Good value for money. Ask for room which is not on the highway side.

Great location and connectivity with the rest of city. The apartment was very clean.

The mattress was not very comfortable. The wi-fi didn't work in the evening first 2 days and I needed to go back to office in the evening to complete my work. Breakfast could be better. The AC couldn't be adjusted properly which wouldn't be a problem with a open window, but if you open the window than the noise from highway is too distracting.

Una tortura el check in

La estación de tren está debajo de los apartamentos, a dos estaciones de Zurich HB. Es la estación central. Limpieza y comodidad de las camas.

Enviamos los DNI's a la dirección que nos indicaron para que nos dieran la clave de acceso y no contestaban. Tuvimos que llamar desde Suiza donde no hay roaming, primero nos decían que no habíamos enviado el correo, cuando lo encontraron nos dijeran 'que la calidad de las fotos era mala' ni se habían molestado en comunicarlo por mail o Booking. La llamada duró como 20 minutos. No hay Aire acondicionado. Como hacía calor, dormimos con la ventana abierta y se escuchaba el tren desde las 4:30. El menaje de la cocina (cazuela y sartén ) deteriorado.

De locatie is perfect!

Het was niet goed schoon in de hallen en de kamer was ook niet helemaal schoon. De vriezer en koelkast was vies en er lag haar in de badkamer.

The place is not worth it near the price it is available for. Terrible experience with the doors and the privacy. No ins

The only things I liked about the property is that a group of four had two separate rooms and there was a fridge in the room. The place is exactly at a station so it is close to anything.

I was very disappointed to see that there were two different fans in the rooms and one of them didn't work, so at 35 degrees, it was a terrible experience. Not only this, but the bathroom door was transparent and there was a hole where anyone could see you. Also, it was extremely difficult to find the place itself and the parking. There were no clear instructions.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. A 30 min del centro caminando 5 min en tren. Un lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo muy felices

Excellent modern and clean apartments close to downtown/old town Zurich. The train station right outside the complex

Clean and modern apartments right next to a train station close to downtown Zurich. Convenient restaurant on site. We appreciated the laundry facilities.

There was a bit of confusion over our parking reservation which we eventually straightened out.

Удобный комфортный современный номер

Для нас пребывание в этом отеле прошло идеально. Инструкцию нам прислали заранее, заселение прошло максимально просто и удобно. Номер отличный, полотенец с избытком, халаты. В номере даже был утюг с гладильной доской, что большая редкость для номеров подобного типа. Если вы откроете окна, то оцените, насколько отличные стоят оконные рамы, так здорово отсекающие уличный шум. Отлично, что можно что-то минимально приготовить. Не знаю, насколько плотным было заселение, но соседей из других номеров мы совершенно не слышали. До центра идти минут 20, для нас это комфортно. Недалеко от отеля есть большой торговый центр. Небольшой магазин с едой и напитками буквально на ближайшем перекрестке.

Sirvió pero no volvería jamás.

Buena ubicación, junto en la parada del tren y a 3 cuadras de un mall.

Llegamos bastante antes del check in, nos informaron de la posibilidad de hacer un check in anticipado con costo, así que fuimos al mall a almorzar y hacer hora, llegado el horario del ingreso, Anfitrión no envió el código de acceso, por qué que estuvimos más de una hora llamado y enviando mails para que nos lo envíen hasta que lo hicieron Durante nuestra estadía el clima estaba cálido, por lo que el departamento (preparado para el frío) estaba caliente, los ventiladores (2) uno no funcionaba en lo absoluto y el otro hacía un ruido insoportable por lo que no se podía usar, hicimos el reclamo para el cambio y dormir mejor la segunda noche pero nos respondieron que esos son los que habia, no tenían otros y sorry.

Das Appartment ist gut gelegen und das Zimmer hatte alle wichtigen Essentials. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass es für das Zimmer und der Tiefgarage einen PIN-Code gab und man keine Schlüssel oder Karten bei sich tragen musste.

Auf Grund der belebten Gegend, war es recht laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und mit Fenster auf, hörte man den Straßenlärm schon sehr. Bzgl. des Bettes, gab es leider nur pro Seite ein kleines dünnes Kissen.

Really great value, with minor touches missing, but still a great value for the money.

Really liked the location, the quickness of entry. The place was really an amazing value, and so close to everything. The bathroom is super great, as its spacious and the shower’s height is perfect, as im very tall. The bed was good. the kitchen as well, though i didnt use it.

No towel or sheet changes at all. Even when offering to pay for it, the support just said no. Im aware its not a hotel, but just was odd. The smell in the hallway of the whole building was unpleasant. It shows that the walls and the bathroom / living room wall appliances are less maintained with etches near the bottom.

