Beautiful, historical property with romantic interior. House made delicious foods are impressive. We could have special experience in this remarkable hotel, we would love to stay again!

The house and setting is beautiful. Simon and his staff were very welcoming and relaxed. Dinner was exceptional, the combination of flavours were amazing and the vegetables were very fresh and straight from the garden beside the dining room.
The bedroom was large and very comfortable and the silence was perfect for a good night's sleep. Looking forward already to a return visit.

Probably the best guesthouse in Ireland. Superb staff, cosy and comfortable with a delicious breakfast.

Coopershill is steeped in history which was in itself a reason for a memorable stay.
Add to that the welcoming owners and their fantastic and friendly staff, from whom nothing was too much trouble, and cap the whole thing off with gourmet standard food (both the breakfasts and evening meals) using local ingredients, many from the immediate locale and attached gardens, all of which results, in my opinion that it would be hard to beat, not just in Ireland, but also many of the other countries that I have visited.
Absolutely nothing!
