WONDERFUL SETTING, GREAT TERRACE WITH SEA VIEW, FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL HOSTS

Location was good although a bit difficult getting to and from if you have heavy suitcases. Room was excellent with refurbished bathroom.

No view. Very small television and breakfast was not on site but 300 metres away and across from station. A very poor selection of breakfast food offered. Main reason I would not rate stay higher. Sandro the owner was very friendly.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who even greeted us at the station to guide us to the property. Stunning location right by the water. Lovely clean apartment, small but perfectly formed with everything we needed. Fantastic views and central location. I highly recommend this property.

The only draw backs are the steps. Just be aware, that the area is very steep and the property is built into the cliff side, so there are many steps to get to it and many inside the building, to get into the apartments. I would say this is not suitable for people with limited mobility or young children. Also the central location means there is noise, however the apartment had aircon, so was possible to shut out the noise of cafes etc if needed, and still be cool.

We had a wonderful stay!

The location of the property was excellent, close to restaurants, the ferry station and the view from our room was picture perfect. The personal service from our hosts was outstanding. From meeting us at the train station to escorting us back when we left. Couldn't have asked for more personal service.

Stairs. There are plenty of stairs to keep you fit or tire you a bit.

Beautiful View, great room, and Awesome staff.

This was beyond awesome. The place was much larger than I anticipated, and the view was phenomenal, not a view that you had to stand on one leg lean out the window and look around a building. but direct view of the water/harbor. Beautiful, staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating, I will send my friends.

Beautiful family business, it was one quick night but was perfect for us.

The view was amazing!! right in the heart of the ocean square, perfect for walking up in the morning and having some serenity to yourself before the crowds. This hotel gives you water, and upon request even beach towels, it truly is a place I would go back. Also, they gave great advice about how to get around the city and options for luggage storage.

be warned there is a lot of stairs, but the property manager meets you at the station to help with your luggage and goes above and beyond to make sure your family is comfortable 😊

The owners are super friendly and gave us loads of recommendations and even came to get us from the train station. The location of this hotel is incredible, and the room was so big and modern for a hotel in Italy. I would highly recommend this hotel!

the owners were incredibly nice and very helpful. lovely location right in the marina.

great setup in the room. comfortable blankets and shutters to allow privacy. they also had the option to leave bags.

Very good stay and staff!

The staff is very concern about guest comfort. They contacted us before the travel to give tips about the arrival and they met us in train station bringing to the room. The localization is very good!!

Exceptional

Just perfect in all the meaning of the word. We were met by a very friendly host Amy. She showed us the best way how to get to the apartment and it's only 5 min from the railaway station. It's located just next to the marina and the most indescribable place in Riomaggiore. The room was unexpectedly big with all you need. Everything is super clean and absolutely new. The price per a night was a bit more expensive than I expected but its definitely worth it. Highly recommend to stay in this place ❤️.

Warm generous extremely helpful staff made our stay a pleasure

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the station and over looking the water. Sandra and Andrea made our stay an absolute pleasure. Their communication was excellent, met us at train station, helped book us for an individual sunset cruise, dinner at Dau Cila restaurant ( right below and amazing) and helped store our bags for the day after we had checked out. They were genuinely warm generous and caring, made us feel we were staying with friends rather than at a boutique hotel. Room was very comfortable clean double glazed windows very quite. Highly recommend.

An enchanting place to stay

The view from the room was literally magical. You can feel the vibe that “you are IN Cinque Terre”. The hosts we extremely friendly and helpful to a fault.

While minor criticisms, (1) the EXACT meeting place to stop and park our car was less than perfect; the sketch of the traffic circle shown in the room’s info booklet should be sent to all guests in advance if they indicate they are planning to park their car. (2) The breakfast spot is a 10 minute walk from the venue, not exactly convenient (except if you plan on boarding the train without going back to the room).

Wonderful Room, perfectly located in Riomaggiore, charming and friendly host.

A highlight of our month long trip to Italy - everything from the personalised service (we were met at the train station by Sandro, shown around town) to the stunning location to the way above average room. Being right in the heart of the harbour of Riomaggiore, it is an ideal location - buzzing for the most part, but also quiet during night ... and the main street is right there too, as is the ferry port and more wonderful restaurants than you could possibly try. The pizza place Sandro pointed our near the station was superb, as was the fried-fish takeaway. The town of Riomaggiore may be the first as you enter the Cinque Terre from la Spezia, but is our view it competed for one of the best. Alla Marina does too! Sandro also allowed us to store our bags, both on our first and last days, so we could tour without worrying about these. An awesome place, well worth booking.

Room was spacious, clean, good bathroom, and nice views.

If you’re arriving by boat, the steps up are pretty steep and intense. much better to arrive by train, which offers easy access from back street.

The view from the rooms are incredible. The beds are comfy. Upon arrival someone from the hotel meets you and shows you how to get to the hotel. The staff were all insanely night and helped us with anything that we needed.
