Great location and comfortable beds but hot water was lacking.

The location was great, the lobby was attractive and the room was functional and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated all of that after an overnight flight and a long day with family. The brick-oven pizzeria downstairs was excellent.

The main thing that stood out to me was the lack of hot water and water pressure in the shower. While another family member reported decent hot water, when it was my turn, the shower was just a trickle of water and lukewarm at best. Given that we left around 4 a.m. the following day, there was no chance to try again.

Nice place to stay BUT had some issues

Miraflores is a great place to stay in Lima. It was close to the ocean and Kennedy's Park and that was our main reason to book this hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, he helped Us order a taxi, prepared breakfast for Us, which was great. Rooms were generally clean.

Room was waaay too small for our group of 5. It was hot, there is no air-con and opening a balcony is impossible because of the noise from outside. Shower wasn't working properly, water was barely warm. Also toilet had a malfunction and it was hard to flush anything.

El personal es muy amable. Tienen muchos espacios verdes para los amantes de las plantas.

El desayuno podria tener mas variedad , por ejemplo en lugar de solo huevo revuelto, huevo revuelto con jamon.

Tiszta és nagyon jó helyen van

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés és az ágyak is kényelmesek. Tiszta volt a szoba és mindennap takarítottak. A személyzet kedves és rugalmas.

A csap el volt törve, így nehéz volt a használata.

Está ubicado en un buen sector y el personal es muy amable.

Las habitaciones no contaban con aire acondicionado y no tienen buen aislamiento de ruidos interiores. Sería bueno que actualizaran en la plataforma las imágenes de las habitaciones, ya que no se condicen con su estado real.

A equipe é excelente. Super atenciosos, super amigáveis e prontos para ajudar a todo o momento. O local é bem limpo e organizado e dá para ir andando a vários locais. Mas a equipe e o atendimento foram excelentes.

Poderiam apenas oferecer um café da manhã mais diversificado, talvez com mais frutas. Mas mesmo sendo um café mais simples, é feito com muito capricho.

Great room, great location, great hotel

Really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly and helpful host, great location, lovely room with a tiny balcony, good breakfast. I loved all the different seating areas, it was like a little maze.

La amabilidad del personal. Hice una reserva de última hora por problemas con otro alojamiento y me recibieron con total amabilidad.

Me gustó todo. Solo recomendaría a los viajeros que son más sensibles a la luz y al ruido que lleven tapones y antifaz. Así dormirán bien en cualquier lugar, sobretodo en Lima

Near perfect stay!

The staff were very friendly apart from the guy who checked me in. The cleaning lady was a superstar. She was cleaning my room daily. Although she spoke no english at all, she understood what I was saying to her & she was so lovely. I had a lovely patio outside my room so I was eating my breakfast there which was so convenient.

The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom needs to go. The guy who checked me in was very unwelcoming.

The staff are nice and helpful. Beds are large and comfortable. They provide wifi and it has beautiful common areas.

My shower was really cold, they tried to fix it but no success. The other day I had to change room because of that. The breakfast doesn’t have many options.

Great location, walkable to everything, lovely staff enjoyed our stay!

The location was fantastic and the staff was great! The rooftop patio was wonderful and the space where breakfast was served was lovely. The breakfast of eggs and buns was always served promptly when we arrived to sit at our table, the coffee was hot and fresh.

There was no air conditioning, it was very hot in Lima with 90% humidity during our stay and air conditioning would have been a bonus. There were two fans provided and the windows opened wide. The breakfast was only eggs and buns with jam, it would have been very good to have fruit provided with breakfast and perhaps some cheese for the buns. While the rooftop patio was lovely the wifi was not available up there.

Exceptional

The service was just amazing. The staff went above and beyond to help with all our needs. They were super friendly and helpful. Every time we needed something, they completely exceeded our expectations. They even filmed the surprise I did for my mom at the hotel and made the moment as it was theirs too. Everything was super clean and comfortable too. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace as well.

Beautiful cozy boutique hotel at the centre of Miraflores

Great location close to lots of restaurants, walking distance to park Kennedy and several bars including gay bars. Beautiful property with lovely rooms, mine came with a nice balcony, and everyone has access to the rooftop patio which has lots of comfy seating and is a pleasure to relax on. Friendly staff and good price, would stay here again.

Took a while for hot water to turn on, and you can hear some noise from the hallway or other doors opening and closing but did not significantly impact my stay.

Safe, comfortable and an excellent experience for an overnight stay

This property was clean and very spacious. We were able to score a room upgrade and honestly it was so beautiful. We had a cute verandah and it was in a lovely location, despite it being a bit far from the airport. I would absolutely recommend this as a safe option for staying in Peru. They also offer a shuttle service for a cheaper price than the local taxis.
