Quirky room in a fantastic location, with a great view.

Nice, clean and in beautiful Manarola.
Nothing.

This is my second time staying here and both times have been perfect! Only downside was that the mini fridge wasn't working, but there was second smaller fridge that we were able to use. Other than that it was fantastic.

Views are amazing and everything in the unit was as advertised. Staff was so friendly. We couldn’t have been more pleased.
It’s at the top of Murano, so a bit of an uphill hike. But, the view is worth it and most all good properties were in the same location. Not a deterrent.

Very difficult to access and where you park the vehicle very long distance to walk to your destination.

The view was amazing.. just looking out of the window is super relaxing,,, wave sound, bird's singing.
The thing I usually worry about is toilet n shower booth but it was wide, clean and perfect. I didn't even use small bath tub but it has everything I need. hot water of course. ..
I really recommend this hotel. actually I've alread done and my friend tried to book but it was fully book on that date.
Don't hesitate. just book... and you will enter the paradise :)
a little hard to reach the hotel as it's located on the quite middle (not on the top though..) but IT WAS WORTH IT!! nothing bad !! seriously. ( it was like more than 200 stairs but again it's WORTH)

Clear directions to the place plus self check in info sent ahead of time. Views were great. Room was spotless. The walk to the place involves slopes and steps but very manageable.
Nothing.

the views are amazing!!!! The deck is great, but even from bed, with the doors open I had an excellent view.
it’s a hike. you have to go up to see the views. totally worth it, but know it’s a ways

so amazingly clean, beautifully decorated and the view from the room breathtaking!
I’m not complaining but it is a challenge with big heavy suitcases to get up the huge hill and stairs but it is Cinque Terre and this is what you go for. The room and view was well worth the hill challenge 😁.

Francesca was wonderful, she went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, she even met us on a late train arrival to get us settled in.
Bathroom was very warm

Location is not easy to get to with large luggage, but the view out the window is amazing and very worth it. There are 2 ways up, one that's shorter and steeper with steps, and one that's a longer way around with a long uphill trek and fewer steps. Clean little place, no frills but comfortable enough for our stay. The WiFi was not working though.

Nothing. It was exceptional

The rooms were bright and clean, very well appointed and comfortable. The views are spectacular. Francesca, the host, is lovely and very helpful.
Cinque Terre is all hills and steps and it’s a steep climb to the property. Not a negative - we loved this place - but just a heads up. Definitely don’t bring lots of luggage!

Amazing in every single way!
Perfect location, beautiful views and clean apartment with a private balcony.
Francesca is amazing and very helpful. We did a self check-in and she sent all the right info and it's very easy to follow them.
Gracie mille!!!

Everything was impeccable! Francesca is an excellent host, always available for anything you need. It is important to state that the photos doesn’t really show how nice, well decorated and cozy the apartment is. And you stay right next to the Main Street and really close to the train station.
Nothing, really. Although some people might find it difficult to get there because of the ramps and stairs (it is minor, three to five minutes max from the station). But hey, it is Cinque Terre and you are staying by the cliff, so that’s what it takes.

Loved the location and the decor.
The bed wasn’t very comfortable and there were small insects in the bathroom.

First, Francesca, who welcomed us was very nice & accommodating. The room smells good & fresh and it’s very clean, kudos to the nice cleaning lady; the bathroom is very nice, complete with amenities; clean towels & linens; there’s minibar, tea & coffee, cookies, espresso maker, emergency light. there is a powerbank on the bedside tables, with usb port & socket; there is a smartphone you can use to call anywhere in the world for free and can serve as a personal travel assistant, this alone is more than what a 5-star hotel can offer. Add the room’s fantastic view and it’s a perfect 10 for me.
It’s a long walk from the train station because we have to climb many steps to reach the place. It was too hot then and with our luggages in tow, it was very tiring to reach up there. I think it would be a nice add-on if they can offer an assistance for arriving guests.

We had a wonderful spacious room with sitting area and comfortable bed and a porch with a fabulous view overlooking Manarola! It was a bit of a walk up with our bags from the train station but once we made it the view from the top of Manarola was worth it! Cristiano greeted us and was very accommodating and they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. We also had the wonderful opportunity to go out on Cristiano's beautiful boat for a cruise one day and it was a fabulous afternoon out on the water seeing the five villages. Highly recommend this excursion with Cristiano which includes beautiful views, a swim, snacks and local wine! Overall great stay and my husband and I can't wait to go back!
