The porch swing sealed the deal for me on this charming cottage. Comfortable bed & furniture, well stocked kitchen and nice linens. Everything was in good working order & very clean. Owner was responsive to my questions.

This cottage was perfect for our weekend away. So cute with little touches everywhere. Had everything we needed and more. Perfect fenced in yard for our little doggie. Super clean for dog friendly rental & appreciated the couch cover.
Loved the porch swing but is a little noisy from cars but do not hear them inside at all.

Cute cozy cottage nicely decorated. Great location for walking to downtown amenities. Adjacent busy street but the positives outweigh that.

This cottage stay was very relaxing. It is just minutes to downtown Hendersonville and a short trip to both Asheville and Chimney Rock. The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe to walk in. Recommend this cottage for couples.

We loved the charming decor of this house. Perfect for us and our dog due to the large fenced in yard. Our energetic pup could zoom forever. Great house for a couple. Outfitted with everything you could want. Convenient to many great hikes and cultural opportunities. Wonderful front porch for relaxing. The only drawback was a busy road on one side of the house. It could get noisy early in the morning and at rush hour. This, of course, had nothing to do with the lovely home. We loved staying there for the week.

This is a very cute and clean cottage located conveniently to many fun activities! We visited a winery, went to DuPont State Park and saw incredible waterfalls, shopped in the Historic District, had great meals and listened to live music all during our short two day stay! The beds were comfortable and we practically lived on the beautiful front porch and bird watched when at the house. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed there with our daughter, son in law and new grandchild while exploring the Hendersonville area. It was perfect! The house was perfectly clean, a charming decor, lovely yard and inviting front porch with a swing and comfy furniture. We would definitely book again. Small but lovely, it is reminiscent of a pretty British cottage!

Rented for a two night get away. So many pluses to this rental. First of all, this is the cleanest rental I have EVER been in. The yard is completely fenced for pets to enjoy. The front porch is cozy and comfortable with bird houses to watch the birds while enjoying a cup of coffee. Staying in Hendersonville is a great central place to branch out from and allows for grocery stores, restaurants, shopping. Great for those of us who love the mountains but do not want to stay in the wilderness. The rental was easy to find and easy to access. Beautifully decorated…don’t hesitate if you are considering this rental.

Stayed for a few days in sub-freezing weather, indoor temp was perfect. 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 50# dog. Pics looked almost too cute to bring a dog but house is very comfortable and super clean! in other rentals our dog gets way too distracted by smells from previous canine visitors -- not here, and no weird smells for the humans, either. Our dog loved it as much as we did. We also loved the convenient location.
Would definitely stay here again if available. Thank you!!

We loved our 1st visit so much (2 years ago) that we came back to stay here again for Christmas. It's always a perfect place to land each day after traveling through the mountains to see family. The space fits our family of 4 perfectly. Love the character of the home, and the neighborhood. The quick access to downtown Hendersonville is perfect.

Very cute, clean & cozy cottage close to downtown. Had everything we needed & comfortable beds. Sits off a busy street but didn’t bother us as the traffic seemed to calm down in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

The cottage was great, well decorated, like a step back in time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However we were not able to contact the owner or the property company. The lockbox was not working. We checked out on Thursday. Did I pay through Thursday? Left the key under the rug at front door on outside. We did lock the house. Please reply.

Your home is lovely! All of the British touches made our trip even more special. Loved the tea cup with the guard as my dad was an Irish guardsman.🥰 Walking distance to downtown and you must try Pops for breakfast. Hoping to come back again soon! Thanks, Sue

Garden Jubilee
As a vendor at Hendersonville's annual Garden Jubilee, I wanted a place to stay that was within walking distance to downtown but still allowed us to prepare some meals and relax after our long days vending. Our stay in this cute older historic home was delightful. The owner provided everything we needed to make our home away from home stay comfortable. Cassandra was very responsive to any inquiries and was willing to be flexible to accommodate us possibly adding on a day or two due to some unforeseen car troubles.

Charming home a short walk from downtown
We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay over a four-day weekend while visiting Hendersonville. The home is older and smaller then like they build them today but it was a perfect size for us. The fenced in yard was especially nice to allow our dogs a chance to stretch their legs off leash.
The large front porch was especially enjoyable with a comfortable swing and other chairs. We spent many evenings watching a momma bird feeding her chick that was tucked away inside one of the nests on the wall under the porch.
The home is located on Main Street just outside of downtown, but it is a two lane "feeder" road leading to downtown. That means that yes, there is road noise. However, the traffic dies down as the afternoon turns to evening and it was never a concern for us while inside the home or sleeping. The surrounding neighborhood was overwise quiet.
A great getaway...

Quick weekend in Hendersonville
Super cute and nice cottage. Daughter and wife’ loved it and all the cute decor. Very clean, great location we could walk dog to downtown about 15 minute walk on sidewalk. Had everything we need for a fun quick weekend getaway. Nice fenced yard for dog to play.
Would definitely come back and stay. Cassandra was very easy to work with and everything was great. Hendersonville is a cute town with lots of nice ships and restaurants. Closes up on Sunday.
Not far to some great hikes.

Close to downtown, golf courses and bicycle path.

Perfect location to Downtown!
The house was perfect for us and our dogs because of the fenced yard and front porch. Downtown Hendersonville is minutes away by sidewalk and literally around the corner by car. Beds were very comfortable and entertainment center was ideally equipped with movies, cable TV, and high-speed internet. Traffic noise was our only concern but it stopped altogether overnights so sleeping was just fine. This house was a great deal and suited our needs perfectly! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Historic Gem
Great location, beautiful little house with a wonderful porch in a nice neighborhood, a real treat, close to downtown, a neat old diner a few blocks away. Take the time to sit on the porch and listen to the birds and talk to some of the neighbors, you won’t want to leave !

Shabby Chic Cottage
Thoughtfully decorated shabby chic cottage, in walking distance to great restaurants and brewery. Has everything you need, just my husband and I stayed for a long weekend, (funny story was we thought we had booked it for a long weekend but only paid for 2 nights). Cassandra was very accommodating and we were able to stay the extra night. Only slight problem is you can hear the traffic but that was not an issue for us.

Nice clean home.

Cute house!
The house was very clean. It was in an older neighborhood and the way the GPS routed us there was not through the best part of town, but we were relieved to see the house! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog, and I loved the swing on the porch! It was perfect for a weekend getaway!

Fabulous Cottage!
My family and I took a vacation over spring break to relax. The cottage was perfect for that. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and a great size for our group of 4. The furnishings and decorations were beautiful. We can’t wait to book again. Such a great place!
