything had pork wish there was more options.
Asian restaurant needs ALOT of work ! amazing concept weak food!

Greet room and very comfortable!
We had a private pool which was great and most likely the only room category I would take coming here.
The Public pool was always packed, getting a sun bed is impossible. Most of the staff was great but a few were absolutely impolite and making fun of us.
You could reserve restaurants just one single time for the stay (officially). Other guests have told us they were able to go around this and go more often.
There is no room service.
The way drinks are organized is hard to understand. When having breakfast at the buffet restaurant, for example, and you wish a cold coffee instead of hot, you have to walk to the bar yourself and get it and go back. The same with alcoholic drinks. When having the brunch, you are not allowed to be served a cocktail, but if you stand up and go 5 meters to the bar and sit there, you can drink a cocktail. I do not understand the sense of this system.
Food in the a la carte restaurants is also interesting. Per person you are only allowed to order one starter and one main. If and they expressed this harsh, if there is more hunger, you can potentially order something afterwards.

Staff in the main hotel building were generally rude and spoke very little English. This part of the hotel has not been renovated and it appears the staff are in need of training or replacement. In the newly renovated parts of the hotel the staff were very different and much more friendly.

Great ocean view. Multiple restaurants. Spacious rooms and personal balcony.
The gym facility is not a 5* caliber. Also, sauna did not work.

Too much person for quantity of pax on beach and swimming pool
3.5 / 5.0
The new rooms with the plunge pool are nice and the view is amazing.
The mini bar was stocked up once a day with nice drinks.
The beach activities are great.
The new boxes with the view.
The beach beds cheap and don’t fit the quality and price of the new rooms.
The restaurant booking system is so inconvenient unless you spend time to book online you will not end up with a booking.
The food was of basic tastes nothing special.
It is very impersonal hotel, probably the crowds and relatively low amount of staff contribute to that.
The internet was bad, I had to work on my mobile roaming.
It is so far from everything worthwhile to see in Kos.
The gym was so bad. Messy dirty and poor equipped.
No room service, I wanted water and they told us to go and get some at the supermarket.
Cleaning only takes place a certain time of the day. The boxes with the beds were often left filthy by the guests and nobody would clean them.

The breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant were nice and had many options. The other restaurants a la carte need reservarions and they were all full
The rooms are very nice.
This hotel is not meant for people with disabilities or people with babies. In order to go to the restaurants, to the pool or beach we had yo carry my baby on the stroller like thousand steps. It was exhausting. It doesn't have access for wheelchairs or strollers.
The drinks offered on the all inclusive are really bad for a 5-stars hotel.

I love my superior room with pool!
I spent most of my solo trip in my room and only used the infinity pool once it was lovely pool though
I didnt know you had to pre book the restaurants and didn't know about the mitsis app but i did managed to book some of the restaurants accept the den I've heard that is very popular!
All staff at reception were helpful and friendly
The main restaurant is buffet style wasnt great food
Free mini bar restocked daily with soft drinks and wine
The crepe ice cream place is located in family part worth a little walk up!
Free drinks including cocktails and they made strawberry daquriri even tho wasn't on cocktail list!
20 min from airport!
I will be returning in future i think !
I also did horse riding was fun!
The main buffer style restaurant food is the normal all inclusive food nothing amazing
Beach is a pebble stone beach
There is alot of stairs but that didnt bother me to much
The gym was a small room I didnt bother to use it

low quality food
no well training personnel
2.5 / 5.0
rooms, in the new building.
beach beds, they are very low quality, for the 5 stars hotel this could be much better, you should go and see others beaches, exhame paradise beach, the best I think.
5.0 / 5.0
modern rooms (with plunge pool)
maybe more local Greek cuisine, instead of a stereotypical all inclusive menu
3.0 / 5.0
I liked the fact that the hotel appeared very clean. the part we stayed in was very modern and our room was beautiful, over looking the sea.
when our flight home was cancelled the staff were very helpful with sorting us a room for an additional two nights. the porter staff were great and the buggy drivers were very friendly also.
it was really hard to make a booking into the a la carte restaurants, even though I tried to do this the same evening we arrived!
there were never any sun beds around the infinity pools nearest our room, and the other pools were shared pools for the rooms surrounding those.
the buffet food was pleasant but very repetitive. it would be good for the hotel to do themed nights and offer a wider range of food to their guests.

really nice location with great views.
I liked the restaurant options.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Organised good packed lunches for days out.
service was very slow, we had times that we went for drinks but weren’t seen to and ended up leaving.
The buffet didn’t have a great range of options.

Very good breakfast. Location beautiful all bars and restaurants overlook the sea. Booking restaurants lovely and definitely worth trying. Good choice of drinks and food. Beach snacks and drinks nice and included.
Bar in the evening was so slow you could be sitting easily for 30 minutes before a drink arrived as was table service only. If we were on our way out sometimes we had to leave before it arrived.
No proper swimming pool and no chance of getting a sun bed

everything..
med a la carte..food was the worst ever.but the waitress and waiters were perfect.made us forgot about the taste of food.

Buffet had a very limited selection, rooms are in poor condition. We stayed in Blue domes for 8 nights prior and that was 5 stars!! This hotel should be 3/4 stars.
Room wasn’t up to 5 stars. Bathroom’s decor was old and dirty. The room itself was very basic, more like 3 stars. The photos showcasing the hotel are the modern rooms, which only equate to I suspect around 10% of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel - especially Mary on reception are fantastic.
Very friendly, personable and always willing to help.
Her colleagues are also very helpful & friendly.
They made our trip special.
The buffet has plenty of choice & the a la carte restaurants are nice.
The hotel grounds are amazing I.e the beach & the infinity pool.
I would say that the hotel should advertise on their website the 2 different types of rooms I.e the old style & the new rooms as their is a vast difference.
This will lead to less complaints.

High standard of accommodation and very professional staff members. all areas of the hotel were easy to access with options for those with mobility issues also catered for.
there was nothing to dislike
4.5 / 5.0
We actually got moved to the Norida Beach next door but it’s all on the same resort campus and the facilities are excellent. Fabulous place with kids, wonderful staff, felt really safe and a much needed break in these crazy times. Highly recommended!
Nothing from our point of you but our room was right up the hill so might not be good for people with mobility issues.
