Not a bad option for a few days

The staff were very nice and the lobby/hotel facilities were also well renovated (though the rooms could have used some updating).

The room felt smaller than it looked in the photos. For the price, I felt that the rooms should have been nicer. The breakfast was okay but not the best hotel breakfast I have had.

Location is great, food was good and views from window were good and easy to reach intramuros area by walking.

Rooms are small, noise can be heard from other rooms and from corridor every time housekeeping is done. Expensive for the service provided.

Best hotel in the Intramuros area!

The best hotel with decent price in the Intramuros area. The rooms were decent, the staff was nice, and the food was fine.

The breakfast could have had more varieties of food. The hot water was not very hot.

Très bon hôtel à Manille

Très bien situé pour visiter le quartier historique Intramuros, cet hôtel propose des chambres confortables. La nôtre était très lumineuse, avec vue plongeante sur la ville. Le petit déjeuner est servi au dernier étage, permettant de profiter d'un buffet de bonne qualité avec vue sur Manille. Ne manquez pas le rooftop, gros point fort de l'hôtel, pour boire un cocktail et/ou manger au Skydeck avec vue sur la ville à 360 degrés et un coucher de soleil mémorable ! Quant au personnel, il est très serviable et souriant.

La moquette dans les couloirs fait vieillotte, alors que tout le reste de l'hôtel est moderne.

Buen hotel para conocer Intramuros

Perfectamente ubicado para pasear por Intramuros. Tiene una terraza con unas vistas geniales y el desayuno está muy bien. No cometas el error de reservar una habitación sin ventana y todo irá bien. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Además no está demasiado lejos del aeropuerto.

No tiene psicina, pero ya lo sabíamos.

贅沢な時間を過ごせた。

朝食は品が多くあり、毎日変化するのが嬉しかった。5泊しても飽きない。もちろん、味もいい。屋上からの眺めは素晴らしい。そこで、夕方、美味しい食事もできる（ワインもそろっていた）。部屋からの眺めもよかった。ゴルフコースのグリーンや城壁跡の景色、そして朝焼けがきれいだった。ほとんどの観光ポイントは、イントラムロスにあるので、散策するのに最高の場所。また、鉄道の駅（セントラル）も慣れれば近いので、遠出するにも便利な場所。ドアマンも親切にアドバイスしてくれた。

Nice hotel for a couple of days sightseeing the capital.

The room was lovely and clean, and bathroom spacious. Breakfast was good with a variety of food options including western and Asian. Location was very close to the old fort with many historical sight seeing landmarks all within walking distance.

Nothing really. However, when we went out, the hotel would order us a Grab Car rather than a metered taxi (including when we wanted to go to the airport). This would cost us at least double the price, and the hotel were reluctant or refused the metered taxi option stating it was safer (which was probably true…but costly!)

I liked the location, it was handy to see all sights in Intramuros. The rooftop restaurant has great views and cold beers! The room was spacious with a good view.

The breakfast was ordinary, very few western choices, but we got used to that in the PH. The hotel charged my card before arrival, yet my option on Booking was pay at hotel. I didn't like that at all. The rooftop restaurant food wasn't very good. They messed up our order. The room was old as.

Excellent location to view old and new Manila skyline. Good foods. Pleasant and clean room.

Central location to the places I wanted to see, e.g., Mapua Univ., National Museum, Manila Cathedral, Fort Santiago, Manila skyline. The views of old and new Manila from the promenade was spectacular.

Promenade restaurant was too busy. Service priorities was confusing.

Pre Christmas staycation with family made even more memorable....

Love the color of our room and so with the view.

Breakfast has limited choice of food. Coffee wasnt that great. Some staff from the restaurants weren't friendly.

Intramuros visits after 5 decades. it was a fine tour of a historic Intramuros

Overall, it was great. I just didn't get the feel

The breakfast buffet was great and even the staffs are accommodating.

We have asked if we can use a PWD ID for our orders at the restaurant and they sounded hesitant. Also, the security was somehow not okay since there were people getting off at floors they are not allowed, if they are not hotel guests, without the room card.

nice hotel with a good view of the city

The location is so strategic, easy access to intramuros, nice view of the city, and even near binondo and the national museaum. There is a skydeck restaurant which offers a very good view of the city.

I wish there were slippers provided for our ease. But this is a minor issue and overall it was a comfortable stay.
