Excellent place and staff

The apartment was new, extraordinary clean and everything needed was available. The manager was exceptionally kind and helpful. This place is a real diamond in Kiten.

Exceptional

Very clean property with everything you need for a vacation with kids; the large balcony with sea view and sun loungers was a nice surprise. The location is great, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and you are just off the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. The owner was very friendly and accommodating; we had to leave very early morning (4am) and she was there to say goodbye. Would very much recommend this place to anyone who's going to Kiten.

I would definitely come back.

Nadya (the host) was amazing - so approachable and dedicated to making our stay in Diamond Kiten the best it could be. The studious were spacious and provided with all the necessary items. Hygiene on the highest level. too. The balcony was such a bonus especially if you are a sunset/ sunrise lover.

A quiet place where you can have a good sleep. Excellent location, cleanliness and a beautiful garden! Awesome view from the balcony - especially at sunset! A hostess that welcomes you as a friend! Very friendly and highly qualified personnel! They will exceed your expectations and will surprise you in a way that will make you want to come back for your next vacation!

Super family hotel! Exceded our expectations!

Super clean, good sized appartment, decorated with good taste in every detail. Although central location, close to shops, restaurants and beaches, it is also very quite. Amazing host and helpfull staff. I highly recommend this accomodation.

Nothing to mention. We were satisfied with everything.

Perfect location and lovely host

The host Nadia was the most kind person on the world. We arrived earlier and we asked if we can park our car on the property parking and it wasn’t a problem for her. She even gave us the names of a few nice restaurants where we can go and have lunch until our room is ready. The room was prepared lovely, swans from towers on the bed and sea shells decorations around. We had two terraces and both of them had a sea view. The property is located in the perfect spot close to the most busy street where are all the restaurants but still far away to not be disturbed from the noise. It’s 5 minutes walking distance from Kiten’s south beach.

It was our first time in Bulgaria and we had great time there, accommodation very good and bulgarians are nice and helpful people. When we arrived at the Hotel our apartment was nicely prepared for us and the owners themselves are always there for you in case you need something.

We liked pretty much everything about the property we had a great stay.

One of the best hotels in Kiten

Very clean, staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a nice view from the upper floors and the rooftop terrace, which is accessible by everyone. WiFi coverage was very good throughout the property.

Successful vacation

Everything was perfect. The room was very large and very clean. The city is not that big so the beach is close. There are many interesting beaches nearby.There are many restaurants with good food and many souvenir shops where you can buy a lot of ineresting things.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

Very nice place. Clean and well furnished rooms. Top location close to the south beach.

Some of the decorative elements were not suitav ble for small kids. The tables had glass elements which were also not suitable for kids.

Great stay, recommend

We liked everything, but the most we liked the host, she was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the ap complex yard had tables and chairs to enjoy something to eat/drink. The location is very good, very close to the beach and also to the center. They also have their own parking.
