Good location and value for money

I think the main feature of this hostel is the location. It is really close to the ADO station and to the centre. The hostel also organises many trips and events. The locks under the bed were a very good addition.

The only negative points concern the bathroom: the shower only had cold water and it was not very clean.

Party hostel with great staff and so many things to do. don't think about sleeping.

Location was nice, staff was Great and helful, but you just can't sleep there.

Toooooo Loud, its a party hostel.

A lot of young people, solo travelers and group of people! The location is perfect because it is right in the center so very comfortable for everything

Che is fun, inexpensive way to explore multiple cities and meet people from around the world.

Location is like a 5-6 minutes walk to the beach, close to a store, food and bank. Within 3 blocks there is a juice bar, pizza shop, and restuaruant called Yum Yum that was great! The rooftop was nice and the get togethers in the evenings was a fun way to meet more people. A guy named David was the rooftop "host" and was great to introduce everyone to each other and answer any questions we might have had.

The pool could have been a little cleaner. Access to ice and option for day time music would have made the morning/day a smidge better but everything was pretty cool!

location, the decor, and how clean the bedrooms were

We stayed there for 9 nights, there was a plumbing issue on our second night and kept going to the end of our stay. It wasn't until the last night that we were asked to moved to another private room, which was fantastic. however, the plumbing issue went on all week, they had workers looking at the problem, I just wished management at the hostel had told us earlier to move and not leave us with the problem until the end of our stay.

Great place to make party and meet people but not for people seeking calmed places.

Classic hostel rooms, even in private rooms. Facilities were below standard, very tiny bathrooms.

Fun hostel with great trips and activities

Really fun place, good bar and they organize outings and events every day so for me, traveling alone, it was a great way to meet people and have people to go on trips with every day. We went to the beach and some cenotes. Nice rooms with curtains around the beds to make it dark. Really nice staff

Definitely loud at night until 12pm so be ready. No lounge room except bar on roof and small sofa at reception

Superb

It is a great place for partying, great location, good activities every day, clean, cozy beds, great stuff!

You can't get proper sleep, but I guess not that's why I choose this place. :))

NOT recommended! Think TWICE!

The staffs are nice. The hostel has daily activities and it has really good vibes among the guests. The wifi is good!

The facilities are very bad. The first day the shower in my dorm was out of hot water so I had to shower in another dorm which has hot water but was either extremely HOT or extremely COLD. The bathrooms inside dorms in general are not always clean. On the last night of my stay, the toilet was clogged and the room is flooded with toilet water that even leaked out to the ground floor. Our belongings were locked under the bunkbed which was all wet. The staff told me it was due to the users(guests) putting too much toilet paper into the toilet but then a guest mentioned that the same accident happened once two weeks before!! I found that I have bedbug marks after my stay there. They only accept payments in USD if you are from the US. An additional 4% will be charged if using the credit card machine.

A little dissapointed.

Good location and friendly people.

This hostel is a great option for people who want to have fun most of the time. Not recommended for people who wish to rest or something like that. There is a bar on the rooftop that makes a loud noise. When the bar music ends, another party is in front of the hostel. So, not a place to sleep well during the night. The facilities are old. The price was high compared to other hostels I stayed in Mexico that offered breakfast for less than I paid in this hostel. In this hostel, the price doesn't even include a towel.

great party but worth shower ever

the rooftop bar is so cool, really easy to meet people and party the location is great

no hot water in the shower and no pressure at all literally just drops .. the pool was empty the entire time so couldn’t use it the dorm as stayed was just below the rooftop bar so really noisy not really clean

The whole experience was not that good

The location is convenient and the staffs are friendly

The entire place is super loud at night, which makes it impossible to sleep before 3 am. If you need to buy alcohol at the rooftop party, you need to put money in their wristband first, and they won't give you a refund if you don't spend the money, which they purposely didn't tell me at check-in. So they basically scammed 400 pesos from me.
