Amazing location. Cozy room🌞

Good downtown Missoula location, just a block away from shuttle to the concert we attended in Bonner. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean with an "old" charm, but no coffee as advertised (or coffee maker - just a French press) - not a deal breaker but it would have been nice not to have had to go outside and walk two blocks for that morning cup. Extremely noisy at night (Friday and Saturday nights) with very loud party-goers at the local bars below the Wilma, plus the street noise of Higgins Ave. Air conditioner was crazy loud so had to turn it off and have the windows open at night to sleep. No escaping the noise! Overall OK (a weak four rating), primarily due to location and the charm of staying in the old, historic Wilma Theater.

Nice stay in downtown Missoula. Very convenient location, close to restaurants and recreation options. The Wilma overlooks the river and a park. They only negative was that temps were at 95 degrees while we were there, which made it hard to stay cool on the 8th floor.

Enjoyed the Wilma studio! Beautiful views, great location.

Lovely little studio apartment on the eighth floor of the Wilma building in downtown Missoula has tons of character. The owner was very helpful and responsive, even though he was many time zones to the east of us. All issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

This is the perfect rental for two! Has everything you would need and you can’t beat the location.
This is my second time staying at this property.

We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean, no clutter, had soaps and everything we needed. We did struggle with finding the parking because the #s are very small, on the ground, and covered in bird poop. The elevator code did not work the first day we were there but the owner was able to eventually get the right one to us.

Condo is in the heart of downtown Missoula, but the condo itself needs lots of TLC. For example, three of the 5 lights over bathroom sink burned out, bathroom faucet had a continual drip, the toilet did not flush without taking lid off and manually flushing. In the kitchen microwave was placed on cement blocks in a cabinet opening, while another cabinet front fell out when opening cupboard. Two wine glasses, one with a large crack. Dirty and very sponge in kitchen. I was very bummed when I went out to covered parking area and found my car covered with piegon poop. On a positive note, bed was comfy.

I always wondered what was upstairs in the Wilma. This location made it so easy to just park our car and walk to all our favorite places in Missoula.

Our stay at the Wilma was awesome.
The studio is as described and very clean, as the reviews say. Location is perfect for anything in town.

The location is ideal, the neighbors or visitors were all very kind. Parking was confusing with construction, but residents were kind when we mistakingly were in their spot. This is a good place for a couple and you have everything you need. It was very hot when we were there and raising the air conditioner onto the table bench bench was perfect.

Owner was very responsive with good instructions. Had some trouble initially finding the parking since lines were not marked under the bridge. Room was clean and the AC unit was much appreciated and needed. Perfect location for us as we were in town for a concert and the shuttle was right next door.

This place is super cute and you can’t beat the view! Parking is a bit of a nightmare with the construction- but once you figure it out it’s fine.

Cozy studio apartment in a great location to enjoy all that Missoula has to offer. We could walk to almost everything we wanted to do and the host was responsive to questions.

I hate to say anything negative because the owner was so responsive when I had questions. But... I wished I had read the review from earlier in June. There were no toiletries. This seems so standard for VRBO that we never even thought about having to bring our own bath soap or shampoo. We got there late and there is no store close by. Big negative. The other thing is that the place feels cluttered. Open shelves by bathroom with various things on them (except what we needed most--soap), things lying around for ambience I suppose but really just added to the cluttered feeling. The bathtub is claustrophobic feeling. The apartment was clean (although first impression was that it wasn't, just because of the clutter.) Finally, the code to get the elevator to the 8th floor was a little tricky the first time (some buttons light up, others don't)--maybe some better explanation on that. Location was fantastic and it was quiet.

From Josh's specific instructions at the very beginning, we could tell it was gonna be awesome. Anyone who puts that much thought into making your arrival organized & easy, is going to offer a residence that's just that. Turns out it was all that and more. Much, much more. It had everything we needed plus character galore. The sunrise view, the sunset view, the furnishings, the comfort, the ease of parking and/or walking to anything your heart desires in urban Missoula, are all just a few of the reasons we loved it. Playing endless games of Uno at the kitchen table, while watching the perfect Missoula sunset over the Clark Fork, is a memory we won't ever forget. We didn't hear a single sound from surrounding apartments. Caras Park being right out the back door was such a treat. We are so grateful the dates we needed were available, because I couldn't imagine being anywhere else!

The property does not even begin to come close to the description you read online. It was cluttered, poorly stocked, not even stocked with toiletries. We had rented for 5 nights; left and went to a hotel after the first night. Beware!!

Great little studio apt. But AMAZING location within walking distance of everything downtown, and a reserved parking spot so you don't have to search for one every day! Fun historic building too!
Parking was a little wonky with construction in the area but didn't get ticketed so all worked out. And minor snafu with the lockbox to get in the building but property owner was very responsive and got it worked out.
Would definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located in downtown Missoula. We had a good time during our stay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The owner was not communicative, and I had to reach out to him for the check-in instructions, and he never replied when I asked if there was anything specific we needed to do for the check out. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided for the shower.

Perfect place to stay. Great location. Great views. A relatively small place but good enough for two people for a couple of days. Good wifi.
Weird parking during construction, but cheap lot right behind the building

Studio was perfect for a weekend getaway. Views of the river/mountains is beautiful. Was so fun to see a concert downstairs and then an easy elevator ride home! My only complaint is that due to the current construction on the adjacent bridge there was no designated parking. It worked out fine for us to drop off our stuff then park across the bridge and walk but this may be a concern for some. All around this is a lovely place to stay and we will definitely stay here again!

Great old building, nice 8th floor view/ river view. If you’re looking for a downtown live/ play experience this is it. Reminded us of our younger days in NYC/ Greenwich Village.
