About this apartment rental
**Security cameras monitor all entrances 24/7. Additional fees apply to more than 7 guests. Upfront honesty about the number of guests is appreciated and cheaper. NO smoking, pets, parties or events of any kind.**
One night rentals Monday through Wednesday only. One night rentals Thursday through Sunday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The neighborhood has a family-friendly event the last Friday of every month called Trolley Night. If you are sensitive to noise or do not want to be disturbed prior to 10pm, I would choose another location if the dates of your trip fall on the last Friday of the month. The streets are bustling with live music and pedestrians from 6-10pm during this event. It's a great local experience!
No cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.
Step right out back to visit the National Civil Rights Museum or eat at Central BBQ. Across the street is the famous Earnestine and Hazel's and to the left is the Arcade Diner. Lots of restaurants within a few blocks and a coffee shop right across the street. Walk or take the trolley to everything downtown. A trolley stop is right in front of the building. Questions about something? Just ask! I'm happy to help.

This property looks like the pictures but only better. It was very clean and close proximity to the main attractions. The only disappointment was the trolly that stops right outside the front door is now out of service. That wouldn’t be a reason though not to stay here. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the accommodations. Very comfortable clean and nicely decorated. The one downfall is the stairs, two flights up to the bedrooms. There were four of us, so nice to have two king beds. Location was wonderful, close to restaurants and Beale street….within walking distance. Disappointed that the trolley just outside our door was not in operation.

Friends weekend getaway to see Graceland and enjoy BBQ. Just like all the other reviews working with Chris was great, very accomodating and responsive to our questions and needs.Very appreciative for the extra fans for the bedrooms for the very hot and humid weekend. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was stocked all though we didn’t cook very much. If we ever make it back to Memphis, this is where we would want to stay.

I had the best birthday weekend! The property is beautiful and great for relaxation. We loved the patio! Thanks!

Its was awesome. First property location, next the property, then owners, and amenities. It felt so safe parking in a gated area, the property was very clean and had everything you needed. My friends loved it. We rated it a 10.

The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The king bedrooms were comfy and spacious and we appreciated having three bathrooms for our family. It is a lot of steps to get up to the third floor bedrooms if someone has a difficult time with stairs. Having a washer/dryer in our unit was very convenient. We loved the location of having the Civil Rights Museum right outside (you could see it from the bedroom window) and only being a 20 minute walk from Beale street. There is a trolley stop right outside the front door but we didn’t use it. We felt very safe with the double entry code and the locked gate for our vehicle. Beautiful condo, great location and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my 3rd or 4th stay here. It has yet to disappoint. The secure, gated parking is a huge plus. I schedule my trips to the city around the availability of this unit.

Pleasantly surprised with this little spot, great location. Would recommend for sure!

Wonderful and very clean home in close proximity to Memphis attractions. The Civil Rights Museum, Lorraine Motel, Central BBQ and Trolley are steps away. Birdies, which is a Bar/Golf Simulator is right across the street. Parking is gated and secure. The home is very well appointed and equipped. Chris, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful. The two bedrooms are upstairs with their own en suite bathrooms and there is a half bath on the main floor. There is also a fold out couch amidst. We were quite comfortable and secure.

Property was conveniently located, very secure.

This place was in downtown Memphis, just 30 seconds walk to Lorraine motel. In fact, you could see the Lorraine motel from the condo windows. The place was decorated nicely and it felt like home. The host was responsive and immediate to all requests. He even gave recommendations.
My only issue was that the listing states 3 bedrooms. It’s not really 3 bedrooms but rather 2 bedrooms plus a loft area. The third “bedroom” was more of an open loft area with sofa bed pullout which is probably fine for little kids.

We were there for a wedding. Walked to Beale St. Ate breakfast at Arcade & The Garden Brunch Cafe. Dinner at Central BBQ & Little Italy. All with in a block.

This was our third stay at the property and would stay again. Clean, comfortable, quiet and safe. Perfect location within reasonable walking distance to Beale Street. Trolley stop also conveniently located right out front. Chris - Thanks for another memorable visit!

