About this house rental

Beautiful, newly remodeled in great neighborhood. Ultra-modern vibe with hardwood floors in living area, new tile in the kitchen, granite countertops, 52-inch wall-mounted TV, modern gas range, dishwasher, off-street parking, just steps from large park with playground, 10 minutes to everything: downtown, fairgrounds, greenbelt, movies, great dining, two malls, 5 minutes to St. Alphonsus Hospital, only 2 minutes to the grocery store. Great for families, couples, and people coming to Boise for business or fun.

You'll be in a classy, secluded neighborhood in the middle of the city. It's basically an extended culdesac with no through traffic. There's a very nice park about thirty steps down a little path right next to the yard. And there's a stunning view of the foothills on your way in. Take a couple of folding chairs, a bottle of wine and marvel at the view.

Late booking as our original stay discovered they'd double booked. Lovely well equipped, spotlessly clean bungalow with a African theme running through the house. Fortunately no stuffed animal trophies that we'd encountered earlier on this trip. Location is very quiet but supermarket and restaurants are not far away.

This duplex condo resides in a very quiet neighborhood adjacent to a lovely park. The home appears to be newly renovated and offered many amenities. The owner was very pleasant and we hope to return on our next visit to Boise.

We were so pleased when we arrived at this beautiful VRBO home. It was beautifully decorated and had a very upscale kitchen and bathrooms. It had every amenity we could possibly want and then some. Steps away from a lovely park that we frequented daily. We definitely would love to stay here again when we come to Boise. A big thank you to our gracious host and hostess who were readily available if and when we needed them.

Beautiful place! Perfect location and the house is nicely decorated with a beautiful yard for my kids to play! The owner was very nice and friendly and responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend and will be staying there again when we come back!

We get to Boise once or twice a year to visit our grandchildren, and this was probably the best property we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The property is in a beautiful Neiborhood and is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We wanted for nothing while staying here! This property will definitely be our top choice when visiting again.

Clean and comfy, good location, nice host. We came to stay over the Thanksgiving holiday and mostly used this as a hotel - but a fantastic upgrade over a hotel. The 4 of us (parents and 2 kids) had plenty of room and very much enjoyed our 4-night stay. I would book this again. Thanks!

This duplex was so ideal for us. The decor was awesome and the proximity to our family was 3 minutes. We felt incredibly lucky to find such an immaculate, well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended and would stay here again for sure.

The stay here was absolutely lovely! Barbara had a terrific booklet of instructions that provided all of the information we needed as well as local restaurant recommendations and points of interest. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and within minutes of downtown. The house was clean and inviting. We definitely recommend this home if you are staying in Boise.

Nice neighborhood and location, did not specify that is was a condo on listing. Needed a deep clean around the whole house. My wife and I got there and about 45 minutes after, the husband of the property owner walked in without knocking. Very rude and nosey.
