Good location.
Upsetting stay. When we arrived, we spent 20 minutes hunting and killing 10-15 mosquitoes around the room/bathroom. The window in the bathroom seemed to be open (and couldn’t be closed) which probably allowed mosquitos in, and allowed noise from a nearby room in. Particles fell from the popcorn ceiling onto the floor and bed. The door to the bathroom was very hard to open/almost stuck — we had to give it a hefty push each time we entered. The bathroom sink was leaky, and when water was turned on it would splash out of the bowl onto us/the floor. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The shower pipe was held together by tape. There was no holder for the shower head so you had to hold it above you. Finally, we were woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of loud dripping. The AC unit had started dripping, right above cords plugged into the wall. It wet the bed and made a large puddle on the ground, damaging some of our items. Overall, we would not stay here again and would not recommend this place to friends.

The welcome from the host was excellent. After a late night arrival because bad weather haltered our travel plans, we had to book Rubini Rooms very last minute. We were exhausted and the host made us very welcome.
Nothing not to like.

Great location, good equipments in the room (even has a fridge) and the owners were really helpful with our requests.
Everything was as expected and our improvised stay here was great
Walls are a little thin, we can hear the neighbours through them. No problem for sleeping at night though as everyone seemed respectful.
In our case, the shower curtain was too short resulting in a small flooding in the bathroom after a shower (nothing that a quick pass with a towel can not solve)

I travelled with my sister and originally booked for a double bed. When we arrived, the owner saw that we were not a couple and we said that we actually preferred single beds.
We were then given room on the ground floor next to the garden, with 3 single beds. The room seemed clean and pleasant.
The owners were lovely and always answered our queries
The room was on the ground floor near the road and it was very noisy. Mosquitoes in the room made for an uncomfortable stay, although the owner did warn us about them and gave us something to ward off the mosquitoes. We also had a leaking toilet which. Got worse over time, we had informed the owner but was not offered another room, I think had we insisted they would have let us change rooms? Since we were only staying for a few nights we did not think it was worth changing rooms.

Everything was exceptional. Nice location, good price, nice garden, Netflix and YouTube available on the TV.
Bad noise isolation, you could hear conversation from the neighbouring room, bed matrace is mediocre.

The breakfast was good and we were close to the beaches which were nice. Good restaurants were also nearby
The rooms are dated and the towels were very hard

Location was amazing, the staff were amazing anything we required they provided for us so friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dated BUT this is what I loved about it!
We will be returning!!
The beds are a little uncomfortable but this is due to my body i think rather than the beds

The woman in the reception is very very nice and polite. The room had the best air conditioner ever.
There was hand sanitizer inside the room, which is very handle. Other places don't have it.
I really liked this place , I highly recommend it.

Very quiet but close to main part of Pirikia. Right beside beach, 80 meters. There is a a very nice part of the beach going right on the main road. Walk to the paros yacht club. This is the calmest part of the beach. 5 mins from hotel.
A small bit dated, but this is a minor quibble.

The staff was very friendly. We actually got assigned a smaller room than we booked (we didn’t notice) and after our check-in when we were somewhere further on the island, we got a call regarding this issue. We told them it was okay for us to stay in the smaller room and eventually asked for a breakfast in return. This was no problem for the staff and we’re very friendly to prepare us the breakfast.
The bathroom was a bit small and old-fashioned.

Not far from the center, very close to the beach. Friendly staff.
The host forgot to inform me about breakfast – they don’t serv buffet, but make breakfast on agreed time. You can enjoy it in your room or outside.

Great location, about 10-min walk from the port and a few restaurants/shops nearby.
The rooms seemed slightly outdated - didn't give us any problems but might be useful to know.

I liked the old style building and rooms. Nice size room with a balcony terrace. People were good too. Very good location, central to everything. I’d stay here again.
Nothing.

it was convenient, money wise.
had tv, ac , fridge, hot water so overall for a 1 night stay I would say it was ok ( not sure I would go there for a longer period though).
it was incredibly hard to find the place. there is no sign so we wandered around for a while until we asked someone who eventually heard of it ( we asked several people from other locations).
I'm not sure if the host didn't speak English or if he just wasn't welcoming.
the towels smelled as damp and I suspect one of them was used by someone else and not replaced.

The room was small (as expected) but had all we needed and reasonable price, including the all important fridge & kettle, cups & glasses, WiFi, etc The lady who picked us up (Smaranda?) was very friendly & helpful - especially on collection at port and return to bus station and receiving a package for us from ELTA when we were out daytime (my glasses, lost at previous accommodation on Naxos). There was no plug in the wash basin, but this was solved by the next day. Her mum's cake was delicious too!
We had just one window directly onto the street as we were ground floor (she did ask if we'd like upstairs with double bed instead of twin, but I hadn't realised about window until after I'd accepted this room. A hook or two on back of door would be useful.
