Bezaubernde, gastfreundliche Menschen, Unterkunft mit Einschränkung

Tina war unglaublich nett und unkompliziert, sie hat uns zum Frühstück mit süßen Sachen verwöhnt (wer nicht süß frühstückt, sollte es ihr sagen). Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr übersichtlich- wir waren acht Personen und konnten nicht alle sitzen. Daher hat Tina angeboten, das Frühstück auf unser Zimmer zu bringen. Vielen Dank! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt für Ausflüge, in wenigen Minuten ist man an der tollen Promenade und kann den Meerblick bei einem Spaziergang genießen. Um die Ecke ein Supermarkt, die (kostenpflichtige! 35€ pro Tag) Parkgarage Riviera ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Auto ist dort bestens aufgehoben und wird bewacht. Ausflüge sollte man tags zuvor ankündigen.

Bei der Ankunft wussten wir nicht, wo wir hingehen sollten- es gab vor dem nicht so einladenden Hinterhof nur ein kleines Hinweisschild zum B&B, keine Rezeption o.ä.- ein hilfsbereiter Nachbar hatte dann die Telefonnummer der Inhaber und konnte uns weiterhelfen. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss ist sauber, hat aber kein Tageslicht oder Fenster, so dass es klamm und feucht ist- auch im Bad gibt es keine Belüftung und schimmelt. Länger als drei Nächte hätten wir mit den Kindern dort nicht bleiben wollen. Die Zimmer im 3. Stock sind aber wunderschön!

The room was cleaned very well every day. Great access to public transport and shopping options. Tasty breakfast.

The flow of water in the shower was so small that it was practically impossible to shower with it, especially to wash your hair... The staff came 2 hours late one morning and because of that we missed breakfast as we already had a trip planned...

An enjoyable stay.

The room was bigger than expected. Location was perfect for what I needed. The host/owner was just perfect, he even helped me order taxis for early morning appointments, and came to check up on me in the evening when I didn't show up for breakfast that day.

I thought I was going to have a view from my room and access to a terrace, so I was a little disappointed when I didn't have either of them.

The host was lovely and prepared breakfast for us early so we could catch our flight.

The road it was situated on is very busy and getting in and out of taxi was worrying with children. The outside of the property is unattractive but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

It's a decent place to stay if you absolutely need a place with no amenities to crash.

The bed was comfortable and the location is great. Very near metro station.

The place was not as advertised. It was advertised that there would be a sofa bed. There was not. When I asked, they said they would bring one the next day. They never did. Also, Wifi was terrible. Absolutely horrible. I couldn't use it.

Exceptional

Everything was good and the women on the reception was very kind and nice. When we arrived she gave us the map and she marked the good places. The room was very clean and everything was fine. Very good location its 4 metro stops to the centre and it takes you 2-3 minutes to the metro station which is at the corner of the hotel. Every morning we had coffe and the croisant which was good start to the new day.

The shower could be bigger.

It was a scam

Let me paint a picture. So you take the metro to an obscure location tha looks abandoned (probably is) there is a small 5x7 sign with the so called bed & breakfast with no direction, theres a intercom that doesnt work, so after standing around like a dumb ass in this sketchy corridor, i went back to train station emailed booking.com who wernt really helpful, got a whatsapp call from the so called bed & breakfast but i wasnt about to go on a easter egg hunt for the keys at some restaurant. To put it in perspective imagine paying for a rent a car. You show up to an empty parking lot, never drove the car, but you get fully charged because they said you cancelled same day, i never cancelled. Brilliant scam they should be unlisted.

Franco was a very helpful host, the place organized a very sweet and simple authentic italian breakfast each day. The place is very close to the Metro and a 10 min walk from the coast as well as the famous pizza place 50 Kalo

The approach to the building could have been better. The rooms on the 3rd floor are to take and not the one on the ground floor.

Clean, comfy, in good position

The position if good, close to the seaside, the subway and the railway station. The property and the rooms are very clean. The ones towards the garden are better as the ones towards the street are a bit noisy during the weekends. Nothing unacceptable but if you have the chioce, take the other ones.

I would have preferred a more “Napoletan” breakfast, instead we were served a good chioce of biscuits and juices but of the same kind that we could have found at the supermarket. Don’t get me wrong, they were good, but not typical.
