Good stay overall !

Location

The lighting in the rooms needs to be improved. It was very dark with only 2 side lamps n 1 ceiling bulb. I literally had to open the curtains during daytime to look at my stuff. And during the night I used my cellphones flashlight. Provide enough lightbulbs and let the people decide if they want to keep it dark or lit.

Friendly staff and good location for immigration office

Fitness centre is not as it seems. Has three old gym machine by pool that don’t work properly. Very basic breakfast. No water dispenser in whole Hotel and they have eco pledges in rooms 🤔

Solo stay - Average

The hotel itself was well maintained and the rooms felt pretty luxurious. It was easy to order moterbike or car transport to the hotel to get to the surrounding area.There us a lovely spa nearby (Lily treatments spa- recommend!) That also provided a car transfer one way per treatment :) The staff were friendly and the woman explained the check in process very well once I arrived.

There was only one small towel provided and it was slightly dirty. Not white and fluffy as you might expect from a hotel of any standard. On my first nights stay there was a lot of noise from the construction work outside and some of the staff were also very loud in the corridors outside. You needed to order transport as it was very difficult to walk around or get anywhere from the hotel.

Very good value for money and the most hospitable staff!

I really enjoyed the location and design of the hotel. But the most amazing thing about this accommodation is the friendliest staff! The people who work there are incredibly helpful and kind, always have a smile on their face and treat you like the most beloved guest. They upgraded my room without me asking for it, remembered my name when I was coming down for breakfast and were extremely helpful with any request I had. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends who are planning their holiday in Bali so they could feel extremely welcomed during their stay!

Some of the facilities need renovation and upgrade. For example they have a rooftop bar with a very cool view but it looks a bit abandoned and old. In general it's not a big deal, the facilities are usable and clean, just little space for improvement

clean and modern. breakfast was great and good to have it included in the room rate - not many eateries nearby. not accessible to beach but a good base to explore other areas. we had a upgraded room facing pool

My go-to hotel when working on events in Nusa Dua.

They recognize me as a repeat guest. It's clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

Bathroom towel hook and rack could be fixed better. I'm always afraid I'll pull them off the wall when I take the towel.

Nice place for a short stay

I liked the interior. The room and bed r classy, enjoyed of sleeping.

The bathroom was a bit dirty, early in the morning at 8:00 a.m the room cleaner knocked my door even if I ignored him, then he opened my room with his key, when I asked him what he wants he asked me if Im sleeping or not 😅 the next day I just hanged the sign to not disturb, even though it was so noisy in the mornings, they talk very loud and clean every room with a vacuum cleaner 🤦

Bali - never again!

In time of my stay I had discounted price.

View from window, noise isolation, problem wirh air conditioner, general condition of hotel (after pandemic hotel lost all the stars) and yes, as usual in Bali roosters will found you even in hotel.

Good for 1 day stay if you want to stay in Nusa Dua.

Lerina Hotel needs some serious renovation, Breakfast was the most awesome part of our stay and the staff was very humble. Probably Covid did a lot of damage to the hotel.

Bad rooms, AC not very good, Swimming pool was also very average.
