Brilliant Hotel & Excellent Staff

Excellent Hotel perfectly located in the Old Quarter. Within walking distance to much of what we wanted to see. Saint Joseph’s Cathedral is just around the corner and fabulous eateries are close by. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from or you could order something from the kitchen. The staff were outstanding in particular Hanah and Lucy. These two young ladies were so helpful organising our tours, transfers and anything else that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. We were also given a list of foods we should try and some wonderful restaurants close by which was really helpful. A huge thank you to Hanah and Lucy - Hanoi Brilliant Hotel and Spa are so lucky to have such fabulous staff. Highly recommend this hotel. We certainly hope to come back one day

Brilliant like the name suggests

From the very second i entered the hotel i was attended by the sweetest staff named ,Lucy. She assisted me with places to visit and handed me with a very handy list of must do things at hanoi. She went out of her way to make sure i got all the necessary information that i needed regarding the freight service and also made sure in my absence i could rely on her with my package handling. Next about the breakfast , again i was attended by a sweet lady who managed the restaurant with a cheerful smile and the variety on the menu was impressive. Overall my experience has been brilliant and goes by their name . I would certainly recommend this place to any one travelling and wanting to stay in a clean , well located hotel run by excellent staff.

Enjoyable Hanoi visit with guidance from staff.

The location of this Hotel is great. All the staff were very helpful. I received texts prior to arrival confirming our transport to the hotel and during our stay to ensure we had whatever was required. We were also given plenty of advice on what would be best to enjoy our stay in Hanoi. Thank you everyone, you made it easier for me to relax.

Perfect location, comfortable and great value room.

I liked the way the property looked, the colours and decoration in reception were very welcoming. And for me, the position was perfect! The hotel was convenient to restaurants and coffee shops and handy for me to get work too. The team serving breakfast were great too! Good choice and friendly welcome.

Not much to not like really. Some of the carpets could be renewed as they looked a little tired, but coming out of lockdown, it’s hard to be critical.

excellent location in the "hard" of old city , many restaurants close to hotel

cleanliness ( especially aisle .... ) not clean at all, breakfast menu really simple, not to much variety , better go outside hotel for breakfast , hotel need "good" maintenance ...

Initially thought I'd be back but maybe not

Free upgraded room is pretty nice and has view.

Old towel and stained sheet. The staff didn't help me park though it was raining heavily, I understand they are understaff, but he could have acted nicer about that.

Wonderful!

The hotel is next to Hoan Kiem Lake and walking street. On the walking days (weekends), vehicles are still allowed on Hang Trong Street, so it’s very convenient for guests to checkin or checkout and take a cab from/to this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
