The location was great, but the check in and the accommodations were very welcoming for travelers with dogs. The.extra towels and treats were very sweet.
Not a thing.

Great property and it is in a great location in Chama. It was very quaint and clean. Staff was extremely friendly.
It was extremely hot outside and hot in the room. The room was west facing and I was surprised they did not have the shudders on the window closed so the sun did not heat up the room. There were no vacancy and it would have been nice if they had turned on the air before my arrival. I had to open the window and get the fan out of the closet and put on the window seal because it was cooler outside than inside. It did cool off early in the am but it would have been nice if the staff had been proactive in cooling the room before the guest arrived. I would have been willing to pay more in the summer if the room were cooler.

Cute and quiet. Centrally located. Staff is awesome!
Could use some coat hooks and maybe a little dresser to put you luggage on or in.

loved loved loved the staff. Super friendly and forward thinkers. The space was cozy and comfortable, full of character, down to the smallest details (like black wash clothes for makeup removal, a dog kit w towel, blanket, and cookie, etc). The gas stove added to the coziness. A plus!
The bathroom was a little icy as it didn’t receive the warm air

The folks that own and operate this place really go all out to make sure you're happy. Having snowshoe rentals was a blessing because we couldn't get up the mountain to ski so it was nice to have another fun outing closer to the hotel.
It was a wee bit snug for three women to share the room. I would have liked some hooks on the walls or ways to hang things other than the small closet. The toilet paper holder needs to be replaced. It's too institutional.
The town isn't walker friendly. That isn't the Chama Trails fault.

The room was large and well appointed.as well as very clean. Contactless check-in was easy to use and efficient.
It was very cold in the room when we arrived. It would have been helpful to have the heater turned on before we arrived. It took almost all night to warm the room up and we had to request extra blanket to be comfortable through the night.
