A perfect stay.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at Niros. It's only a 20-30 minute walk into the old city along a beautiful park and the river. The owners are wonderful and give guests their own space. The beds were super comfortable. The room was the best equipped we've ever encountered. And there were the added bonus of the bunnies on the lawn outside. Perfect 10 out of 10.

Not aB&B, just a room outside the city.

It was quiet at night. The room darkening shades were good for sleeping. You get a pass for transportation (but you won't get discounts in the city with it because you're outside Basel).

This isn't a B&B as advertised, since breakfast is not included. If you want breakfast, it will cost you $14 more per person, per day, and the owner clearly doesn't want to be bothered. When I asked what the breakfast would be, she couldn't answer, and when I suggested fresh fruit, she just shook her head no. So, something reluctantly made that she would bring over on a tray and leave. Also, this is not Basel, it's a suburb, so you won't get any discounts that you get when you stay in the city itself. The room is one they made in the garage. It's clean, etc., but it's very small. With the beds 6" apart, the outside door hits one when you open it, and the bathroom door hits the other. It just wasn't very welcoming. The owner really doesn't want you inside her house, so earlier reviews where there were multiple people staying in the house seem odd. This room won't fit more than one or two people, period. Next time, I would just pay a little extra and stay in the city.

I definitelly can recommend this place!

The owner Nicole was super kind and helpfully. She prepared a lots of usefull things for us such as maps of the city, timetibles of public transport etc, she explained us everything... The location of accommodation is fantastic! Quitly and safe dostrict with good public transportation to the city, but also it is just about 30-45 mins by walking along the river, on the beautiful promenade... Equipment of the accommodation was also satisfing - everything what you need. Also tea, coffee, sugar... And cleanliness everywhere. I definitelly can recommend this place!

wonderful stay! Nicole was super responsive, flexible and kind. highly recommended for anyone staying in Basel.

beautiful little house with multiple apartments. close to the main tram line and am easy walk along the river to get to downtown Basel.

perfect place for a quiet stay and easy access to Basel

free parking very clean space perfectly organised for convenience lovely garden area with tables and rabbits hosts were extremely responsive to our needs quiet neighbourhood very close to public transport into Basel city

Perfect place

Very good location. The owners are very helpful and nice. The apartment and the kitchen are very well equipped and clean. The parking places are available for free nearby. Shopping center, bus and tram approximately 5 min walk. Definitely recommendable. Perfect place for stay in Basel Very friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly owner, comfortable staying and well organised B&B and the kitchen is complete if travelling with family. I love this B&B.

Check out at 10.00 a.m as it's too early. 11.00 a.m should be better.

Exceptional

The owner is very welcoming and attentive, there is inner yard with the rabbits, you can pet them, they are not afraid of people, and this yard is very nice and tranquil. In general, though the building is situated directly on the street it is very quiet at night. I didn't order breakfast, but there are shops nearby and there is a fridge in the room. The tea and coffee is provided, as well as bottle of water and juice. Very reasonable price for this place, I would definitely stay again. It is just 2 stops from the railway station if you use a bus (by tram it is a bit longer), and the Basel card (including public transport ticket) is provided.

The pillow was too flat, but this is individual preference, not a negative feedback.