Great location. Nice unit. Tho it was two bedroom not three as it was advertised AC regulation was upstairs. My friends were hot so they used AC. I slept in living room and it was freezing. More lighting in living room dining area would help
Coffee table in living room was do heavy I could not move it to pull out bed. I had to sleep
On couch as it was. The unit was nicely supplied and clean Parking was secure and fenced in which was a nice feature. Quiet Nice beds. Nice bathrooms On the trolley line. Perfect for us. Next to the museum for civil rights. So powerful. Except for the fact it was not three bedrooms, the air b and b worked out great for us Chris Flis. was attentive with letters , confirmation , checking in and out instructions etc. all
Good. I’d recommend it. Elizabeth Eklof

This home was everything we could ask for and then some. Trolley right outside the door. We took advantage of that. So glad we stay here instead of a hotel. Memphis was fun.

We loved the location and was able to walk to beale street. There is a trolly stop right outside but we chose to walk. The unit was really neat and we enjoyed our stay. The gated parking was wonderful. The only things that could have been better were the mattresses. You could fewl the springs on the pull out couch but adding the mattress from the other couch solved that issue. My cousin said the bed at the top left was hard and the mattress at the top right was soft but being on the heavier side it sunk in a lot. I wasn’t loving the skylight over the bed come 6am but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the stay. We would book this location again.

Great find! We enjoyed our stay. This property is centrally located in Downtown Memphis, and the rooms are bigger than pictured. They are spacious, clean, and well-stocked.

So many great things to say about this property! The location was great! The trolly is literally steps from the door, making it so easy to get around. The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. The owners have thought of everything! We will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis!

We spent a long weekend in Memphis to hear blues and visit some of the music museums, etc. We were delighted with our stay at this property. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

This was one of the best Vrbo places ever! Everything about it was worth 5 stars!! I especially appreciated the communication with the property manager…kind & informative! The location is perfect for enjoying Beale Street and all that has to offer...blues, brews and of course, barbecue! We had an amazing time in Memphis and much of that was due to the comfortable and beautiful Vrbo! Coming back after a day of sight seeing or an evening of musical entertainment was completed with this wonderful 'home'. In fact, if we return to Memphis in the near future, you can be sure that we will request this same property! Thanks, again, to the property managers for providing a true 'home away from home'.

This was a great place to stay. The property has been remodeled and is in great condition. It has a lots of character and charm. We loved being able to walk everywhere or jump on a trolley right out the front door. The owner did a great job communicating with us. Will definitely try to stay here again someday.

It was a great time, place was perfect.

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable for two couples (and a possibly more!) And the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see in Memphis - The Lorraine Hotel and National Civil Rights Museum (as well as Mission BBQ) we’re right behind us, an awesome coffee shop right across the street, local grocer and train station a few blocks away, and Beale St, the Peabody, and the waterfront all just a short and very pleasant walk away. We loved it!

We had the best time in Memphis because of your place. It was everything we hoped for and more.
5.0 / 5.0
The title sez it all. The triple level floor plan, coupled with the brick walls and gleaming dark-wood floors, give the place an airy, glamorous feeling. The six-person dining room made me wish I had had people to invite to dinner.
The only thing I'd quibble about is that it's not really a 3-bedroom place. Sure, it actually has 4 beds, but there are only two bedrooms with doors, privacy, and en-suite bathrooms. There's a sofa bed on a wide semi-floor that is contiguous with a stairway landing and another sofa bed is in the living room on the main floor.
Nonetheless, the condo is beautifully appointed, well stocked with kitchenware, and only steps way from cool restaurants and the trolley that can whisk you in minutes to the Beale Street district for only a dollar. And out the back door, you can stroll to the National Civil Rights Museum and the Lorraine Hotel in less than a minute.
The hosts, Chris and Christine are lovely, busy people who are very responsive and knowledgeable about the area, so don't hesitate to reach out and ask for suggestions. I'd love to go back!

We came to Memphis to see a ball game and stayed for three nights. The property is very nice and well equipped.
The location is excellent. It's close to the river, parks, Beale Street and the MLK Museum. We definitely recommend staying here if visiting Memphis.

Property was everything as advertised. Clean comfortable convenient and cared for! Communication with the owners was excellent even down to their checking in with us one night during a storm to be sure all was well. We were convenient to everything and there were suggestions left for us about where to go, things to do, and places to see that were spot-on. Absolutely 10/10 we would stay there again!

I can’t say enough about this property. Spacious, clean, and appointed with everything you could need for your visit. The location couldn’t be better for exploring Memphis. And the property manager was incredibly attentive. This is rare blend of a uniquely arranged space in perfect condition placed in a great location!
