Wonderful location, view and beach was amazing (we expected a non-swimming beach) walking along the beach was fantastic and the service level in every location was above expectations. Meals were very good except for one meal at the start of our trip. Many times the management jumped in to help and make sure service was quick and checked on us to make sure we were happy.
I don't think I would do the hot tub suite we only used it once. We had one meal when we arrived at the seafood restaurant that was bland and did not hit the mark but every other meal was great the Friday night buffet was awesome and we enjoyed the show. The resort was very peaceful for the most part we did have some party folks in our unit but not something the hotel can help and honestly was not that bad. The spa was not worth the money the facility was not in full working order, the jacuzzi and sauna was being repaired while we were there but even with that I would not book service here.

We were very happy with the food. It was very fresh and flavorful. The views were outstanding. The beach was gorgeous but sad that we could not go in the water as it was not safe. Everything else was fantastic. The men that service the pool area and bring food and drinks were awesome! All around, a wonderful trip for my hubby and I!!!! thank you
Couldn't go in the ocean as it was not safe. Have more variety of wines available as part of the "all-inclusive". the one Cabernet you offered as part of the all inclusive, I did not care for. Customers had to buy a bottle if they wanted a nicer wine. Those were my two complaints, otherwise loved everything else.

EVERYTHING! From the moment we walked in and greeted with champagne to all of the amazing people working so very hard for all their guests. Zoetry exceeded any and all expectations I’ve ever had in an all-inclusive resort! Top-notch service to all of the little details of fresh flowers in the room, a beautiful flowered bubble bath and fresh flowers in a “heart-shaped” design. The food and top shelf drinks were next level! And I’ll never forget about our romantic candlelight dinner on the beach with jazz music playing in the background. Muy encantadora!!! The property is an excellent and classic hacienda construction and the central courtyard was just beautiful. We stayed in the main building which doesn't have a lift but as you are only climbing 1 floor, it doesn't matter. The view from the room was excellent and the size of the room was great too.. the bathroom and storage space didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, slow at times when food is concerned but they did ensure that everything that needed to be taken care of, they took care of it.. the beach is kept in excellent condition and the view from the pool looking at the sea is beautiful and as time to time, (from Dec to Apr), one can see whales swimming in the see is a added bonus. The staff were just excellent and a asset to this hotel.
Not much.. they could improve on attention to detail in the restaurants as there were times when we order Tea and we would get Hot water and then 5 mins later tea bags and then another 5 mins later the milk... would have to send all back and ask for it together.. apart from this, there was no other issue for us.

beautiful setting from the moment you step on the property. Everything was very clean, appeared to be well maintained and it was very quiet.
Maybe one more dining option would be a bonus, but we were perfectly fine with the food options during our stay.

The staff was great, the food options were decent, and the beverage options were plentiful.
Very noisy. We were put in a room next door to one they were renovating. Each morning around 730am, they would start cutting and hammering. The one morning I asked them to stop, they decided to stain the door frame instead so my room smelled like paint for hours. There were other rooms throughout the property under renovation that could be heard while trying to relax at the pool.

Beautiful property, pool and outside bar area were great, and most of the staff were outstanding. Room was big and comfortable, and the private patio was great! The food was also good. Special thank you to Miriam, who worked the pool bar, for taking excellent care of us the entire week, in addition to the entire pool staff.
The timeshare sales pitch upon arrival was bothersome, and the aggressiveness in trying to upgrade services, etc. made us a bit uncomfortable and pressured. There was some general misleading as to what to expect with different services such as transportation to and from, getting change, availability of extended checkout, etc. We requested extended checkout 3 times before being told it was not available that day, and were actually contacted that we needed to checkout earlier than the advertised time of 12:00 PM. We also did not receive the gift bag that was promised in our room (not a huge deal, but an example things that weren't followed through on. Just a few things the resort can work to clean up and improve, but great experience overall.

Staff was attentive, hotel very presentable
The limited food options. (only two restaurants to pick from) We also ordered room service and they took more than the expected time to deliver. Over an hour each time. The last time we ordered they didn’t even get the order correct.
The room we stayed in was in the Aquarius II building and was quite the walk from our room to the main pool and restaurants. Would have been nice to be closer.

The property was beautiful, the facilities were clean, and the food was pretty good.
We had incredibly poor service for our entire stay. The water was turned off in our room several times with no advance notice. Our beach/pool towels were not replenished in our room so we consistently had to go to the front desk to pick them up. It was difficult to order food and drinks by the pool or beach. Overall just a disappointing level of service.

great location, very well maintained.
service was TERRIBLE, waited 3 HOURS to get a room were told on multiple occasions that they would “check” on our room status and the staff would leave and to “help” other guests and not tell us the status. Finally after asking multiple times, waiting three hours and getting upset they got us into our room past 5pm.
service at the restaurants was slow to say the least. waiting HOURS to get served.
service at the pool area was terrible as well! we watched EIGHT staff member standing around the bar area talking amongst each other and after about 20min finally one of them came out to ask guests if they needed drinks. one of the guest we spoke to waited and HOUR for French fries.
Initially we thought the service might be slow due to staff shortages but that was NOT the case. Plenty of staff on hand just need the proper training on how to service the guests quickly and efficiently.
