Everything... Close to train Station, 5 minutes walk, very clean, modern, well furnished, well finished. Nice staff. Best accomodation we had in 6 different regions in our 7 days vacation in Italy.
No things to dislike.

Une chambre très mal insonorisée car nous avons vécus avec les voisins du dessus.

It was a beautiful location and the staff were brilliant
Our boat tour was cancelled but that’s only due to the weather which they can’t control!
4.5
we absolutely loved our stay at this property. the personnel was loveley and super helpful. went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. got some great tips on where to go in manarola and cinque terre.
the room was modern, clean and had nice decor. the terrace was really nice sitting there relaxing.
There where 2 ways to walk to the property, one way was super hilly but beautiful views and while the other way was abit uphill it was really not an issue. I would say it’s close to town.
we got a bit confused with the booking as it was the city view room didn’t have a private balcony but there was a picture of one (turns out it was a picture of the shared terrace), but the shared terrace was just around the corner and we had it to ourselves.
just double check when you book:)
a side not would have been lovely touch with wine glasses in the room. as it’s such a lovely view you could sit there all evening with a glass.
4.5
Nice and quiet location up above the busy part of town with a nice terrace to relax and have coffee.

Loved the location, the air conditioning was a great touch as we were visiting in July (very hot!)
Our room was very spacious, small breakfast things were left for us, a safe, everything was great and communication from the staff was exceptional
The shampoo satchets were a bit small. Other than that it was just lovely

Perfect quiet location nestled into the hills, friendly welcome with everything we needed.
nothing, everything was perfect!
4.5
The stay was amazing, the room was comfy and beautifully designed. Close to the city centre. The owner was really accommodating with our late check-in and let us leave the luggage after check-out. We would definitely stay again.
3.5
It was clean
Getting to the house was hard, up the hill so get ready to climb, side note don't take heavy luggage
4.5
price was excellent. room was clean and nicely decorated
location was a far from main area. it would be good to know before we arrived whether we would be at the top of the hill

Nice balcony. In town.
Not a lot of variety in Cinque Terre. Blue Trail closed.
2.5
the room is clean & the bed is comfortable
the location is far away near the church, you have to climb uphill for 10 minutes. Additionally, the room is located on the third floor with many steps to climb. it costs 10 euro per luggage for somebody to carry your luggages up. The check in is at different location.

I am so pleased we booked Terre Pelagos for our stay in Cinqueterra.
I had found it hard to gauge the rooms in Cinqueterra because even the pricier ones seemed quite bare and basic from the photos. However the pictures on the site do not do Terre Pelagos justice, we were in the yellow room which was much bigger than it looks in the pics, with a little balcony, huge comfy bed and a stunning view. The bathroom was also big, well-appointed and had a lovely warm powerful shower. The room was warm when it was chilly outside, and cooled down quickly with the AC if it was hot out so we were happy.
A few things I saw in the reviews nearly put me off. Firstly that you have to walk up lots of steps/a steep hill to get to the hotel. Cinqueterra consists of five tiny villages built on mountains, so if you don’t like steps and hills this holiday is not for you as they are unavoidable. And we didn’t hear other guests unless the guests were being loud in the communal area which was rare and more on the guests than the rooms…Again these are small buildings rather than huge hotel complexes so you have to adjust your expectations but on the whole we didn’t hear anything.
Overall our stay was super comfortable, cosy, spacious and Loris was friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
Would have been nice if shower gel sachets had been refreshed daily.

The rooms were very clean and fully renovated. Our stay was phenomenal. Loris was very helpful and lovely to deal with. We were able to use the laundry machine and dryer at the reception which was great. We can't wait to go back! Can't recommend this place enough.

Would be helpful to have access to a washing machine, but not essential!

very nice staff and right in Manarola. Has a/c in a very hot place.
Some people might complain about the walk to the room but as hikers we didn’t mind.

I am forever grateful this property was available for my Cinque Terre adventure! The staff was the kindest and mostly helpful. I booked a sunset boat tour through them, which was probably the highlight of my trip. On our walk to my room, Loris even helped me make a reservation at a fabulous restaurant. I had coffee and toast on my balcony every morning with a beautiful view. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and had an amazing time. Thank you so much!
