Cheap night close to highway, useful for long solo drives

Easy check-in check out, room decent, comfy, close to highway. Wifi OK.

Dirty bathrooms and showers, no AC (but what can you expect at this price :)

Les plus : - personnel agréable - bien situé

Les moins : - Salle d'eau non équipée : une mini serviette par personne (pas de serviette pour les pieds ?), pas de savon, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de place pour déposer ses affaires. - Salle d'eau sale : trace d'urine sur le mur ! - Pour la chambre : Lit inconfortable (on sentait chaque latte car le matelas n'est pas assez épais), tâche de sang sur le drap

Le matelas avait besoin d'être changé. Le lit était beaucoup trop dur à cause du matelas. Nous avons déjà pris un chambre simple et la literie n'était pas si mauvaise

Didn't stay as bathroom was full of mould part of wall crumbling with Mould. Bedroom smelt of mould Health Hazard. Asked for our money back, guy on reception refused as we had been in the room for half an hour! Yes , as we were booking accommodation in another hotel. Rang customer service at Booking so why send a email asking us to rate this Property??

Stayed here 3 years ago, but will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

It was open when we arrived

Our booking wasn't visible on the receptions list The gate was locking us out of the hotel on arrival and we had to park the car on the main road. The smell of drugs as you approached the hotel from the car park was horrendous There were many young people gathering around...made us feel uncomfortable

Good price at a useful location if you are travelling towards the alpes from calais. It is very basic, but totally fine for the price. The bed was comfy and the tvs have chrome cast. The breakfast was basic, but cheap

Our toilet had a sewer smell, but other than that, there wasn't anything wrong with our stay

Parking is safe for cars

Really slow service at the reception Receptionist in the morning was really rude Room wasn’t very clean Really small rooms A lot noise in the corridors Breakfast was disgusting , only a few pieces of bread (the bread was really hard) and cereals. No clean plates . If you want to stay get a room with bathroom as the share ones was really dirty and floated

Disappointing - small rooms, no towels, unclean shared amenities

Rooms are extremely small, and double rooms do not even have a fridge like other rooms. Shared amenities are not clean at all. Rooms are even smaller than I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful though. No towels although I did not see that mentioned anywhere - luckily I had my own.

Location was perfect. Value for money. Suited our needs for our journey home. The shower was brilliant

The bed was exceptionally hard, mattress was very thin. Room was quite small for 2 adults and a dog.

Great value for money.

Excellent. You get what you pay for. Uncomfy beds, shared loos and microwave ovens in the room. Really close to the motorway, and a great stop over. Arras is worth visiting, especially the Saturday market which is impressive.

no toilet in the bedroom, toilets by the front door. not suitable for children. people smoking drugs outside and the front door was always open. it didn’t feel safe at the hotel and was clearly used for worker’s rather than for people with children.

Very comfortable stay in a charming hotel, with amazingly helpful staff.

We travelled in a group of 11, needing 5 rooms. The family room was very spacious and they popped in an extra bed so the 5 of us could be together easily. Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms, all very charming with powerful showers and plenty of room. Very quiet, we all slept well. The staff were very helpful, and were in contact before we went, and helped us to organise a tour to Ephesus (with an excellent guide). Really fabulous stay, thank you so much!
