Amazingly Good Heritage Hotel with Best Staff

Where should I start by praising Panna Vilas So the hotel is pet friendly and they have incredibly good staff. The best part is that few of them are specially abled and I was so impressed by the management that they are supporting them. Hemant ji at the front desk is the best person you can talk to if you want to know something about Udaipur and he knows every single thing plus he is very soft spoken. Hotel has the most beautiful view of fateh sagar. The food was amazingly good and they have a roof top bar and restaurant who serve amazing cocktails and food. A must visit place to stay and eat.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with old artifacts. The staff was excellent.

We reserved the last room which happened to be a family room. It was on the ground floor and wished we could have been on a higher floor.

Beautiful View of Fateh Sagar

We made a last minute booking at panna vilas and we wished we could stay for just one more night. The view from the property is awesome and the food was also delicious. The weather when we reached Udaipur was cloudy and it was raining so it was cherry on the cake. They also arranged last minute boat ride in Fateh Sagar lake for us. Rooms were comfortable and cozy. Best option to stay on Fateh Sagar road.

Best Hotel on Fateh Sagar Lake

First of among many things I want to mention is the location. The location of the property is just awesome you will be spellbound by watching the view of Fateh Sagar lake. We visited here is the monsoon so the view was the best. Secondly the staff is very much friendly and courteous. The dining experience was amazing and the food was delicious. Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.

Top Notch Culture And Hospitality

Let’s start from the very beginning we reached Udaipur around 7 AM and by 8 AM we were at the property the staff was soo good and friendly that they allowed us early check-in. We upgraded our stay to lake facing room and trust me the view from the room was mesmerising. Now let’s talk about the property so it has good green surroundings and the property represents the culture of the Udaipur with the amazing hospitality. The view from the restaurant was next level and the food is delicious. The staff is very well trained keep up the great work and I look forward to stay with you guys again.

This Boutique Hotel is a Gem

The location of the property is peaceful just opposite Fateh Sagar lake. The property is well maintained and the staff is very cooperative. Special mention for Hemant ji. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with live music and dance coupled with candle lit dinner facing the lake. Just WOW. The price of the food was quite reasonable and quality was good, the breakfast was also satiating. The rooms were large. Thumbs up.

Passable

We requested for a room upgrade which should be a quiet room. They gave us the best room of the hotel, with a balcony and lake view. Unfortunately, the room they allotted was below the restaurant. The whole day and and till 11.30 pm there was noise of tables and chairs being drawn. Couldnt rest. For a couple of hundred bucks more they ruined their hotel reputation. Never take the lake view rooms if you want to rest.

Very good

We stayed only 12 hours. We found the place comfortable, good value for money and a very accommodating staff. I have special praise for Hemant Verma. He has exceptional voice memory and very pleasant to talk to. I would stay there again as and when opportunity presents.