Très désagréable et appartement sale.

L’emplacement pratique

Emplacement extrêmement bruyant. Bâtiment coincé entre une route à fort passage et une gare ferroviaire (crissement des freins des trains à chacun de leur passage). L’appartement réservé ne correspondait pas aux photos utilisées pour illustrer l’appartement lors de la réservation. Je m’en suis plainte au customer service. On m’a répondu que les photos utilisées étaient purement indicatives et ne correspondaient pas forcement à la réalité, je ne peux accepter cette réponse. J’avais réservé pour 4 personnes. Il n y avait qu’un canapé pour Max 3 personnes alors que sur toutes les photos, il y avait un joli coin salon avec 2 canapés. La table était coincée entre un mur de cuisine et la fenêtre. Impossible de s’asseoir autour à 4. Bien évidemment, aucune photo en lien avec l’appartement ne montrait une configuration pareille. C’était toujours des photos avec une grande cuisine et une belle salle à manger. Il est important d’utiliser des photos qui soient absolument en lien avec l’appartement choisi. Autrement, c est un mensonge. Merci d’en prendre note!!! Customer service inutile en cas de problème et de réclamation.

La ubicación y la facilidad de parqueo del carro.

La verdad me esperaba algo mejor. El colchón de la cama muy malo. El sofa super incómodo, tenía dos televisores pero no eran Smart TV y solo había un control para los dos aparatos. La limpieza bien regular. En el piso de la alfombra había un montón de azúcar regada. Las puertas de vidrio no servían, por lo que no se podía separar el cuarto de la sala de estar. No estoy segura si volvería, capaz buscaría alquilar una de las opciones de dos habitaciones.

Very conveniently located and well equipped apartment for any length of stay.

The apartment had all we needed - including a bathtub which was excellent. The location is very good as well, being both close to Sihl City for shopping and taking the Tram 13, and right next to the train station for taking S4 to the main train station. The wellness spa at Hürlimann is also in walk able distance. Despite closeness to the train station, it is quiet in the room. The room has stylish furniture and pictures on the wall, good ceiling and bedside lights.

The sofa pillows were not super clean - we did not use them. There were also small "silverfish" in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness could be a bit better. The TV had no working remote control upon arrival, but that was rectified quickly by friendly service personnel. There was also just one large duvet for the bed, would have preferred two separate ones, and as we were staying with a 2.5 year old that had to sleep in the same bed, the bed was a bit high for potential falls out of the bed. It's great for 1-2 adults but maybe not the most children friendly apartment.

Preço qualidade está bom.

Boa localização, boa decoração do apartamento, bom serviço de atendimento ao cliente.

Logo a chegada abri as cortinas e o candeeiro do apartamento estava partido e caiu ao chão pregando um susto tremendo, o cabo da sertã estava desapertado o que mais uma vez me pregou um susto pois ia caindo a comida toda ao chão.

Decent location. Disappointing host and customer service. Would not recommend,

Spacious room, Decent amenities, clean apartment. Right above the train station which makes it easier to commute to the city center. Everything is automated and self check-in was smooth-ish. Next to a residential block so it is always quite lively.

The management and host of the "Vision Apartments" are one of the rudest and ill mannered people that i have come across. When i requested for parking availability on site by mail, i received a response with a literal threat from their customer services saying that my car would be towed and impounded if i attempted to park anywhere on the property. Moreover, they did not provide any support in suggesting the nearby carparks even though there was a "Brunaupark" mart very close by and had 24Hr on site parking which i only found out the hard way. I heard about a similar threat from customer care given to another guest who was also staying at the property at that time and was looking for a carpark for their rental vehicle. Would not recommend this place just for their poor customer service standards.

First try with apartment, good outcome.

Very spacious, comfortable apartment, with a very good offer (limited). Bathroom with all necessary items, and enough space (which isn't always obvious). Lot of space, well equipped, quiet, there's really no reason to complain. If it wasn't for the price though, then for short stay I would have a dilemma between hotel and this offer.

Little bit further away from center, but the location is better, than it looks on the map. Easy to use public communication, shopping centre nearby. Small thing is that I missed was there's not even a single bag of tea or coffee, difficult to buy own package, if coming for 2 nights.

Price

Kitchen was really really tiny the exhaust system wasn't working properly and was really noisy. Kitchen utilities were not in the nicest shape. Coffee machine was not in the best shape either. The apartment was smaller then expected. Very noisy due to train station nearby. But kitchen wise is really poor. if you plan to do some cooking like we did be ready for a surprise because its really small.
